I have to give credit when credit is due the ladies in the back that worked in bakery was very nice at explaining what they can and can’t do I did have to go to Walmart to get a little cake topper or toy whatever you wanna call it but the dang on cake 🎂 actually came out good as hell I mean 😪 she put her foot in it!!! Everyone at my sons party was asking where he got his cake from and how delicious it was thank you for making my sons 6th birthday as special as he is!! That day was vey hectic for me as a single mom but they didn’t let that stop them from fulfilling his bluey wishes!!! Thank you bakery department hidden in right hand corner to the right entry you guys did excellent!!! 🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌💕💕🎉🎉🎉

I just spent a hundred and sixty dollars and still got attitude from the checker. There was a hispanic boy with glasses and a black kid baging in my item.For some reason, they thought I was going to steal the items. Is the only thing stolen at this store is the price.I find better deals At ralphs and costco. I even use Is my black american express to show I do not steal.Stop hiring kids.

Check your tags. If the shelf label shows a sale the cashier should be aware of it. Also digital coupon required sales need clearer indication throughout the store.

Horrible attitude and very poor customer service from your employee Amy, 3 customers were being rudely talked to at the cheese and cold cuts fridge. She even yelled my name is Amy if guys want to complain about me go ahead while walking away without helping no one. If you hate your job this mush quit and do something else because people go to this store to spend money and expect to be treated right and get good customer service. Management needs to look into what they’ve hired because honestly this was an unacceptable behavior towards customers in the store.

I order my daughter birthday cake here she was turning 2 I ordered on the 4/7th for the 4/8th and the cake was wrong it took my cousin 1hr to get back to the party because they needed to fix the cake they put 3 years old Not 2 as u can see in the picture you can’t even read it they did not even fix it good thank god I got a candle to state she was 2 but I guess they had people wait and allot of people I ordered a banana cream flavor half one side of strawberry cream flavor but that was not it I asked the female that took the cake order if she knew and understood what I was asking for she said yes she read it back and the 1st I had to correct her and then the second time she read it back it was correct, but still got the cake wrong I called and spoke with who said they was the supervisor for bakery I told her the situation and she then said well what do you want me to do about it? I than told her well I order 3 dozen of cupcakes plus the cake which I spent over $120 for so what do u mean so u can charge people wte u want too and mess up there order and oh well no I am a customer that paid well and like everyone that pays ur pay for what u are asking for not what the baker wants to do or feel like doing . As u can it’s only banana not banana cream which I order but oh we’ll allot of people just throw away the cake because all that whipped frosting and only a little of banana like come on baker my money was just wasted because the cake was not a even sweet if u can understand that there would have not been all that whipped frosting in the middle if they would have just made it the way I asked and my child name is not one letter capitalized I even told the girl how to spell it McCayla

04/17 Word of caution, check all code dates, for all dairy, juce, and meat items, tbey Do.not remove aged items from the shelves, I have been in the store multiple times since March 30th and the same product is still sitting in the case, this is not the 1st time I have talked to.the manager about this, still same problem.today is Easter Sunday April 17th, guess what is still on the shelf with a April 02 code date, see photo, there are 6 of these still there. For thr price of shopping there the quality has gone down, what used to cost 30 to 40 now costs 98.00 today.Just in again today, 04/20, still have the same code dates in the dark products cooler

Very sad to say hes very unhelpful and was rude to my wife. Her qr code wasnt scanning, and he gave her a hard time and subtly said that her card didnt work due to it being possible fraud.. geez, this guy was rude and very condensing. At the end of the day, it was just his scanner and his unwillingness to help. We had to get in line 3 times so he would assist us. Luckily for us, I dont quit easy, and I didnt leave until he made the gift card work.. weak manager.. weak guy.. to old to still be a shift lead.. 😅 struggles real.. my 19 year old reps treat people betterAndrew is the name I believe.. the receipt is uploaded 👌

This was the only place around that still carried clearmans spread. Great for a quick shopping trips or to fulfill your entire grocery list. The staff was super friendly and easily accessible. Great fresh flower selection as well.

I mainly go here for their Starbucks tumblers after a new release, and they always have something available. Im never disappointed when I go here. Ive also shopped for groceries a few times and have had positive experiences with their staff. Generally always friendly and welcoming. This location is my new go to 👍

A good store with lots of variety available. It is a quality store so it is expensive but the quality is surely there. Their staff is always very nice and not very crowded in the late evenings. The place has Starbucks inside it. Fresh flowers available. Vegetable section is what I like the most.

I really like coming to this Albertsons on Kenyon Way, however I do agree with a review below about a lady who is always there in the afternoons criticizing and chitchatting about everything you’re purchasing. After a long day at work the least I want to do is listen to her and be in line for so long. Today, someone I have never seen before cashier Malaina is unfriendly, doesn’t greet, got bothered because I only asked for one bag. She didn’t bother to make eye contact. Don’t make this store go down with cashiers like that. I prefer the other lady that likes to chat over this rude one.

I’ve been going this Albertsons location for a very long time. I know where everything is and the staff is very friendly and kind. I have frequented this location for over 20 years.Just recently I find this location is lacking in variety of fruits, deli, and baked goods. I find Ralph’s or Stater Bros. had a wide variety of foods in their stores.Again Albertsons is my local store I love the staff and it’s my go to grocery store before I check anywhere else.

I ordered a cake a week ago for today for a bridal shower. When I arrived for pick up my order was nowher to be found. The girl finally found the actual order form but somehow the date was wrong. They handled it so professionally. My exact cake was decorated in 12 minutes and delicious. I will always order my cakes from this Albertsons. They even gave me a little discount. This past visit included shopping in a very clean and organized store. There was plenty of fresh produce available. My organic lettuce and cilantro were delicious. I was also able to quickly find ice cream, Simply lemonade, Bagle Bites, ground turkey, and a few other items. Everyone was nice.

I go to this store mostly to get money orders to pay rent/ bills because they are only 89 cents each which is the lowest around me. They are always so nice and helpful and understanding considering every time I go to get one I seem to struggle in some way or another on my end because I pay with cash and mine or my fiancee or all three to get the amount I need. I recommend this store completely for their kindness and hospitality.

Lady in front of me questioning the price of every single item..putting in her phone number over and over...could not go to the other line as a customer there was accusing the cashier of discrimination because their method of payment was not approved. Usually its so nice to come in their late and shop without all the riff Raff...if you want to cause trouble and hold up the line come in during the day, dont ruin our late night sanctuary! I feel bad for the hard working employees who have to put up with these people.

I had a family gathering on Sunday so I called Albertsons around 11am to order chicken I needed by 1pm. I know this was a bit of a short notice but they did a beautiful job of having it ready for me. I love how they were nice about my last minute order. Thats what I call great customer service. Thank you Albertsons. My mom had a nice birthday with her family that day. This is my go to spot on mornings that I need to buy lunch items. Items are often top shelf, and the fruit is mostly fresh, with some exceptions. However, it is probably the most expensive grocery store in my neighborhood, so I don’t often go here for a full haul. Ralph’s or Aldi for that.

Ive lived in the area over 15 years. There are several grocery stores in this area, but we used to like this one because its closest to our home. The last 4 times we went there and wanted to purchase Lunchables and the sell by dates were over a week past the posted date. Each time we told an employee, but it continues. The last time I told the manager and he barely acknowledged my information. Now I see why they dont care, the manager doesnt care or like his job.

I went in to Starbucks while my mom shopped for groceries. Im a gold card member and ordered a Matcha. The young lady took my order. I watched her as she wiped her finger off on her apron so I moved to the side to get a birds-eye view. She quickly handed me my order so I took a sip standing there. I told her the drink was lousy. I sucked a straw full of power and choked. I asked that she take the drink back and refund my money. She and her co-worker both said they didnt know how to return my money back to my gold card. I asked for the manager. The manager and the assistant came but no one could put the money back on the card. The manager as both employees if they knew how to return money to the card and they both admitted that did not. The manager said to give me $10 even though the drink only cost $4 and some change. I told him I just needed the cost of the original drink. He insisted for my troubles. We didnt know by this time the girl poured out the original drink and I could hear her blending a drink but I assumed it was for one of the other two customers standing there. I took the money and started to walk away. The girl shoved another drink at me. I told her in front of everybody that she should have made it right in the first place. I never mentioned to her managers that she stirred it with her finger. We need mirrors installed behind high counters...

I go to the Albertsons store once a week. I live very close. I always carry my shopping cart. Yesterday, when I had put all the items in the shopping cart, I realized that I had forgotten my debit card. I returned all the items to their shelves and went back home. I went back to the store and started buying again. An employee saw me and asked if I needed help, I told her no, I told her the whole story, I think I was quite clear. Then I explained it to her in Spanish and still she made me feel uncomfortable as if I had stolen something or pretended to steal. I did my shopping and I happened to find her at the end of the cash register, (uncomfortable again). I know its her job but she may not be so obvious. If youre uncomfortable with my shopping cart, just put an ad that theyre not allowed. That most people dont use it, doesnt make me a potential thief.

I went to visit this friendly Albertson to pick up some ice there staff was nice and friendly and there store was clean and being sanitized by a gentleman walking around the store cleaning . We are having a road trip so this location was on the way. I also visited there starbucks inside which I am a fan of starbucks and there berry hibiscus 🌺 I been faithful to starbucks everyday for 8 years this is the only location that I know that has the berry hibiscus right now. So thank you to the starbucks inside Albertsons for having this refresher with the berries it hit the spot while on my way to LAS VEGAS WOOT WOOT 😀😉💯💥

I used to work for Albertsons (in another life) and feel comfortable shopping there. I have to say that I prefer to get my produce at Sprouts and meat at Staters. Some good deals to be had, but your U app is terrible. Nothing I scanned came off and after going through the check stand, I had to go to Customer Service to get my refund. Your savings are to difficult with at least 3 different types of sales items.I am sure I am not alone and will be spending more time shopping at other stores. You didnt need to start rewards programs. The fact that you did not have one and all your prices were accurate, was one of the main reasons I shopped at Albertsons. Service has gone down considerably. They took out self service check out Lanes, but dont have the staff, ever, ready at the registers to support shoppers. Always have to call some poor guy who his loading milk onto the shelves to come work checkstand. Also, with the need to have to pay for bags now, the baggers are very slow. I go with out a bag just so I can get out quicker. Cant wait for Stater Bros to open this year.

By far the best store in the area for fresh meat, I only shop here for meat. Cant recommen for any thing else, prices are way higher than other stores in the area and there ALWAYS seems to be long lines and a wait, never enough cashiers! Absolutely drives me crazy. Its a very clean store and it does have a Starbucks and i believe a US bank however the food is quite a bit more expensive then it is at any other store in the area the checking staff is friendly and helpful however the store manager is an unprofessional jerk that Ive personally seen treat employees and customers with unnecessary rude behavior he seems to really dislike his job and takes it out on others theres also a man that works in the meat seafood Dept. That has followed me and other people i know around even hiding behind the aisle end caps trying to spy to catch people stealing i suppose however being someone who has and would never shop lift i find it extremely rude and prejudice toward the way certain people look as i have a lot of tattoos and dont exactly dress like the rest of the people around here all that being said i dont usually have a very pleasant experience at this store with the exception of like i said the checking staff are very nice and helpful regardless of their terrible management

Mostly for the Starbucks but not the place its self. So Im with a friend from school who decided to get Starbucks. Im usually use to having a frappe. Now the lady I talked to took a little long Bc she was by herself. So my friend had to wait for my order to come through and she had class so we rushed grabbing our orders and she dropped me off.Little did I know that the order I got was mistaken. I took a sip and majority of it was the strength of the coffee. Once I took that sip I didnt even want the coffee anymore so I went back. I didnt know what time they closed but turns out that I cant even get a refund for my drink. Tbh (To be honest) after I had that sip, I regretted even buying the drink.

Fill like im or actually i know im being watched everytime i go into the store and shop for groceries because i wad confrp ntrd by the meat clerk one night while i wad shopping with my daughter of all things. I use to work at Albertsons over ten years ago so i know how you can get the filling sometimes that someone is up to know good but come on really ive been shopping here for over 5 years now and just necause im dressed or look a certain way in someones eyes or opinion time and time again its making me truly uncomfortable to even step foot in there unless its a last minute thing and there the most convenient place for me at the time. So dont be surprised to fill like your being followed or watched because you probably are regardless of your age, race or gender. Theres a few very nice workers there for each shift but just yhose one or two who think there loss prevention when really they are just butcher block clerks kill the entire vibe of my shopping experience there.

This is a nicer american grocery store not as high end as ralphs pavillion but toward that style. Their prices are higher on some items but they have quite a few convenience products. NOT A LOT OF GENERICS only on certain items. Their markdowns are not marked down very far so if you are into discount shopping or buying in bulk for a large family this might not be the place for you. THEY DO have items which are not easily found in other grocers like early products before they are in other stores. cerain versons of soda like caffeine free coke zero was available here months before it was available anywhere else. They have good quality produce and a service counter for meat and seafood. There promotions are kind of oldschool and take forever to accumulate points just to get a discount on a pan.
