I needed a second basket to finish my grocery shopping and told two workers and left my cart next to them. They both said ok. 30 minutes later after I finish my order I go to get my 1st cart and its gone. They started putting back the items in my cart. They told me I should have left the cart in the lobby and blaming me instead of apologizing and trying to help me recover the items they put back. They started telling me that my cold food was going bad and criticizing the way I had shopped. My groceries werent going bad in 30 minutes! And how I choose to shop is my business. I have never been treated so rudely when all I wanted was the items I had already picked out. Then one lady shows me bad ice cream sandwiches saying they were in my cart. Look at your camera. I did not go down the ice cream aisle until my second basket so I dont know if she was trying to make me look stupid or what but those were not in my cart by me. I did not have ice cream in my cart. The food i did have all can safely be out for 2 hours. All they had to do was try to help me get my stuff back. Not attack me and tell me that informing two employees wasnt sufficient. And i certainly dont need someone telling me how to shop. Im paying for the groceries so how I choose to buy them is up to me. Again my frozen corn wasnt in need of putting away! Seriously! The two ladies had attitudes from the beginning and were not trying to help correct the situation.I read the response and decided to let things be so imagine my surprise today when I was shopping with my 2 year old and got approached and told I was no longer allowed to shop in your store. I was treated horribly and now Im banned because they said I treated their employee badly!? Just wow. I never raised my voice or said one bad word. I was upset that my groceries were put back and nobody seemed to want to do anything other than blame me. I have never had a problem with anyone any other time and cannot believe what just happened.

Terrible place to work and to shop at! Everything is overpriced compared to other grocery stores. The fruit can be a picky selection on if it’s moldy or not. I have to check the date on the bread anytime I go here because I’ve purchased 2 week old bread. Sometimes it can be hard to get service/the attention of some of the workers in the deli department. They either ignore you or can be very rude when “helping” get the meat and cheese. The aisles are a little too messy for me personally I’ve noticed the neighborhood Walmarts look much nicer you can see the products on the shelf and they are easy to reach. The workers aren’t always the nicest and so I avoid talking to them. It’s also a terrible place to work. The management just bullies everyone below them and people are too scared to write the management up when they don’t follow the rules because management will just pick on them. Recently stopped by and the management was still so rude the way they talk to their employees is unbelievable I feel sorry for the people that have to work under them. April is just an unprofessional store director and has made the other upper level managers her pawns so no one can actually report the unjust and bullying going on otherwise they get bullied by everyone who is above them. They forced a guy to quit because he had health problems and would call him slow and bully him to his face and to other workers. They are too proud of belittling their coworkers there. Such a shame. There’s definitely much nicer albertsons in town like the one off coffee

It was so busy and the make up department is absolutely trexhorus!! u cant get a person with a key topen and get what you beed when theres only two people working ones on the register the other trying to assist all customers set up of that department is horrible it makes shopping more difficult and confusing they need to cone up witg a better solutiob i will not be back ever

Staff was super nice and helpful at the bakery, ordered cupcakes and a tres leches cake for a baby shower, everyone loved them, definitely going back here again

This store is always well stocked and clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful and eager to go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. On the rare occasion that a sale item is out of stock, a raincheck is available at the customer service counter.

I bought organic grapes and was in a serious time crunch so did not check them. Paid $11.00 for rotten, and molding produce that I did not have time to return before I needed to use them. Needless to say I was very disappointed and had to pick through them for the good ones. Do not buy produce here unless you thoroughly inspect it.

Very patient and helpful staff. I forgot my wallet and held up the line and when I got back everyone was so still so friendly and wouldnt let me apologize. Was great full

First time going to Albertsons to get my balloons filled up with helium and the manager that works with the flowers was so RUDE!! I was standing right in front of her and she didnt say hi or ask if I needed help at all until I went up to her. She did not look like she liked her job at all. I spoke to an employee who knows her and they mentioned this lady is not liked by many other employees either... (I could see why) Super rude lady! she should get FIRED!!!!!!!!
