I came to do a Western Union money transfer. I was helped by Keith, who throughout the transaction, was making comments to me about how he didnt want to do the transfer. I called before coming, and spoke with a lady who told me that I could come down right away and do the money transfer. I dont know if he just didnt want to do it because he was lazy, he didnt trust me, or because it was a large amount of money which was just simply inconvenient. I felt disrespected and brushed off.

Really good store. Staff are always helpful and reliable.Checkout lanes typically get you out quickly.Rewards Members get discounts and free products.$ 5 dollar Fridays has the best specials.Managers are great and typically working on the floor with the employees.Seasonal displays always nice.Great specials on the app!Use Rewards for discounts or free groceries. The seasonal receipt games are fun. Free items on Saturdays is nice.

Its time to close this location. Meats looks so old and dry! Didnt have or ran out of everything thats on sale 🙄🙄.Should just close or replace the manager.

Complaint is for the deli delpt. I give zero stars if I could. I placed an order online for pick up 3 days ahead of my pick up date and called to confirm to find out they dont have my order. The employee of the deli dept was rude and said that she didnt have my order, that they couldnt take any more orders even though I had my order number and confirmation number. The deli employee basically didnt help at all and said contact customer service. I asked how do I contact Customer service and again was rude and said I dont know go online and see. Such disrespect and disregard. Never again will I order from here. If you order from deli make sure to call caude the online ordering sucks big time. Customer service wasnt much help either. They said to call store and place order, which I explained how rude the deli employee was. Customer service insisted that the store would take my order but after being spoken to rudely the first time I said no thank you. Obviously Im not getting anywhere so I will take my business elsewhere.

Was just in the store this evening and tried to tell the manager that a whole side of isle 7 in the freezer case was hot. She didnt care just said they were on a defrost. No maam. Thats not a defrost everything in there was thawed and soft. And it felt hot like an oven inside. No signs warning customers or anything. Completely disgusted with this store now. If they let this kind of thing happen and not have it closed up to customers so they dont get sick, who knows what else goes on.

I’m disabled and it takes a lot for me to get my wheelchair off the car. This is why I do store pick up’s. Please tell me why this store is the only market that gives me a headache. Now before you start with “another Karen” Hear me out and read the these examples:A. I placed a store pick up order I get a notification that the items are not available but I go in the store and they are right there on the shelf.B. I ordered Turkey dinner items which included a jar of turkey gravy, mash potatoes, turkey breast etc. I get a notification that they have substituted my turkey gravy with PORK gravy. Like someone really looked at the order and said “I don’t see a jar of turkey gravy.but I bet this pork gravy will work”. Why not think that a can of turkey gravy or maybe even a jar of chicken gravy would be the best option considering they are both from the bird family. Nope they guessed pork. SMH Make it make sense to me but who am I other than the person eating it. BTW I went inside and grabbed two cans of turkey gravy,C. Why when they substitute items they do NOT go according to the sale promotions. They have twelve PACKS of Coke products on sale for buy 2 GET 3 FREE. I order 4 packs of Coke and 1pk of Sprite but get told the Sprite is not available so the remove it and add a two litter of Sprite. Now I lost the discount rather than them offering another pack that is part of the discount. I had to have them remove all the sodas from the order and go inside to buy them.D. I order 5lb of steaks for a dinner I was hosting. Notified it’s not available and substituted it with a 1lb pack. There I am again going in the store to buy 4 additional 1lb packs to make it 5lbs.You only get the additional star cause you’re not in Pomona.Other than that your store pick up game needs work but in the event Albertsons does decide to hire a part time/contracted training manager I’m available.

They have a cashier named Ernest. avoid him at all costs. He ignores your questions, and just has to be the rudest person I have ever come across. If I see he’s the only lane open I’ll either self check out or just walk out and take my business to stater bros

Albertsons has been one of our favorite grocery stores to shop at but Yesterday we were left with a horrible experience. My fiance had a cart full of groceries he went up to grab a case of water by the front registers while I was getting some flowers while holding our baby’s stroller then the plan was to head to register to pay since flowers are next to the register. While looking at the flowers I glanced to check up on my fiance and I noticed the manager (I think it was a manager female late 30s I want to say blondish hair and wearing glasses) heading towards my fiancé very fast while pressing on her walkie I could tell she was ASSUMING he was to take off with the groceries I have worked retail so I know her body language. And I could hear her she wasn’t talking low on the walkie like she thought she was. She tells my fiance he’s supposed to pay for the groceries first then grab the waters. My fiance had no intent of stealing anything he was grabbing one case for cashier to scan and we where going to grab 4 more cases on our way out as the sale was buy 2 get 3 free. Long story short rude manager was assuming we where going to steal maybe because we are Hispanic dressed in gym wear in not sure why once she saw me with the baby her reaction changed towards my fiancé but there where so many customers grabbing waters putting them in their carts without paying for them yet (am assuming they where still shipping like we where) and the manager didn’t stop them at all. Meanwhile she told my fiancé he’s not supposed to touch the waters until he pays for them and she said go to checkout and instead of her taking care of him she opens a new register and left us there to wait on another line so she obviously just went up to him because she thought he was stealing not to provide him with customer service. We spent $200 on groceries yesterday and we go every weekend at this point I’m not sure if we should continue our business with Albertsons. After that happened we felt so uncomfortable waiting in line to pay. The cashier Robert was very nice and professional as always. Do better Albertsons we are very disappointed.

Good selection of items, friendly service, and clean facilities. Cant really ask more from a grocery store. The surrounding area is kinda sketchy though.Overall, it some of their prices can compete with other Superstores like Target and Walmart. Ive giving it 4 stars because it needs an upgrade or remodel. Otherwise its a safe ans resonable place to shop.Thank you for service!

This is my Go-to grocery store, they always have what I need & THE BAKERY is one the best, cakes & cupcakes are fresh & moist, Love them!!
