This store is always clean and well stocked. I come here frequently and have for years, but lately have been driving to the Vons just south of here. I realize Vons and Albertsons are part of a corporation, but for reasons unknown the customer service is lackadaisical here. Now don’t misunderstand, some of the employees are outstanding, others are average or below.This is a easy fix and I hope someone in management takes note.

Awful customer service, the manager Melani Courties is not up to date on current technology and laws regarding identification and MDLs. What is worse she shows no inclination about even speaking to corperate to verify current and news practices. I will probably not return to this store as long as she remains their. Managers like this are really a disgrace. Albertsons do better!

Always great service here at this location. Today an employee named Justin went above and beyond to locate a product that wasn’t on the shelf but the website said available today. I was in an entirely different department and he found me later with a bag of what I was looking for! Thanks Justin! You deserve a raise!!!

Bags food items with non food items like soaps and detergents. Incredibly over priced (almost a 4 buck markup on some items that you can easily buy elsewhere and for better quality; and so I will).Their produce is constantly rotten. Terrible attitude from the manager. Was never greeted by them, just looked at me while I walked up to them. The expression on their face was like theyd rather be dead than be there doing their job.

This store is always clean, the produce is always well stocked, they have good selection of meat, I like Albertsons meats. I do miss the Fab 5 weekly specials...Sad how covid and inflation has changed things. The employees are nice and very helpful. I shop here regularly and recommend this store to all.

I see the review that says good things about this store but then goes on to say, the customer service is lackadaisical here. Now don’t misunderstand, some of the employees are outstanding, others are average or below. Can we say the name of the person we dislike, even though she appears to be pretty high up in the management structure, or do we need to dance around the fact and not name the person (lets call her J) by her full name?Heres a quick J story: This product is on sale, but none is on the shelf.Me: May I have a rain check?J: We may have more in the back.Me: I asked and S checked.J: I have to check again. (long wait - I see J doing other business).J: We should have more in three days.Me: I will be out of town then. May I have a rain check?J: The sale lasts through Tuesday.Me: Im not sure I can make it back by then.J: Have you already received a rain check?Me: Thats what Im trying to get.J: Stock is limited.Me: I didnt realize you had any.J: I dont think we do. I need to check. The store is consistent great produce and meet counter, and great people around willing to help if needed. A little more pricey than FoodCo. I can see the trade off, it just depends on if Im in a hurry or going for quality and service, then its Albertson. If Im low on $$ then its FoodCo.

Im not one to leave reviews but just had to this time. The past few times Ive been to this store location has not been a pleasent experience.Dont get me wrong the store itself is very well maintained. However, most of the staff is not very friendly. I dont really want to go into detail about everything. But there is one particular checker in general with the initial M that has made it an awkard experience each time. So I had to leave a review to address this.I observe how she comes across with other consumers in front of the line, which can be ok. However my past experiences with her has not been nearly as friendly. I should not have to be the one who initiates a greeting and small talk which usually is short and awkward with her. It would be nice if she would treat every customer as equally friendly even if they are not a regular at this store location. Hopefully management can fix this. I know I cannot be the only one who feels this way.

Very clean with open aisles/walking areas That were not congested with additional display gondolas for other products. 90% of the products were all faced which made it easy to locate particular products. That additional 10% of products that wasnt faced was primarily focused in the personal hygiene aisle.

I placed an instacart order and the person filling the order was snarky with me when he couldnt find a diabetec item. He offered to replace it with frosting filled cookies. I asked who his manager was and he went silent then canceled my order. I called the store and waited 40 minutes on hold for a manager. I finally gave up and ordered from Sprouts. They were fast, courteous, understood diabetec needs. I gave the driver a big tip. The BBB will be hearing from me regarding Albertsons refusal to reasonably accommodate my family members diabetec disability and their discrimination against us, mocking and ridiculing my family member who is diabetec and on hospice care. Its no joke when you give a deadly amount of sugar to a diabetec. Its a death sentence.

I went in specifically to get some Deli items. The lady at the Deli counter was quite pleasant and very helpful. I especially like the fact that she sorted through the chicken and pushed aside pieces that looked dry or burnt and selected the better-looking ones.Honestly couldnt have had a better experience.😊😊😊

I order curbside pickup. They have designated parking which is numbered. They always come out with my groceries within 15 min. (At the most). Very friendly service and very convenient. Produce is incomparable to any other grocery store in town.

Everything is just a tad on the expensive side. They are nice when you need a tomato for a meal youre in the middle of but I wouldnt and cant afford to buy all my groceries there. Staff is very nice and the owner/manager is also very nice.

Everytime we go to the deli we ask for half a pound of lunch meat. We always get turkey and always, always, always the lady on the day shift gives us just under a pound by like 10 cents! We tell her no half a pound only so it doesnt go to waste! Everytime she has attitude and rolls her eyes and starts slamming things around like a two year old throwing a big fit. In these times loosing my job our money only goes so far and we dont wanna waste money. Pick another deli because shes RUDE!

I usually shop at Vons or another supermarket but went here looking for a particular item that my wife had gotten from an Albertsons in Idaho...I asked at the deli counter and they had no clue. I went into the store so I could purchase diet Dr, pepper, and I was happy to see that it was $7.48 per 24 pack unless you bought two which reduced it down to actually paying $4.99 per 24 pack, so these means buying 2, you buy each one for $4.99, with a total of $11.13 out the door for 2 24 pack can! I used to love shopping at this location, but the past few months Ive become extremely disappointed. Several times Ive come home and realized the meat I bought from the meat counter is no good....off colored, horrible smell. They are my favorite market around the corner from me... Always have exactly what i need. Sales are good.. coupons always save me money there.😁 its a perfect place to get my salads 🥗 or friend chicken or anything I need from the bakery as well.. With everything going on in this world 🌎& what seems like another spike in COVID-19 cases its nice to know Albetsons makes you wear a face mask 😷 to enter their Market & that makes me & my entire family feel alot better & safer than just walking into a place where others are not wearing one. Shopping in a safe clean environment is important to me during these times. Having everything I need in one place for one trip out of the house is so wonderful. All types of cheeses 🧀 Milks 🥛 soft drinks or Alcohol is great & decently priced or on sale is always a bonus here. When i need quick food they have assorted frozen dinners.. baked Chicken.. Soups 🍲 & 🍞 breads & every kind of breakfast cereals😋. Their meat section is great as well as their fresh fish 🐟 & crab 🦀 & Lobster 🦞 tails & scallops are all delicious as well & fair market prices. All the bathroom things I need plus a pharmacy in house in case I need anything. I even got shoe insoles here and they are GREAT. THIS is a nice neighborhood friendly grocery store with a kind staff that always is willing to help me out with anything I need, even if I cannot reach it because I am hadicap. Electric shopping carts are also available for use and help out to my car is nice to recieve as well from their staff. They always bag my groceries for me which HELPS me cause I have Rheumatoid arthritis in both my hands. Always a great experice there. 👍🏼

I love Albertsons (& Vons). When they have sales, theyre usually very good sales. And who doesnt love $5 Friday?!!3/4/22--Another $5 Friday! Prices are up everywhere. From dog grooming to dog food. From gasoline to the price you pay for a car wash. Electricity, water, cable. Even toothpicks! So when I see the prices skyrocketing at grocery stores, I say, Yeah, saw that coming. But Vons/Albertsons never fail to toss out a pretty darn decent $5 Friday every week. Who cant be grateful for that!5/22/22 -- What can I say, more of the same. Prices skyrocketing but thats everywhere. Still taking advantage of sales and $5 Fridays, which Im grateful that Vons & Albertsons are still doing them. And the Fab 5 is helpful as well. In the midst of all this craziness, they are still relatively well stocked on most items & very clean & organized.7/31/22 -- Well, my nearest Albertsons is about 6-1/2 miles away. My nearest Walmart Neighborhood Market is 1/2 mile away. But I drove all the way to Albertsons to take advantage of several sale items. Had they had said sale items, the trip wouldve been worth the drive. However, they were out of just about everything I went there for. Luckily, my credit union is next door & I needed to go there, so while I went to Albertsons for no good reason, at least I was able to do my banking. Needless to say, Im NOT happy with Albertsons rite now.

Been to this place a ton of times and is great until the cashier (older Caucasian) gives me a hard time when trying to cash out my coinstar receipt that I just got from their machine on site. I watched the cashier (Jessica) on Friday evening around 6pm on 6/1/2018 completely humiliate a young woman in line who was paying with EBT. I know she was paying with EBT because the cashier made a very LOUD announcement that anyone within earshot could hear. Jessica did not acknowledge the woman paying, talking to her bag boy instead. I could see the girl kind of waving her card to the cashier but the cashier never looked her way. After swiping the card, Jessica announced very loudly, “You owe $.50 for the bags used.” The woman told her she was not supposed to be charged for the bags. Jessica told her loudly “well you didn’t tell me you were paying with EBT.” I am a former cashier of Albertsons, I know without a fact you cannot continue to process the order and not know it is EBT. Jessica then looked at her bag-boy and told him. Take everything out of the plastic bags and put it in paper. The customer told her, I don’t believe that is a policy. Jessica told her it always has been. (It’s not really). The customer told her she was embarrassing her and Jessica’s response was to shrug her shoulders. Jessica then forgot to charge for the water at the bottom of the customers cart so we all had to wait while she processed another transaction. I feel so terrible for that poor girl. Shame on Albertsons for treating a customer that way. The gal was dressed in professional attire, so obviously she is working and trying. That girl needs to be seriously reprimanded.
