I shopped at this Albertsons since its opening. Its a staple in the neighborhood. There is a certain amount of expectation this market brings.This last visit was disappointing. We waited in line for a lengthy time. Fernando was handling a transaction with a couple before us. He was dismissive to them.When Fernando returned to us, he did not acknowledge the long delay. Fernando did not greet us. He was cocky and lacked customer service skills.If Fernando is the face of Albertsons courtesy, it gives customers great pause.Oh, self-service checkout sounds enticing.

I wish I could give more stars to the bakery department. Brandy went above and beyond when I told her to get creative with my sons cake. Not only was it beautiful but everyone, even some who dont usually like cake, thought it was delicious. Im never disappointed when I order from here.

I called ahead of time to see if this location had a certain item.I spoke clearly on the phone and had described at least 3 times what the item was so I avoid any confusion. The store manager said they checked and confirmed they had it.I understand it was late and no one wants to spend time checking for an item, but next time to save us both time just say we dont have itI was driving from LA and wanted to avoid this exact situation.

The cashiers at this store socialize with each other instead of helping their customers. They overcharged me by over $12 . I called and spoke to Sara, the cashier, and explain to her about the overcharge. She was rude, unprofessional and shouldnt be working with the public. She even hung up on me without solving the issues or saying goodbye. I will never shop here again and will tell other people I know the same as well. If I had bothered to read the reviews before this, I would never have shopped here as your previous bad reviews did not result in any positive changes to your employees.

You can get pretty much anything here; groceries, alcohol, breakfast, frozen food. And household need.There is a Starbucks inside 😃Not a trolleys in the shop when we visited tho, they are all outside in the parking lotPaid credit card. Nothing out of blue there. I’m just traveling to this area, and this is one shop I feel I’m gonna be returning a lot 😆😆

Its a clean store. Employees are helpful. I will go back because it is close to my work. The seafood salad at the deli is great. I got muffins from the bakery for my family, and they disappeared before I finished unloading groceries. Meat department was stocked and looked great. Produce is fresh. Check out is easy, I prefer a person in case something goes wrong, not self check out.

Albertsons in Corona is a great place to shop for groceries. The store has an excellent selection of fresh produce, meat, and dairy products, as well as a wide variety of grocery items. Prices are competitive with other stores in the area and they often have sales on select items. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions or help you find what you need. They also offer online ordering with curbside pickup which makes it very convenient if you dont have time to go into the store yourself. Albertsons gets high marks from customers for its quality products at reasonable prices coupled with excellent customer service!

This is my neighborhood supermarket. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Eastvale in 2007. Clean store with pharmacy and Starbucks. Restrooms are always clean. The deli selection is good and the butcher is always helpful. Self checkout lines and friendly cashiers. Delivery service is quick and efficient. I have not used the curbside pick up yet. Parking is plentiful, although it could get crowded on the holidays. Overall my favorite local supermarket in town.

I usually go to Albertsons because veggies & fruit are usually always fresh.Associates working on the sales floor are very friendly and helpful.But some checkers could use some customer service training. I said good afternoon to her with no response, said thank you very much, have a good day, no response. The courtesy clerk as well, did not react when I thanked him. Because of soooo many encounters just like this, I about going on her line. Kindness is free, be kind to people, especially when you choose to work with the public.

Overpriced but many times rotting grocery. The bakery is nice and has decent staff. The pharmacy is efficient.The grocery staff are more Meh!!! Don’t order online as they will make sure you get the rotten stuff.The grocery selection is not very different from any other smaller and cheaper store but the quality is definitely waning away at this branch. Not as well kept as other branches of Albertsons.

Associates working on the sales floor were very friendly and helpful. The checker however, could use some work, I said Hi to her with no response, no eye contact, said thank you very much, have a good day, no response. The courtesy clerk as well, did not react when I thanked him. Because of soooo many encounters just like this, without any customer service, I prefer going through self checkout. They need better management. Their chicken is often rotten smelly and covered in batter. It was worse during the pandemic. This Albertsons does not take public health seriously. The food safety freshness and flavor has left the deli department. Obviously they are not using the same chicken farm as Vons. The people frying the chicken don’t have good olfactory nerves or taste buds. They used to be better than Vons. Now it’s like shopping at a low class environment. Albertsons used to try. Now they seemed to have given up. Just terrible!!! Bring the pride back.

So I was in this area around Labor DayWeekend. Went to my cousins and this was one of the only stores close by but thought“you can’t go wrong with an Albertsons”boy was I wrong!! I have never felt so out of place, it’s like the staff and customers look down towards who aren’t fair skinned. And I’m not racist AT ALL! But I felt like I didn’t fit in being Chicana. And the cherry on top of it all during this visit was my credit card info got stolen somewhere else and didn’t find out til it was time to pay.I was beyond embarrassed, despite my money had gotten stolen but when I told the cashier I needed to step outside to call my bank and would come right back in I got a “yeah right” attitude LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I go outside dealt with that nightmare, came back in and it was like my groceries were thrown in another line… just a mess. I’m never coming to this location again.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood only 5 months and have not visited another market in the area. Generally they are out of stock of something I’m looking for, or have recently stopped carrying items. The store-brand gallon milk goes bad early almost every time. They never have chicken thighs in the value pack anymore. My grocery bill has gone up almost $200/week but can’t tell if that’s this store or inflation. On the plus side employees are generally friendly and helpful, and it’s mostly clean. Still- Looking for a new store.

Generally never had any issues here. I went to buy a cake for my wifes birthday 05/25/22 and had the worst experience Ive had in a long time from any business. My 4 year old daughter traditionally picks her mothers birthday cake. She picked a cake for mom and we waited patiently for an employee to help us. About 5 minutes we waited while an employee from the deli department was cleaning up. It was around 8:30. So I asked the employee if we could buy the cake. She replied I dont know where they are.. I said no problem let me show you. We walked over to the cake section and let her know which cake my daughter selected. She replied: I dont know where the cakes are. I dont know who can help you. Ok...so I asked if there is anyone that can help me buy the cake. Sorry, Im not sure where they are.. Then proceeded to clean her section. Another employee passed by and I asked for assistance. Older lady replied Im sorry Im off the clock. I asked who is not off the clock that may be able to handle me this cake so that I can buy it for my wifes birthday?. Again... Im sorry Im off the clock. I cant help you.. I then asked to speak with a manager and she let me know that Id get her in trouble. We proceeded to pick a cake from the freezer section and moved on with life. My daughter was very disappointed she couldnt get the cake for mom. Pure laziness? Fear of management? Im not sure, but completely unacceptable from my view point. No explanation, no reason, no attempt to provide any type of customer service. The likelyhood of me returning to a store that Ive shopped at for over 10 years is slim. Ill drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the next store that values its customers.

Also, the people giving them 1-2 stars....Just look at their reviews...notice how they cant spell right or have proper punctuation. So dont pay attention to those reviews. We came here to get a bunch of fruit for my daughter’s birthday party. They had everything we needed and the store was well laid out. It was also very clean. We had a very good experience here. 12/30/2022 My husband went to this Albertsons store in our community to purchase Crab the butcher Steven felt the need to call the front & request that Manager Michelle come to the back to pick up the crab & escort it to the front he called me to express his frustration & felt they were discriminated against him so I returned 12/31/22 to the store & purchased the same items in question to see if I would get the same treatment & my crab was given to me In my hand & I grabbed a few more items without any problems. So I called the store to speak to Michelle the store manager to express my concerns on how my husband was treated so I cut to the chase to ask her how did this incident come about? Michelle stated that Steven called her to come get the CRAB when she asked why Steven replied because it was a large amount $270 for a mix of snow Crab $7.99 & King Crab $29.99 total price of both combined. I asked her did she ask Steven why did he do that she said No. Keep in mind I’ve been supporting this store for the past 12 years & have experienced this discrimination behavior it’s unacceptable so a Black man can’t purchase food without a stereo type really this is unacceptable & unwarranted. This store has to do better the community is growing & very diverse if your hiring racist employees then they don’t belong in my community. I will call corporate my husband deserves an apology. I’m so serious right now. Racism doesn’t belong here……..

I just got my first Covid shot at the pharmacy. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was professional, courteous and patient. The pharmacist who gave me my shot was kind and explained everything. I was here on Jan. 28 at 2:30 for a 3:00 appointment. I am very grateful to all the individuals involved. It was also a nice place to wait for the 15 minutes afterwards, amid the flowers and plants.

I had the worst experience as a mom, my child was sick and threw up right by the pharmacy area. What made this terrible experience not so terrible were the staff. One of the pharmacist brought me napkins and even offered hand sanitizer & water to my son. Not one of the staff gave me a shameful look, they were all nice and very helpful. As I noticed.her name is Anne, as I walked down to purchase lottery tickets the lady was very polite. A couple others I spoke with very cold. Hmm! Overall the store is nice. My problem is the lack of service from the deli, bakery and meat department. Not all employees are the issue, however their service in each of these departments suck(for lack of a better word)! Stood and waiting for service for 14 minutes while an employee sat in the back! Today 6 people waiting for service in the deli. One employee, she never acknowledge the other customers while right next to her in the bakery two other employees not assisting anyone carry on with whatever they are doing. Mean while four other employees walk by still no acknowledgement or customer service! If I could rate you a zero on customer service for these departments I would!

For the most part I like this store, and find myself here now and then because of some things I cant get anywhere else, but its not my primary market. Prices are ok - better than some chains but there are better options out there. My main gripe is with this stores deli - maybe its just me, but they seem to run the department a tad understaffed - Its sometimes hard to get someones attention. I like their wing bar, but sometimes it gets a little neglected (at times, very neglected).

If a Mexican or white person were to treat a person of color like he treats everybody else they would get fired in five seconds and it would make the news. You could tell at some point in his old life he has had a bad encounter with a Mexican person. And now he takes it out on the Mexicans that shop there. Ive had lots of bad encounters with black people, and when I meet a new one I treat them just like I would treat a Mexican or white, I treat them fairly. Terrible linesLong lines and only 3 lanes open with a lot of people waiting.I only had a few things and the lines were terrible.One line was open with the lane light off so I left the line.Nobody told me it was open so many more people went in front while I kept waiting
