Pick up of special ordered birthday cake. Decorator was very nice when I called and when I picked up. He helped me locate purple candles that matched cake design perfectly. Im really impressed with how friendly staff is. Thank you all that I encountered Thursday.

I enjoy going to Albertsons. I enjoy having a real person that does the checking of the groceries. I wish they werent quite so expensive but when you add up how you gotta load up and ring up on your own. I just a soon pay a little more for the products.

I always shop at Albertsons this one is my local one but the place is very clean the staff is friendly more than willing to help but a lot of items you got to check the dates because when you look on the shelves some things are expired other than that stay away from the deli Ive seen them drop things on the floor and then sell it other than that I do recommend this store everything else is great

This location I really like. Located geographically in a good location, near me and their parking lot is in much better shape with the improvements made (it just to be a hot spot for car meets) in last year or so. Their appearance and customer service is what I like the most and one of the reason I visit this location. Prices - well I dont go there for the prices. I enjoy the people I normally see at Albertsons, cleanliness, their flower section is typically very good, bakery, ready to go food, is all A+. Prices though we can do better on prices!

This store is generally clean and well stocked, save the prepackaged deli gondolas which are understandably subject to selling out in a rush. My only real issue is 1. Theyre over-priced, 2. theyre grossly overpriced with regards to the part of town theyre in and the demographic they serve, 3. The store just looks old. It looks like a store that was built in the sixties and updated in the 80s. Im not sure how they can justify charging upscale prices in a store that is in no way upscale. They look like the K-mart of grocery stores, but they charge like theyre..I dont know, pick your own favorite snooty overpriced store.

Well I went in this Albertson paid $200 for four steam gift certificates, non of then worked. I tried to get it solve with the person that sold it to me but he wants to past the buck and told me to take it up with steam. I went back the next day spoke to the store director and he was nice just waiting to speak to him when he come back from his days off. So i spoke to Ron, he said i was going to get a refund of my $200 than he had sent it to the fraud department and it took them another month to get back to me. When they did, it was some lady from Arizona pretty much told me i am out of luck and there is nothing they can do for me. She was rude and just didnt care. They sold me a product from their store it didnt work and Albertson pretty much took my hard earn $200 promised a refund but never did. Cant be trusted i am planing to communicate with Boise Idaho. I am not happy! I had an issue with them and they did not solve it. Just becareful the store words and promised are no good especially from the people in charge. They are liars i will be letting my family members and friends who shop their know about this siutation and will tell them to stop shopping at this Panama Lane Albertson. Dont buy any gift card there they r no good and they font stand behind what they sale. NO HONOR!

Staff is nice and helpful. Store nice and clean. Not too crowded most of the times I go, but even when it gets crowded it seems like they only have 2 cashiers working at a time. Theyre stuff is expensive, but they do have good sales. I like theyre baked chicken dinners. All in all for a quick thing here and there ill go here.

Always enjoy going here because its less crowded then other stores and the clerks are really friendly and helpful. If you havent already download the Albertsons U app, remember to click on the coupons, saves me quite a bit on items and they have save a certain amount of money once you purchase a certain amount. Saved $22 today by using it.

The one on Panama is fantastic! Clean, people very helpful and friendly, was told if we couldnt find something they could special order it, as my husband is diabetic and we cant find alot of things for him. They have always been wonderful with me as I have need of a riding cart, and they always have good ones, clean and in good running conditions. The food prices are good considering prices going up everywhere. I am very pleased and delighted shopping there!!!❤

This store had a line all the way back to the deli, they had one cash register open with a very slow employee. I gave up on buying groceries and put everything back. By the time I put everything back in its proper place, the line moved by maybe 3 people. I pushed the cart out and the wheels locked up for some reason. I was stopped by security and told them I didnt want to buy anything. They looked at me funny and why not? I told him to look at the dam line and how slow it was.The most frustrating part of this was they had one slow moving cashier and I swear 8 other employees walking around facing products.

The store is very clean and well kept but expensive. I only go there for a few items. For instance a can of soup can cost as much as $1 more than where I get my big grocery list. Produce is always fresh. Meat case always looks good and clean. Shelves are stocked. You can get fairly good prices if you check the ads.

Check your receipt, as more often than not, you will be overcharged for items purchased. Just yesterday, I had items totally seventeen dollars that I was overcharged. This Albertsons is the only store in Bakersfield that has such an egregious problem over-charging folks. This Albertsons is closest to my home, but I think I will try shopping the Albertsons next to Trader Joes from now on.

Am very upset with Albertsons because yesterday I was taking pictures of the store, so that other people can see the great deals they have in the store, and obviously talk about my experience in the store. Well Im very disgruntled because the security at the store and the manager approach me and harassed me asking me weird question, like who was I and why am I taking pictures of the store. I was very upset that they would do something like this. They treated me like if I was a thief. I will not be coming here, thats for sure. I did not have a good experience here. Long wait for one item. The express line had people with many items in it, no self checkouts, and their 3s a crowd policy where theyre supposed to open a new line when 3 or more people are in one line didnt happen. Maybe they were understaffed, but it was a 10 to 15 minute wait for 1 item.

This store has declined since the coronavirus scare. The wine and beer selection has dwindled to about half of what it used to be. It appears that the store is catering to the demogaphics of the area. I like shopping at Albertsons, so, now I have to travel to the store on Coffee and Stockdale to find the products I want.

The panama lane albertsons always seems to be clean and well stocked. My complaint today is the monopoly game pieces, they said they ran out sunday just like vons on stockdale. Thats poor treatment for the customer. Some major prizes are still out there but with no pieces you could be missing out.The game isnt over yet ......

It was mahem!!! No water,tp,kleenex etc. Personnel were helpful as can be. These may b scary times, at the same time, rule of thumb are basic hygiene rules hopefully taught as a child....wash, cover your mouth, stay home if sick....and if your not sure if there is a God, I can attest there is, and it might b a good idea to start praying for us all, and that California will survive being the 5th largest economy in the world. The Albertsons on Panama in Bakersfield... their meat department needs to get it together .... when I placed my order they told me that it was a limit of 8 steaks... so when I picked up my phone in order the next day they told me you cant get 8 the limit is 4.... Wow
