Horrible service rude workers who act like they’re being inconvenienced went to register to ask cashier if they had powdered baby formula and she kept acting like she didn’t know what I was talking about as if it’s sooo complicated then after making me repeat myself multiple times picks up a picture and asks is this what your talking about and I say yes and tell her what kind I want and she goes to another area to see if we have it then I ask if it’s possible to get 9 cans then some older lady crassly yells you can only get 5 then the cashier comes out and says we didn’t have that one needless to say big fat waste of my time and patience

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced! Ive never felt so disrespected for literally no reason at all!! I guess I should have read the reviews before attempting to put an order in here. I called to order a birthday cake from the bakery department and had asked questions about the fillings they have and the guy who has on the other end acted irritated and inconvenienced that I had any questions at all 🙄 He put me on hold, and eventually an older sounding asian lady answered who had the same inconvenienced attitude and rude tone. Even went so far as to laugh to the coworker who it sounded like made some sort of joke or rude gesture at my expense to get that response from her.I called back immediately after completing the order cuz I had never been so disrespected just trying to call in and make an order, that there was no way I was gonna spend my money there after that. I spoke to a manager, EXTREMELY briefly, about wanting to cancel the order and was trying to tell him about everything that had just happened. At the very least, those people should have been talked to about their inappropriate behaviors. But instead while explaining everything, albeit emotionally at this point, I hear the line go quiet and this Manager just hung up on me instead of addressing the issue. I see now how the other people were so comfortable being rude and condescending.... They obviously know they can get away with it since the management is the exact same way 🙄🤦‍♀️

Update 04/01/2023: App still sucks. You guys have to do something about your app. Its way too difficult to use overly designed. Heres an example of a fail that has happened several times: I see digital U deal in store at meat counter, unable to find it in search to clip, butcher has me scan package instead, find it, clip it, doesnt work, cashier says after clipping I have to add to list, she adds to list and it still doesnt discount, line gets held up while cashier has to perform math on her personal phones calculator to reduce the difference between original price and digital U sale price. Its frustrating and embarrassing.Update 07/03/2025: App has improved. Thank you. Customer service has slowly been replaced here with aloofness by the newer employees.

Store is always clean and staff friendly. I dont buy produce from too many places other than Albertsons; its always fresh and stays good for a while longer than other stores in town.Make sure you download the app for coupon clippings and deals.

Horrible customer service. Trina G was very rude and snatched money out my hand while paying for a money order. She was triple checking every bill mind you I come here every month for my money orders for the last 5 years and I will not be coming back after this discrimination. She should be fired. Then stated to me she took all the rest of my money and she don’t pay rent because she owns her home lol good job Ms 80 year old 👍🏽

I usually get awesome service from the hot food department. I was going to order some chicken for a get together and figured I could grab about 50pcs or so. I often walk in and get that order, but this time, this man gave me an villainous attitude worthy of an Oscar! Mind you, theres NO signage whatsoever that specifies any kind of limit amount to order chicken. This character was adamant that only 2 orders per customer. I was very relaxed and said fine. He just kept making asinine comments and mumbled gibberish. Poor man, bless his soul! So we were waiting for our order, and another young lady took that mans place while he went to lunch. SHE WAS AMAZING!! SHE DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY AND WITH A MAGNIFICENT ATTITUDE! SHE ALONE GETS 5 STARS. EVERYTHING ELSE, WELL....

Though we wont find WinCos expanded variety or lower regular prices, we will find awesome advertised sales, as well as a designated clearance location within each store. .The pleasant & helpful attitudes will be an appreciated perk when compared to the consistent rudeness Ive found within the FoodsCo company.

Love Albertsons. A bit expensive, but the shopping experience is definitely more pleasant than your typical grocery store. The store is ALWAYS clean, ALWAYS well stocked. The lines are consistently short and the customer service is always friendly. I wont go for big shopping trips, but definitely enjoy my small trips in.

Cashier was rude to me and manager told me that is the opposite of how the employee usually acts and wouldnt let me finish telling him what happened when he asked. Very unprofessional. There were also no carts in the cart areas, a mom and her 3 kids had to walk to the other end of the store to find one.

Purchased a cake for my sons birthday party with a sticker that said it was freshly made the day before. When it came time to cut the cake, the frosting was hard as a rock. I didn’t think much of it and thought maybe since it had been in the fridge. As soon as I cut into it I noticed it was old. The frosting was hard and dry falling apart like sand. Guests took a bite and noticed a rancid taste!! Clearly this cake was relabeled. I had heard of grocery stores doing this just never thought Albertsons. I was wrong!!! It was disappointing and embarrassing since everyone was looking forward to eating a delicious chocolate cake. At least all my guests now know where not to buy a cake!! We were too busy talking about it we forgot to take a picture of the disgusting cake.

I previously gave this Albertsons a good review but tonight changed my mind. Before shopping, which we do at this location several times a week, we visited Dollar Tree and bought two items which we did not purchase a bag for. Not wanting to run to the car to put those items away, we decided to carry them by hand while we shopped. We spend $100s of dollars here weekly as it is our closest and nicest grocery store. (We SPEND..we dont STEAL!!) We were doing our normal weekly shopping: buying food, cleaning supplies, and health and beauty items, when my girlfriend (who happens to wear baggy pants, wears a hat, and has tattoos) decided to step out of the store to take a phone call. Upon exiting she got rushed and practically tackled by Loss Prevention who told her to give back their items that she took!! She had not taken anything. All that was in her hands were the Dollar Store items we walked in with(and had a receipt for.) He went on accusing her of stealing until he realized those items are not even sold at Albertsons(after yanking them out of her hand)!! His reply was Oh my Bad.! Like it was no big deal. But he had put his hands on her when he tried to stop her! Obviously upset about being accused wrongly of stealing she came in the store to get me so we could leave our full cart of items and go shop else where (where we are not treated like criminals!) We exited the store together this time and another employee rushed out and watched us walk away. When we asked him if there was a problem he stated: I dont know what you are talking about. Im just on my break.but immediately returned Into the store after we walked away. All I have to say is SHAME ON YOU ALBERTSONS for falsly judging a book by its cover and accusing two long time regular paying customers of stealing. We will NEVER shop at this location again. And perhaps your loss Prevention team should receive some training on how they should physically see someone conceal product before they rush them, put hands on them, and almost tackle them for absolutely doing nothing and making false assumptions based off of looks alone. And why is your Loss Prevention team putting their hands on people anyway? Do they have the proper certifications and qualifications to go hands on with someone who steals? I have never been more angry. The way we were treated tonight was absolutely ridiculous, uncalled for, and in my opinion a possible law suit for assault by an employee, and defamation of character. Just wow. Shame on you and your poorly trained, accusatory, falsely profiling employees. Im disgusted at the way we were treated and will take our hard earned money elsewhere from now on.

2 Rude employees, one cussed at my 72 year old father when he asked one to put his cowboys mask on properly repeatedly the whole checkout heard him and another employee told us to leave and go about your (our) day after we asked him where the manager was and he also told that the manager is very busy and kept telling us to leave and after 12 times he finally told us he inside near the lottery machines area, and we finally told the manager what had happened and then went home. It was awful dont come here, if you like not being sick with covid.

Very clean store. Employees very friendly. Prices are higher than other stores. My husband and I were very pleased with overall look of store except for deli hot goods. We had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for fresh fried chicken. The deli employees were way off the ball on a,Friday memorial day weekend for customers after 5pm. They had over 10 customers waiting for their dinners. Unacceptable.

The rest of the store is a good store but when it comes to the deli its a whole different story. I had specifically called ahead of time to make a order and was told they would be working on it right now I show up to the store letting them know Im here to pick up my order and they said they couldnt give me what I ordered due to not having ENOUGH. That was the main reason why I called ahead to make a order! I understand they get busy thats why I make orders so this doesnt happen . To top it off when I asked about a deal they had over the phone he knew what I was talking about but when I went in he looked at me like I was stupid but confirmed with me over the phone they had the deal. Ended up just leaving was irritated about the whole situation.

My rating has nothing to do with the quality of products or people who work there.Its the lines. They are RIDICULOUS. Unless yall are willing to staff enough checkers to keep things flowing smoothly, for the love of all that is modern and convenient PLEASE put in a few self-checkout lanes. I avoid shopping at Albertsons specifically because of the absurd amount of time it takes to get in and out.

Albertsons will never be the cheapest grocery store, but theyre about the cleanest and well stocked. I suppose thats the trade off, lower prices at a warehouse grocery store that has usually one register open for every 30 customers, or pay a little more with a clean store, multiple registers open and great customer service. Personally, I prefer the latter.

Normally i have a nice experience here and get roasted chicken for the wife so we dont have to cook later in the day. i was waiting 5 minutes at the food area just to just hear two employees flirting in the back. A manager did walk by 5 mintues prior to say that they were on the phone and they would be with me.The wait itself was acceptable, the flirting was normal, but one of the employees made eye contact 2 separate times and still didnt help me. If you are busy, just tell me to wait and dont force me to take the initiative to ask questions to get what i want. I am not on the clock, you are when you made eye contact twice with a waiting customer in a 5 minute period .

Most of us in this very long line (all the way to the back of the store by the orange juice) have only a few items, and in normal circumstances would be in and out within minutes, but now I am held hostage. This is counterintuitive: You want to keep us separated, but then force us to stay in the same room with strangers for longer than we otherwise would have. Why arent more registers open?

This Albertsons is a lot nicer than the one on Mt. Vernon Ave.. Lots of fresh produce, more to choose from, plus theres a Starbucks. The layout reminds me of a Ralphs, which is definitely a good thing.

Good place, just dont buy cakes here. The main cake decorator and baker is rude and refuses to do custom work or simply change a color of frosting. We wanted a orange cake in the display but in white. We were told nope, i wont do that. Your going to have to call another Albertsons Rosedale did an amazing job.

I live right across the street from this Albertsons store on White Lane and gosford, I hardly ever going inside that store anymore and the reason for that is because the employees there especially the people that the registers they act like you are bothering them, I have tried different registers and they are all the same they dont greet you they dont say hi to you they just scan your items and tell you the total you pay and they send you out the door.

The service on the deli department is it is horrible I was there about 1pm today they have an older gentleman working in the deli he has no customers service experience at all he is rude he belong in your warehouse where he has no interactions with your customers
