This Albertsons has been my local grocery store for over 3 years now. I also use this location because of the western union . I send money every month to my mother in New Zealand. This morning I was informed that the only person who knows how to use the w/u computer is late to work. So I wait 20 minutes, only to be I formed actually the w/u co.puter is down and we dont know when it will be back up. This is completely unacceptable lack of customer service. Whats the point of a store having two managers if only one knows what the the hell is going on in the store. I am very disappointed and will be logging a formal complaint in person with the manager when I see him.

Albertons is a little expensive but the have a huge variety of Branding Iron Ranch Meats. I also cant complain about their great local fruits and veggies they carry also.

I like this Albertsons/Savon Pharmacy (in the Oak Creek Center) because they have a variety of food, dry goods, fresh fruit and vegetables, and over the counter medications. 🥗🍤🍞🥓🍱🍇🍎🍅🥑🌽🌶️💊⚕️The employees there are helpful. Especially the ladies in the pharmacy: Tessa, (Lupe, who is no longer there), Jennifer and Kelly. The people in the bakery are very talented and make BEAUTIFUL cakes! 🎂🍰🍪🍩🥃🍮 A couple years ago they made a three tiered Mickey Mouse birthday cake with an Mickey Mouse ears hat made out of black buttercream frosting/icing! It came out Soo cool and it tasted even better!! 🎂👍😀😉

One of the largest Albertsons I’ve been into. Easy to get to right off the 15fwy. Friendly staff. US Bank inside too. With an ATM. This place has a HUGE liquor department! Giant walk-in cooler too. Plenty of room in the extra wide aisles. It’s a comfortable and well stocked store.

Ive always liked our Albertsons on Clinton Keith Ive been super supportive of unions all my working life this store is kept clean & organized 98% of the time...However the pricing of items is a bit out if control yikes! Resulting in looking elsewhere for some grocery goods ...Yes iam acutely aware prices have gone up on all things everywhere!

Store was clean and tidy.I walked in and around the store. Employees were walking around the store none of them acknowledged me nor seemed eager to help me. I tried to get their attention. This was my 1st or 2nd time in the store, I didnt know where anything was.Bonus... I opened the app (I went to another store by my old house.) & set the store then I was able to see what aisle everything was on.

Hello google world! I want to tell you about my recent experience at Albertsons. So after work I decide I need some fresh ingredients to make me a great dinner after a hard days work. I make my way thru the produce and eventually go to the butcher/meat area. I usually get a combo of Tilapia, lean ground beef, maybe crab or shrimp and hand trimmed chicken breast. As I approach the last couple times the young kid working there always seems to be keeping busy which is awesome. There is a problem with this cause every time I approach I can feel that he is annoyed to help me. This last time this little dude sighs loud af and bangs the counter cause I wanted some fresh beef. We’ll I guess I found it you need to show some professionalism and respect to your customers. If you don’t like your job then just quit dude. That’s my story. I just feel like I should not get that vibe that I’m annoying someone who’s job it is to get me my protein. On another note the tall pretty girl broke a wine bottle so getting beer was super hard due to liquid and glass hear the Heinekens. Seriously tho find another job kid your customer service is horrible.

Terrible customer service. Extremely slow check out. Baggers seem to purposefully bag delicate items with heavy items. I didnt pay attention to the bagging process, but when I got home everything delicate was bagged with some heavy item. So everything delicate was pretty much destroyed or damaged.

I just used the self checkout because the one check stand open was had a lot by delayed line. . Literally the most annoying experience. You have to search for a bag AFTER you check your own items, then bag your own items.... InThe meantime the workers offer zero help and are chatting. No thank you! I wont make that mistake again.... Note to Employees: Be helpful, self checkout is doing your job with no benefit. Store: Do better with the self checkout process.

Lines go quick so there is little wait. Its not the cashiers that slow it down is the shall I say...The unique people that pay in all coin change or the personal check or the denied credit card on FIVE different cards that is the problem. Overall, nice shopping experience the isles are clean and well organized and the staff at the meat and deli counter are superb!Update 2/9/23.The self checkout is intuitive. Overall fast process. The free 2 hour electric charging is nice. Love it. Thx Albertsons.

I had a problem with the Rug Doctor I rented and I was headed back to let them know about it. Michelle in Customer Service helped me by allowing me to exchange the machine with no problem. This was a big deal to me because I planned to have my floors cleaned before my company arrived. Plus she replaced the cleaning solution at no charge. Great Customer Service.

Pretty great selection- this is a big store. Prices are competitive as expected. If youre looking for specialty items you may not find them, but their beer seems wine selection of local wines and others in general is huge. My only complaint this trip is the young woman bagging my groceries smashed a fair amount of my produce my to my dismay. Normally this doesnt happen, but I had a big order. Probably will return the strawberries.

Large store, clean and inviting. Great grocery inventory however we need more keto options, the sale prices are pretty good. Lots of parking handicap accessible, bathrooms are available and clean 😁most of the employees are pleasant and kind, but they should work on that!!I even had a cashier try to send me away after I was standing in line five mins so I told her Ive been waiting she hissed and rolled her eyes at me 👀 and I had a small transaction but Im glad she took me 👍

Kinda steep on some products. A lot of the sales are Buy 5, get this much off, or pay full individual price. Their in store deli and bakery are actually really good, and i think the have lunch specials at their deli. Overall, its a major Grocery Store, so its pretty standard. 3/5

I was there for US Bank. The line was long, there were only two tellers who were servicing customers that needed way too much attention. Life historys were being discussed, no sense of urgency at all, stood in line a half hour before getting to a teller, and I was second in line to be served !! US Branches are closing, manpower dwindling, service way too slow ! Very unhappy !

Just bought a Jullian Pie as an indulgence buy. Got home and it was starting to grow fur. Called up and they offered a refund or exchange. I took them up on the exchange. They were curtious and extremely helpful. Best customer service experience Ive had in a while. Thank you Michelle.

I must say, Ive shopped at Staters off Clinton Keith for years, thinking that this Albersons was to expensive. In some areas I was right, but when it comes to the sale items and deals I was wrong.PLUS, Albertsons fruit and bread was much fresher than Staters. Employees at both are very polite and knowledgeable.

I am a Disabled Navy Diver and while shopping I was approached by several store employees offering me assistance, asking if I would like a motorized cart, and would I need assistance placing groceries into my car? DO NOT USE the delivery service. Or use at your own risk. The delivery drivers are able to keep whatever groceries they want from your order and all Albertsons does is “block” them and offer you a refund that will take 3-5 business days for the missing items. I had 18 missing items. 18!!! Not to mention that you pay a driver tip which is included in your order. So basically I paid someone to steal from me. You are better off just driving there yourself. I recently suffered a shoulder injury which makes unloading my groceries impossible so having it delivered seemed like the answer. I was wrong. Lesson learned.

This is quite a busy location so it usually has a line at the registers that are open. Though its a bit more crowded than other stores in the area its close to home and convenient for necessary items with minimum driving needed. Overall the store is pretty nice and the employees are usually very polite.

Possibly the best as far as Albertsons go! They offer lots of organic options and some vegan alternative foods as well, so they get my personal stamp of approval. Still, its rather heavy on the mass-produced, over-processed and pesticide-laden, though; so if thats your jam, this place is five stars. But nobody will go home empty-handed since they have enough variety for everyones tastes.

It is the only other place to shop other than Stater Bros. since Vons closed. They usually have good products. If you are looking for more organic items then go to Barons. They carry a good selection overall. Friendly staff but, THE BAG PEOPLE DO NOT PAY ATTENTION IF YOU HAVE AN INSULATED BAG FOR COLD ITEMS AND THEY BAG IN PLASTIC UNLESS YOU TELL THEM TO PUT COLD ITEMS IN THE INSULATED BAG.

I really dont like shopping at this Albertsons. I only do it out of location/convenience. Both store managers( are rude,employees would rather socialize with each other than help the customer. I cant count the times Ive had to go back for mistakes on my receipts. Sale items are regularly out of stock. Dont even get me started on how they continue to pack soft items on the bottom of heavier items. Today I had bananas on the bottom of my bag with eggs & cans on top of that. Is it really rocket science!

Went to this Albertsons to order a cake. I usually buy from the Albertsons on Cal Oaks, but they moved my favorite baker. So now I travel further to order my cake from her. I walked into the store looking for the bakery. Store seemed very quiet and didnt see any employees, as I usually do at the Cal Oaks store. Found the bakery and no one was there. I found an employee pricing some baked goods and I asked her if she worked in the bakery. She said yes. I then asked if Rhonda was working and she said she was already off. I asked if she would be in tomorrow and she said yes. A very different feel in this store. Seemed a little dark, which surpised me because the store is pretty new. I guess I am used to Cal Oaks store, where employees greet you each time you see them and ask if you need help. Wish Rhonda was still at the Cal Oaks store. :-( But I will travel to Clinton Keith store, just to order cakes from her. Shes awesome cake decorator.

I used to come shopping here all the time but ever since covid they closed off the entrance that is closest to the pharmacy which is so disappointing because I am handicapped and now I have to walk a lot further and it is very painful just to get to their pharmacy. On top of that the best time for me to go to the pharmacy always seems to be during the time when the pharmacist takes their lunch and they always seem to be closed at the time I go and their lunch never is the same time every day. In addition, I out in a request for a renewal prescription and becaude my insurance declined it, the just cancelled the rx without even calli n g to tell me and to see if I wanted to just pay for it. So over Albertsons pharmacy!

I would be scared to ever pay using anything put cash here. The amount given on my receipt and the amount they charged my card were off by about $38! When I called them to fix it they were less than helpful and after speaking to multiple people they finally agreed to send me a money order to make up the difference. When I got the money order it was unusable because they didnt sign it! So I am out $38 and would be scared to ever hand them my credit card again.

So I I had picked up a few things for one of the client houses at work at a different Albertsons on my way home from my day shift yesterday well needless to say my shift lead forgot to let me know she stopped before I grabbed the items so I needed to return the items well I attempted to return them on my way into work tonight at this Albertsons because it was on my way to work and the manager was very rude about it I looked up the return policy and it says nothing about returns at a different Albertsons I’ve done this before I made a purchase at one AlbertsonsBy work and then returned the items to the Albertsons in my town so I figured it wouldn’t be an issue I had the original receipt and told him the scenario and he gave me a huge attitude and said no absolutely not we don’t do returns from another store .... not only was his attitude uncalled for but that isn’t Albertsons “policy” I could see if I didn’t have the receipt or if it was a large amount but it was $22 and I specifically looked up the return policy so I could give myself enough time to leave for my overnight shift tonight and make the return on my way to work tonight I work a different house so the Albertsons I made the purchase at is out of the way and I now do not have time to go to that Albertsons and I needed that money to grab cigarettes for the clients on my way to work .... honestly I wouldn’t even be mad if he just talked to me like a human being but he was just so damn rude and he was the manager, Jose, he acted like I was asking for free money or I was trying to rob the store he is classless and has zero customer service skills and by no means should have a managerial position if he doesn’t even know how to properly speak to a person....

This place loves harassing its customers. I see it everytime I go, just didnt think it would happen to me. As I was heading out because I didnt find what I was looking for the manager decided to follow me out the store and try to get my plates. This is something they do regularly with people. Very sad.. all he had to say was I could do what ever I want.

Upon trying to return some items the manager assumed I purchased it via WIC 😏(I guess because Im of color) stating that I couldnt return the items..upon explaining to her that I didnt purchase it with WIC, shes apologized in which I stated to just throw the items in the trash as there was no need for it since I couldnt make a return or exchange as per her remark..after clearing up then incident... baby food thats offered through WIC cant be returned even if you paid for it by cash, if you dont have a receipt okay..great, I then returned home and thought about the encounter wanting to then file a complaint with corporate. As I called the store to get her name she actually answered the phone. I explained to her that I was disappointed with regards to her assumptions about me and she then replied that shes upset that I called her White Trash!! I was devastated as those words never left my mouth! Talk about insult to injury! The director offered an apology and a 25.00 gift card for my troubles but the relationship is beyond ruined..I dont feel comfortable spending my hard earned money here thats supporting a bigots salary.. so pathetic.

This Albertsons would get a higher star rating if it didnt suffer from the same problem as others in the Southern California region: extremely fast milk expiration. Simply put, avoid buying milk here if you want it to last more than 3-4 days. Additionally, dont bother complaining to them- as someone whos been there and done that on several occasions, I can say from experience, theres nothing that will get done about it; save your time. Its a supply chain or vendor issue thats systemic in nature. All theyll tell you is theyve checked their refrigerator temperatures and everything is fine. Get your milk at Costco or Sams, Walmart- even, all these last 10 days+. Two stars because if you cant even buy your milk there, what good is the store?

Be sure to check the product expiration date before purchasing! My husband and I both bought dairy products (on separate occasions) that we noticed were expired after purchasing. My purchase was made on or around the 13th of September and the product I bought had expired back on the 5th of September! My husbands protein shake was rotten with curds in it and he didnt realize until he actually took a drink of it. Gross! They clearly dont rotate their product like they should!
