Ive visited your store numerous times before I decided to give an honest review. I can say that your employees overall are cordial, professional, and greet everyone equally no matter of the ethical background, religious attire or various sexual identity. I felt welcomed, wasnt followed or seen as suspicious ever. Good job!

So here I am for God knows what reason as Im completly ignored at the customer service desk as if everyone hates their job. I stand out like sasquatch and none of the cashiers will even call for customer service until I inadvertently scare the whole place looking mad or like a potential 211, then some grumpy non chalant apathetic and annoyed person will finally come make me feel rushed and unwelcomed doing something as critical as trying to make a money order. My phone service here is slow and I still have the time to give another diatribe.

We ordered custom birthday cake . I got marble with custard filling it was such a hot half sheet cake for 30 kids not a piece left behind !!! Highly recommend the bakery . The store is good as well but. Bakery is a must . The cake also looked beautiful i got photo cake and it was big enough to put both kids pictures . !! Thanks to the bakery team !!

As usual, Albertson’s makes the yummiest cakes! They never disappoint! This bakery is always my go-to for the best cakes around. I definitely recommend!(The picture shows an 8 inch round carrot cake with an edible design that I brought in)

I actually went today 5/19/23. I always check for $5 Fridays. I clipped the coupons I needed in the app and was pleasantly surprised AGAIN. My Total started out as $148, when the discounts were applied, it was $106.

I really like this store! It is always clean & they actually leave room for 2 people with carts to both go down the isle at the same time without running into each other. Nice! They are busy but not crazy busy, if you know what I mean.

Excellent variety of products. A plus to have a Starbucks in the store. Personnel very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Martha and Jeffrey. Floral and bakery should also get an honorable nod. I bought 3 tanning items, 2 weeks later decided to return said items. The lady named Bonnie at the customer service counter gave me such an incredibly difficult time!!!! Its ridiculous!So its okay for homeless people to walk into the store 24/7, or your produce is sub par, the cashiers are mediocre BUT!!!!! This store holds on to this policy so tightly!! This is where they draw the line,lol, if I dont have my receipt, then they are extremely reluctant to give me store credit,lol,However I am there almost everyday and mi imum spend $200 dollars each time because there prices are so outrageous, BUT this is where Albertsons is telling me I need a receipt, haha, okay! Goodluck!! Keep allowing all this crazy stuff to happen inside your store and the actual people who shop there feel so incredibly uncomfortable, but for me who is a good citizen and just wants store credit, then thats a problem!Grounds great, now I know.

This is a nice clean neighborhood store. Usually pretty well stocked. Prices are a little high for my budget. But, I do shop here for the harder to find items/certain meats. I cannot give 5 stars because I find cashiers to be a little unfriendly unless they know you and then they disregard how long the lines are.

Not a fan of this Albertsons, I would recommend you go to the Albertsons on foothill about 3 miles away. On many occasions I have bought meat or produce that was either spoiled when I got it home or spoiled with 24 hours of purchase. Several times I bought ground beef and it had a funky smell. The strawberries you have to examine very closely because they have mold on the bottom.

The baker in the bakery is amazing! I picked up a personalized cake today and an employee accidentally messed it up a little. The baker fixed it immediately and made it perfect. He was also kind to the employee who had the accident. Highly recommend using this bakery for your cakes and I will definitely use them in the future!

4th of July store not so busy. Great sushi selection in the deli. Ordered chicken see how it tastes from Winco. Some items were expensive but its to be expected. Staff on point. Could open more registers but all & all worth a quick visit in & out in an hour.

There are rarely same day pick-up time slots available. If you want to order same day I would start early and have your cart ready when you look for available slots. If you find one, check out immediately. It usually times out if you start shopping after choosing the slot. It even times out if you go back to add an item before checkout. This applies to a lot of Albertsons and Vons stores. Most products are 2x the price compared to Walmart, but you can make it a quick trip to grab what you need without the Walmart offerings and crowds.

Anne was rude when I told her that Id pay for order and manager said they could put order in refrigerator.Anne told me no couldnt do it. She argued with me. This store is HUGE. They have EVERYTHING that the Stater Brothers directly next door does not. This store has a FULL deli, bakery, produce, meat and seafood dept., full floral dept., Starbucks, US Bank, lottery and scratchers, and of course a huge liquor dept. So many aisles, its really a great store to get everything. I exclusively will shop here after comparing the two.

Lines are always to long. Takes to long to check out. Weird becuse seems likes theres not alot of people in there, usually, but yet, the lines are always long. Also, its always pretty pricy... They want you to buy 5 things to get good prices. I dont think that is very fair, especially if you dont ever buy the things they have to get the special pricing.... I only come here if I absolutely have to.... But it always seems like a decent experience..

No matter what location they are consistently clean and well organized with the best selection, love their fried chicken (8 piece) for the money they have baked as well as whole roasted ( all fresh) also picked up coleslaw (packaged) and my absolute favorite dressing Maries ( this stuff is magic in your mouth 😄) and Hawaiian rolls, now thats a meal ( ok Im lazy ) with enough for lunch tomorrow, Albertsons has a really good selection

Always have anough cashiers to handle checkout. My only gripe are parishible items on your sale papers are a hit and miss on quality and taste. Sometimes that keeps me away from doing my main shopping at your store. Could get this quality at WinCo for cheaper.

Well, I was shopping at the Albertsons on Ontario Avenue in Corona. At the checkout stand, I told the cashier that I wasnt able to find something. She immediately stepped out from behind the checkstand, asked me what I needed and told me to unload my cart and she would find it - and she did! She brought me several options, too. She was wonderful! I wish I could remember her name. I know she was a manager. She was excited to have Christmas day off. Great lady.

The five dollar friday sushi deal is a scam. It is only on select sushi, so as you’ve probably guessed by now it’s only the undesirable sushi that nobody wants. Like the crunchy onion roll. The irony is, that most evenings you can get those exact same pieces of sushi for five dollars anyways because they sit there all day since nobody wants them. Why even bother putting up a sign and running this promotion if the only sushi that you’re going to offer for five dollars is the unfulfilling one with no fish? Won’t be going back again for this “deal”. I like Albertsons but this is just ridiculous. They literally put the sign up to get you in the door needless to say I ended up spending $17 because they desirable sushi was $12.99 And the only thing that I could find in the five dollar deal but I actually like is spicy tuna (which was 80% cucumber with some scraps of spicy tuna thrown in for us plebs). Thanks for the disappointment

I shop at ALBERTSONS regularly. Their employees are very courteous and helpful. Jeffrey their dairy manager keeps a special order on had for me. He is an older man and definitely knows how to service his customers. This store is highly recommended. The only problem is that their prices are higher than WALMART.

Not just Albertsons; but no toilet paper, very few paper towels, no wet wipes but I did find chocolate Sundar topping! Asked a survey stock person when they expected delivery on paper goods, he just shrugged his shoulders; he didnt even respond to my question. Not only are the stores running out of paper goods and cleaning products but employees are giving attitude along with it.
