If you had to shop for food somewhere, this is the place, because it’s fast friendly, and well organized. The workers seem like they actually want to be there. Which is rare. So good for this location. And only this location.

Your flowers suck! Bought beautiful roses Sunday and today Wednesday their wilting. I buy flowers at Costco often and they last for over a week. Everything else about this store is great. Meat department always has great options and so does the bakery. The store is clean and well organized. Get another supplier though for flowers cause that should of lasted me a lot longer.

Slightly better then Vons I guess, not as good as Ralphs. Id give this place a better review except the Deli meat smells kind of rotten, at first I thought it was expired, but then I passed by one of the deli department workers who smelled really bad, this Pug-faced person of indistinguishable gender (likely a they/them). I mightve overheard their name Vivian I think.. They need to take a shower or something, because Im worried about whether or not the meat is gonna make me sick here ..(PS: I swear I caught them scratching themselves before handling some cheese)

Albertsons always has great deals going on! I love the variety. Produce is always fresh. Great selection of organic items as well! My baby just started solids and I love being able to find clean, organic foods for her at Albertsons! We are now in June, but staff is still keeping up with safe measures in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. Thank you!

This is a great store. Far above the typical Albertsons. Also their app gives you tons of deals. I do go to many other stores, but if I had to shop only here Id be fine with it. Not everything is the best around, but it is all very good and they have everything. If your shopping time is really limited, this is a solid one-stop shop.

In the area briefly for the holiday, I stepped into Albertsons to grab food for a short stay. I have been living in a remote area of Arizona for the last several months, only occasionally leaving a 30 mile radius. I was struck at the selection and pricing in this store. Literally just got off the phone with the bakery section. One the lady took a while to answer and two she answered with an attitude. She responded with MHMM and once I said thank you she replied with MHMM again and hung up… it was a thirty second question and for her to hang up on a customer is just rude. This is why I’ll stick to STATER BROS.!

Prices are fairly good, you need to clip coupons if you want the deals to be better but it’s still affordable. They have good options and a variety of produce so you don’t have to go to other stores.Check out was fast and the employees are super nice.

With Covid I have rarely ventured out for groceries. But I LOVE the fresh tortilla chips from here. They actually stay fresh after you open the bag! There are just some things a grocery store does better than a big box store.

Bakery employees were amazing. Needed a birthday cake last minute, ordered a cake less than 24 hours prior to needing it and they were so accommodating, professional and understanding. The cake was delicious and beautiful.

This grocery store amazed me. They seem to have everything here. It was the only place in 3 cities that I could find a certain salad dressing I was looking for. Its definitely one of the biggest grocery stores in North Orange County. Its kept clean, and the employees are friendly. It was easy to navigate, enter, and exit. Checkout was seemless.

I love Albertsons the staff is very friendly and helpful they have a big selection of variety and fresh as well.. the management was very helpful when I had a problem at self-serve they came to my friends rescue when she had a problem at the register. Just had the Pot pie from the bakery/deli area. It was delish. Loaded with chicken. The meatballs that are sold in the same area are our favorite. Great recipes used for their deli salads also. Albertsons is cool theyre just a bit more on the expensive side of things, unless you really shop for specials and deals. You can also use their app and take advantage of even more bonus rewards and discounts. They do have the best fruits and vegetables everything always looks super clean and fresh. Love the fab 5 deals and you can also hit Starbucks on your way in or out! Staff is friendly too this place is worth checking out if you want to do some shopping.

This store has changed a lot since my last review. Due to new management a couple of years ago, this store is always out of stock on sale items. It was not that way previously. It is extremely frustrating. The best part about this store now is the bakery and the pharmacy.

Do not buy Apple Gift cards from here. The Apple App store will tell you they are not valid. If its anything like the Ralphs nearby, you will also be told that you cannot refund it and to contact Apple. Hoping my relative can get a refund or get it added to their Apple account via support, but I had no luck doing that with the Ralphs one. Apple told my relative to contact Ralphs so its basically a blame game. Fully expecting this to happen to the Albertsons one that my relative just bought.

I’ve been shopping at this store for almost 15 years. I’ve always had a very positive experience with all staff & management who have always been personable, friendly, & professional.The Store is always organized & clean as well as the restrooms & the Pharmacy staff is always friendly. I usually come into the store late in the evenings on my way home from work in which I notice that the Manager Alma usually works the late night shift. Alma has always been real friendly, helpful, genuine & professional. I had one issue regarding a transaction in which I left the store without receiving my cash back money $40.00 that I was charged for in that transaction. I called the store & spoke to Alma who was the managers on that shift & I explained to her my dilemma. She stated that she will look into it & count the money in the drawer of that register & that she would call me as soon as she was done counting the money . I received a call back within 15 minutes & was told that I could come back to the store to pick up the $40.00 . Alma expressed her sincere apologies as well as from the actual checker who made the error & thanked me for being so patient in this matter. I walking away feeling valued as a customer. The only thing I do feel needs improvement is that every staff member should be knowledgeable & trained on how the Albertsons app works in regards to accessing digital coupons, as well as rewards . I have yet to figure it out loosing out on discounts that I spent time on choosing . Over all I’m happy with this store & glad that they are in my community.

If you want great fresh produce, this is a great Albertsons to shop at. I have spoken with the produce staff a few times and they are always friendly and helpful. They say their produce is so fresh because they turn over a lot of product so they can always keep new and fresh stuff coming in.This is just about the only local store that I can regularly get watermelon radishes. If you havent tried them before, slice them really thin, add some blood oranges, arugula, goat cheese, fine chopped pistachios and your favorite light dressing (I use some white balsamic, EVOO, a little orange juice, rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper).

I do all of my shopping at this specific Albertsons, including buying alcohol since my 21st birthday last year. All with my Wisconsin ID.Today I went in for a quick stop for dinner and wine. I took my items up and had my ID ready, handed it to the cashier and she immediately began to make a stink of it. I was on the register closest to the self check outs at 6:35pm. She proceeded to question my ID, as if I haven’t been using it there with no issue for the past 8 months since turning 21. I have dual living in both California and Wisconsin so I keep my Wisconsin ID.She proceeded to call a manager over, and voided all my items so the manager could take it over because “I was holding the line up” - her quoteI do not come to Albertsons to be treated and questioned like a child with a perfectly legal and valid ID. I’m highly upset and felt disrespected.I plan to shop now only at Ralph’s down the street.

Im not usually one to write a bad review but this ladys customer service was absolute trash. Her name is Gina T and she rung us up at the express lane. She didnt greet us, she seemed annoyed by us, didnt tell us our total, didnt offer us if we wanted a bag. OH but once she saw a regular customer, she was chatting while we were standing there waiting for her to tell us the total. My mother told her thank you and she just nodded and called for the next customer. And when she helped the customer after us, she greeted him happily and continued to talk to him.

Need to be careful here, their system prices are different than the prices tagged or the ads. This isnt the first time they pull this sorta scam. Make sure to check receipt! or estimate what your final cost will be at checkout. You may be paying than you should! Also really bad checkout employees. They seem cranky. I have tried different ones everytime, and only maybe 2 out the 7 different ones arent rude. Watch out for a white male older dude name Robert. Terrible customer service. Wont be coming back here.

Update:Denise (manager) was on top of it and tried really hard to make it up to me immediately. Still a rough experience but they made every effort to correct the issue!******************************The poor checker was clearly not trained enough or confident enough to be solo. I was charged incorrectly on several items, I had to wait (hold up the line) while she figured it out, waited for help (twice) and redid my entire transaction and I was still grossly overcharged. Most Albertsons stores that I have been gave excellent service. However, this store I had bad experience with a lady at the meat department. My wife and I had to wait almost 10 minutes looking for a person to serve us, when she finally came out from back of the meat department she was too busy talking to other employee and ignored us. When I finally got a chance to make an order, she kept interfering in the middle of my order and offered items that I didnt need .

Terrible checkout cashier name Robert dude didnt bother to tell anyone in line that we may expect to wait 10-15mins+ because the lady he was ringing up had item pricing issues and he sent her and someone back into the store aisles to find the right item. Me and a few other shoppers were never told itll that long then he had the nerve to say out loud that if we were in such a hurry we could pick up all our items from the table and go to the express checkout lanes. Maybe we would if he told us we wait that long! Also forgot to mention, watch the prices when they ring you up. Their prices dont match the ads or the price tags in store. The store itself is a very nice store. I would have given it a 5 star, however, the checker was wearing a piece of flare that is very divisive. He was very nice and professional but I personally dont appreciate political redderic being displayed in the grocery store that I shop in to feed my family. Especially the divisive piece of flare that he was wearing. Its been a tough year for everyone. He is serving the public at his place of work. Not his bubble of peeps! I ordered a cake a week in advance for my kids birthday. I went in today to pick up my order and it wasnt even decorated! To top it off it wasnt even the colors or the cake I ordered! When I talked to the manager of the bakery and told her I wasnt happy, that I need the cake today for their party and cant reorder another one, she went to all the girls in the bakery and was snarky and was like o now shes not happy...well and had attitude. I didnt have the print out of the order that they gave me when I ordered so I asked if she could print me out the bar code, since I needed to wait for them to redecorate it and pay for it. I looked at the bar code and now it was more then from the day I ordered. I requested to talk to the manager and he was so amazing! Jose was very understanding and even brought me the cake and gave me the cake for free. No that isnt what I was after, I simply wanted what I ordered. Now I understand why they are highering for bakery workers. Sad that I now need to find another bakery because albertons in la mirada and now Fullerton cant seem to get it right

I agree that the staff and management is horrible in this store. Although I agree that a short hispanic lady and a short hispanic man who are management there are rude and unwelcoming, the meat department has very rude people, and the bakery has a rude lady (none of which are hispanic). There are also very nice employees in this store, but that does not make it okay for this store to employ such people who lack appropriate social and management skills.

Very filthy place. My wife came there to do grocery shopping, while we were near by. They overcharged her. Very rude unpleasant staff with terrible management. This is the only place that stocks Hood Calorie Countdown Dairy Beverage, low in carbs and low in sugar, about 2 grams.The problem with Albertsons, their prices are too high. Rather than game pieces or weekly specials, cut the prices. Stater Bros seems to have lower prices.Albertsons needs to scrap these games, lower prices. They make more than enough.

I have been receiving offers by email almost every week, for months, from Albertsons (according to the ad,) stating that ALBERTSONS will deliver the first time FREE (no delivery charge) AND $20 OFF groceries of $75 or more. I have NEVER ordered from Albertsons before, and my husband and I were both very sick, so thought I would try this offer. NO WHERE IN THIS AD DID IT STATE INSTACART OR THAT IT ACTUALLY HAD TO BE THE FIRST TIME USING INSTACART.So, I took the time, on March 10, (took an hour, at least,) picking out and ordering all of the items.I get ALL THE WAY TO THE END, and screen says 1) they CANT deliver within the 1-2 hours promised, so will not be until the next day, between 10 and 11, and 2) they did not take the $20 off, stating must be your first order, (I had ordered from Ralphs probably a year ago, through instacart evidently, ) and 3) did NOT give me free delivery.DISAPPOINTMENT.ANGER.TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING INFORMATION. I am so disappointed in this situation. So I called Albertsons directly, spoke to Sherry, who said she was the manager. She was quite rude and short, said it was NOT HER JOB to deal with this, that Albertsons is completely separate from Instacart, and I would have to call Instacart. She said Google it! I explained that it was on the ALBERTSONS WEBSITE that I found the offers to have Albertsons deliver, and it clearly stated that Albertsons delivers!I then did look up and call Instacart. Robert tried his best to help me. He gave the best customer service he could under the circumstances.The order, by the way, WAS delivered that night, so the online information was incorrect. The gal who delivered was great and gave us great SERVICE.However, the lack of truthfulness on your website makes me NEVER want to use Albertsons or Instacart ever again!!Pam Tetreault
