If I could give a one star I would!!!Ive shopped here for 15 years and cant believe how I was treated!!!Absolutely do not ever ever ever shop in the Albertsons store on the corner of Foothill and Vineyard in Rancho Cucamonga!!!I was just verbally accosted by some woman at the Starbucks counter. The Starbucks employee did nothing and the Store Manager watched and did nothing. Then when I complained to him that he did nothing, he still did nothing. So Im calling the District Manager tomorrow and the corporate office on Monday to complain.She had the audacity to say while I was standing in line waiting to be served after they finished serving her, that I was standing too close to her in a very rude and abrasive manner. She could have said it politely.I told her I was not because I dont like anybody standing close to me. Then she just started verbally accosting me, cursed me out, and threatened to physically harm me. Meanwhile, the employee at the Starbucks counter does nothing and the manager stands by watches it and does nothing! Not one person in that store thats employed there did a thing. Completely atrocious and unacceptable!!I highly recommend nobody ever go into this store again. This is how they treat their customers. Im done with them forever! Ill spend my hard earned money elsewhere!!!

I had to pick up a few things to make broccoli and beef dinner. I wanted an a asian themed meal. Since my lower back and my middle back surgeries I had some fusions done I stay home cook a lot for my family. Albertsons has a great quality,selection,and everything you need for a fair price. I didn’t say low price. Because you don’t want to eat cheap food it taste lousy and stuff you want good food and that cost money and they are fair I really like Albertsons this Albertsons is also pretty clean and picked up in the organization is good.

This is somewhat my fault for not paying attention when my son picked out this cake.......We went to Albertsons this morning to buy a cake for his party which starts in 30 minutes. What I didnt notice is how nasty the chocolate looks! I dont have time to take the cake back now. They should be ashamed for even having a cake like this out for people to buy! Good way to throw away $25

This morning 12/25/23 I found myself praying I could find what I was looking for. I walked up to a gentleman working on stocking the freezer with shrimp. I looked at him with hopeful eyes and asked if they had any crab legs? King or snow crab. His response was I’m sorry we are all sold out. My response was oh God, he then got up and said ma’am let me look. Maurico came back out with a smile on his face and said I found these will this due king crab? My reply was oh yes I’ll take them. As he weighted them we continued to speak and I told him all of what I needed for my seafood boil and he said let me double check the freezer for snow crab to make sure. After several minutes Maurico came back out with a big box smiling and saying I found them. He weighted me what I needed!! Ohhhhhh did he make my and my family’s Christmas morning! Pharmacy is a joke since the mgr is on vacation!Today was the most special! Open 40 minutes late. They keep telling me to come back the next day. When asked for manager, the pharmacist said “ she has an office, find her”I told the lady that I understand the medication problem, but the way they treat you in this pharmacy is unbelievable!She still didn’t apologize, she said she will let know the higher ups that I am not satisfied.WTH?! It’s a joke!!!

Jolie and bagger were really nice. Unfortunately Andrew 4th manager needs to learn to be nicer and learn a little more customer service. Instead of belittling try to actually help. People are out here actually stealing and just because I struggled with a QR code and I am trying to pay for my groceries he said I had to print it and then it will work. Sr. If it doesn’t scan on a phone it won’t scan on a paper. Luckily we kept insisting and it worked. Andrew if you are having a bad day don’t bring it to work (:

Yesterday I had a problem with my pickup order. Basically it was a misunderstanding of how the app described the item’s price. It was not clear. Long story short, the manager resolved the issue, I was very pleased.If the person who I talked to initially spoke to, had spoke to me respectfully, I would not have had to go to the manager.The manager was a very good manager

Just want to thank Renee & all her staff at Albertsons on Foothill & Vineyard! They are always so kind, courteous, and professional with smiles! Especially, the customer service, they never give me grief, comment, or sigh when I get my money orders. They dont always have access to the office but will gladly count my ones as many times as they need to & still so friendly about it. I really appreciate it cause they are always so respectful & kind. This is not so at many of the other Vons or Albertsons I may have to go to instead of my favorite one.

Have seen a better floor layout than this outlet. Some staff members are super helpful some are good. I wish they would display greater details on the aisle information. Parking is free and this place does deliver. Use their app to see if a product is available or not. If they can add aisle location for a particular product, that would be super useful like Walmart.

This place has good variety of food to choose from,clean but a little pricer than others. The only problem I have with this store is the deli section. When I go there I check to see if the food has been sitting too long and if it has I ask if they can make some more or ask when they’ll have more I understand that they have closing times so they won’t make some the last hour but they don’t want to for example multiple times at different hours I’ve asked if they could make fresh chicken/potato wedges/ chicken salad etc. the first person tell me yes I’ll make them for you it’ll take just 15 min which I’m fine with but then when they ask the person in the back to make it they’ll say oh it’s gonna take 25 min maybe longer like they don’t want to I get they’re busy from time to time but I even had them tell me no we’re not gonna make anymore you take what’s here so I don’t even bother with them anymore.when I go to stater bros they are willing to do it but they don’t have the variety this store has.

Awful Albertson’s location. At least once a month I am bringing food items to them that are over a month past due date. Today it was a whole row of old bacon. I have also had to inform them about whole shelf’s of fruit was molded. They obviously need better logistics and management. Today I waited in line for over 40 minutes while their systems were down. They couldn’t check anyone out. When asked how long it would be by multiple patrons the woman who I think is a manager would snap back “it has only been a few minutes “ after 45 minutes I just left my stuff on the register belt and left without saying anything. This was the last straw for me. Even though this location is super close, I will be driving further to Sprouts to get my groceries for now on.

The employees are helpful and courteous, some even going above and beyond to help out their customers. The managers too are friendly and easy to talk to. There are some great sales and offers when you use the app. I have no trouble recommending this place as a go-to local grocery store - though the produce is a bit pricey when not on sale.Google prompted me for an update 2022/01: sometimes employees are overworked and stressed, just like the rest of us human beings, but more times than not the workers are friendly, courteous, helpful and generally personable.

I love shopping at Albertsons, the staff is very nice. The Albertsons on Foothill in Ontario and the Albertsons on Milliken by the 210frwy are good locations to shop at.

Went yesterday pick up fast dinner idea from my the deli. Roast chicken . Ive always had good experience with food deli...items from this Albertsons location but when got home to prepare for dinner this roast chicken from deli was gross it was raw still very rubbery was waste of my time and money to eat this it was very disgusting I shredded the roast 🐔 to try cook it but it was just terrible. I love shopping at this store, everything is clean and organized. Cashiers are fast and friendly. I shop here here every week and I absolutely enjoy saving with there in app coupon sales. I can easily save 50% off my purchase just from buying things on sale and using there coupons. On top of the savings you get rewarded for shopping at Albertsons by getting free food sometimes. I shop here pretty often, as I work nearby. I do love some of the employees at this location. I would have to say the deli and produce section contain my main purchases, other than normal paper supplies. I find the prices a bit high on some things, but the biggest issue is that I can never get out of here fast because there is always one or two checkers and a line of people. I wish they had a self check out line. Other than that, its a pretty nice grocery store.

The catering order system is disorganized in their service delivery. Today I went to pick up my Thanksgiving order and they made me go to the checkout first and stated they would bring my order to the register. I paid at the register and the cashier just tells me to go back and pick up my order. Poor customer service here as their system needs to get organized!!!!

I usually find what I need here. The place is clean and bright. Workers are friendly and ready to help. They used to have kid sized shopping carts, but people take them outside and steal them, so theres only one left. They have fun car shaped shopping carts for the kids to ride, theyre stored at the front by checkouts. The butcher is friendly and will help with what you need. The deli department saved us and made sandwiches for our party last minute! Love coming here!

I used Doordash today to get some groceries delivered for dinner tonight. I ordered gluten free items and approved of substitutions so long as they were gluten free. Apparently that does not translate across the app because every single gluten free item I ordered was out of stock and substituted with items containing wheat and gluten. I have a freezer full of stuff I cant eat and I spent a fortune for. Never again.

I had previously had some negative experiences, but as of late, this Albertsons has improved tremendously for me. The cashiers have been much more pleasant to me, especially Beatrice, who always has a smile and is always willing to converse.Stock has improved quite a bit, with only a few items out of stock due to Corona. Prices have been much better through regular sales and their coupons.I did have another issue recently, but customer service corrected it, and was so nice about the whole thing. There are still a couple cashiers I would rather avoid, but that can be said at any grocery store

The better of the two Albertsons in the area. This particular location is large, and is a great place to find a beverage of any kind. Specialty sodas, hard to find Gatorade flavors, full liquor/beer/wine selections.The regular groceries are on the expensive side, but the rewards program is decent. The chicken and fresh French bread 👌 is worth a trip there. The staff is also extremely friendly & helpful.

What a pleasant surprise as I was driving down foothill and came across an Albertsons that I didnt know existed there! Years ago I lived in Ontario about two miles from our Albertsons and I loved the store back then, also had visited the Redlands Albertsons and was impressed with the addition of a Starbucks there, so decided to stop in Uplands Albertsons and lo and behold a Starbucks inside the store! It was beautiful, organized, and clean! Cashiers were friendly and helpful! Although I presently live in Riverside my work brings me to this area every now and again, so definitely will include a grocery stop here.

I shop at this store weekly and spend $150-200 per week for groceries for me and my family. I liked the store but had a very negative experience that will make me reconsider shopping here again. I purchased a $25 bottle of wine that was spoiled. I brought it back and asked that it be thrown away and exchanged for the same bottle. The night manager on 7/28/20 told me that due to COVID, the store policy is that you cannot exchange or return anything. I think that’s a terrible policy. Other grocery stores in the area have policies that state that they do not accept returns unless the product doesn’t meet their quality standards. I’m 100% on board with not accepting exchanges for the safety of the staff, but if you’re selling rotten or spoiled food/drink items, I think it’s the responsibility of the store to make the customer whole. I’ve never actually returned anything to the store in the previous 3 years shopping there. Also, the manner in which the manager addressed the issue was insulting and poor service. She just deflected and said “That’s the store policy. Sorry, I can’t help you.” When I pressed on why that was the policy if they are selling items out of code, she just replied “I’m just covering, this is not my store.” She said there’s nothing she could do and told me to come back in the morning and talk to another manager. I explained that I work in the morning and couldn’t do that, and she just said “I can’t help you then.” I think Albertsons has a thoughtless store policy that’s being enforced by managers with poor customer service skills. It’s unfortunate, because I used to drive a couple extra miles to specifically go to this store.

Ive been shopping at Albertsons for 25+ years. I just moved to Rancho Cucamonga one year ago, and although Ive lived in the Inland Empire my whole life and Im familiar with this area, Ive never lived here so had no need to grocery shop here. Well, I wish I didnt have to grocery shop here anymore either. This Albertsons always has great stuff on sale, and the store is always incredibly clean. I will be more than happy to give them that attribute. But unfortunately their customer service is so poor, that Im not sure anything can make up for it. I actually went in there about a week ago and did notice a slight Improvement in the lines hopefully that wasnt the aberration. However normally this is one of those stores that never has more than two checks stands open. And usually half the time just one. There could be eight people in line with one check stand open. Specifically from 8 p.m. on it does not matter. 15 people in a line? Theyll still just have one checkstand open. They have a shift manager, shift leader, whatever the title is, named Renee who was incredibly rude. So much so that I actually called the corporate office, something Ive never done to any grocery store my entire life. Now the reason I was there a week ago was because they sent me a $25 gift card. Which even then was pretty cheesy. That was a nice little hey we are sorry, but sending somebody a $25 gift card really is not trying to retain their business. I really thought in situations like that, that it might be a 100 maybe even 50 I could see. But sending somebody a $25 gift card with the situation I dealt with, and the savings lost I incurred, didnt even equal $25. It was larger than that. So I just felt like that was pretty Petty attempt from the store manager. It was fine for an apology. But I felt like it was a weak attempt to retain a loyal lifetime customer. I will probably never enter the store again. And most likely may stay away from Albertsons stores altogether, and handle all my market and grocery needs elsewhere.

I love this Albertsons its in a convenient spot for me, plus most of the workers are very very nice. The only complaint I have is like I said, MOST of the workers are nice, and the ones who are not very nice are the upper management folks. I saw an upper management male who was yelling at a homeless person for sitting outside and said he was to call the police if she ever came back, and they would take her dog away and she wouldnt be able to get her dog back, just very demeaning things, a kind of kicking someone while theyre down type of behavior, to a nice young woman who was politely apologizing the entire time.Another time, a different higher up man called the police on, once again, a homeless woman standing out front. She got arrested, and the police officer and manager were talking and laughing with each other whilst this poor girl was being arrested for just being homeless outside of a store.While I watched both of these situations go down and listened to both of the dialogues between the parties involved, I couldnt help but want to step in at certain points, and it definitely changed my view of this Albertsons.All of the rest of the employees though have awesome personalities and customer service.

Terrible customer service. I bought a $100 gift card here for Macys. When the card was used at Victoria Gardens Macys we were told it was never activated. When we went back to Albertsons to find out what went wrong, we were told there was nothing that could be done. We feel like the checker or someone pulled a switch on us. This is my local grocery store that I try to support the most, Albertsons then Haggens then Albertsons, I cant keep up. I like going here because I dont have to play bumper cars or get stuck in a traffic jam like when you are in Stater Brothers, l have even witnessed a fist fight. If you happened to be behind somebody on a Hoveround dont plan on getting by you might as well just back out of the aisle. the staff at Albertsons is friendly and will help you if needed they have good quality products and if you buy the things that are on sale its not a bad deal.
