Very clean facilities, friendly and efficient staff, prices are great for what you get. Fried chicken here rivals most brick and mortar restaurants, lots of heat and eat food options, their soft drink cold cases are next level. Ive been in many Albertsons and this one is top tier.

Came in for the hot fried chicken tonight and left with a stale 8 piece. They had a whole bunch of fresh chicken near closing but they decided to give me the stale meat they cooked this morning. Next time, Im going to open it up right there and sample it..Times are tough, food is expensive, so this pisses me off.One of their other cook on another day, served great hot food that had me coming back. He rans a tight shift, food look presentable, offered meals deals, very helpful and serves you fresh food. Then tonight theres was some other guy that makes you feel like youre inconveniences him, he looks you in the eye while bagging you old stale food..Man that pisses me off!

Stopped by to use the restroom with my little ones and was disgusted by the amount of wipes I had to use before the changing table was decent enough to change my baby on. Restroom has a cleaning log, but it looks like they havent touched this for cleaning in months.

The staff here are very unfriendly and look miserable. They don’t smile and look at you like you are bothering them with your presence. The guy who stocks the coffee creamers is especially rude. Every time I’ve come to this store to get creamer, he gives me dirty looks for wanting to grab a creamer while he’s stocking. The only people who have ever been friendly or even smiled were the staff who work the fresh deli area.Albertson’s teach your staff how to smile and how to be professionals while working with the public.

Been shopping here for 15 years and things have always been good. Lately the store has been taken over by homeless out front. Today there were one on each side of the door and one on a bike checking cars. Spoke to the manager and he stated there was little he could do. As we were talking a guy and little boy ran in grabbed some items and ran out. Hire some security please. We won’t be shopping here until things change.

This location is always very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Items are easy to locate. Highly recommend this Albertsons to anyone who is always in a hurry like me - there are plenty of checkers ready to help! Parking is also very convenient - has a large parking lot, which is easy to get in and out of.

Clean store, plenty of parking outside and never too much of a zoo inside. I used to go to Winco mostly for produce but have recently noticed that a lot of things, particularly root vegetables tend to be cheaper here.Don’t have much experience with the staff here as I always use self checkout, there’s hardly much of a line for them when I’m here so I take advantage of it. The few times I’ve had to ask where I could something, the employees have been very helpful and friendly, so no complaints on customer service from me.

She worked very well for me money transferred with western union .morning time cashier was busy. Opened No.9 only. I like this store, though its laid out a little odd, with refrigerated items like dairy, cheese, lunch meat, sour cream etc... spread out across the store. Needs an improved layout. Beware, when three chip aisle has a lot on sale, they get destroyed!

I was there tonight and had a bad experience with cashier. Tina was her name and can actually said she was rude and unprofessional. Seemed to be mad for being there. I understand people have their bad days, but I did not felt I received at least a good customer service. She just looked at me and did not speak nor offer me any further help. Disappointed that a big store like this one offers such negative and bad experience.

I went to their amazing deli. I did not have to ask for help. Before I could get to the counter an amazing deli worker asked, “How May I help you.” She asked me if I was having a good morning and she wished me a Happy Mew Year. I went to the apples 🍎 and an associate asked me if I was having a good day. He was so friendly. I went to pay for my items and another associate asked me, “How was my morning?” When I got to the registers, a cashier enthusiastically stated, I’m here to help you.” I felt like the president. I have never been treated like that in any store. Go Albertsons!

I really enjoy this Albertsons. Knowledgeable and helpful employees. I absolutely love the fried and baked chicken they sell. The coleslaw is to die for. For the holiday season they have cranberry sauce. Omgosh. I would have stuck my face in the pan if I could. Delicious 😋. Take a drive and come check this location. You wont be sorry.

I often frequent this location for quick random items or ones that might be more difficult to find in other stores. Produce is nice and fresh and items are always pretty well stocked. I do wish they had a generic Lactaid though, but as a whole you can pretty much find most things!

My grandpa placed an order at the deli for a party we were having today. I tried to call and ask if it was okay that I picked it up instead of him. The lady answered the phone, I asked her and she proceeded with a rude tone asking if it was a DUG order not even listening to me or asking me what the order was. And when I was about to explain what I was trying to pick up, she cut me off and told me I had to park and that they bring me my order to the car which still didn’t make sense. Then she rudely just transferred me to another line which no one picked up. Then I come to pick up the order at 4pm just how we asked for the girl to tell me they forgot and are starting the order right now. I understand everyone has bad days but I’m always having issues with this Albertsons.

Very helpful and friendly management, and most of the staff. I have needed very specific items and when I ask for help the staff has scoured aisles with me and did not stop until I got what I needed. I also must recognize the woman that works in seafood. I ask her so many questions and she is very knowledgeable and nice. By the way I have been going here for at least the last 10 years.

Normally dont have issues at this store, however this time was different. I bought right around $90.00 of crab legs to get them home and they smelled like ammonia. For the people that dont eat seafood very often that means it has reached a state of decomposition and the bacteria has formed and produced that smell. Make sure to check your seafood before you eat it, like I said I have never had an issue here before. However, it will be the last time I buy from there.

The Bakery messed up a Birthday cake for my 75 year old Mom. They refunded and gave a similar cake. I got a call the next day by management to remake the cake I had asked for in the first place. My Mom is really ill. It could very well be her last Birthday. The cake meant a lot to me. I wanted it perfect for her. They did above and beyond. Her second cake was perfect. It tasted wonderful. Most of all it put a BIG smile on her face. She knew she was loved. The staff was very understanding! Great great people.

Very clean store, lots of deals on certain items. Prices can be a bit higher than other stores. However, they carry certain items I cant find at other stores. Friday is 5 dollar sushi and unlike the gross sushi at other places its very tasty. The deli and meat counters also provide better than average items.

Great AlbertsonsIts very beautifully designed inside, bright, clean, very well stocked. I found everything I needed. My mom had ordered 2 custom cakes I went in to pick them up and ended up doing my whole weeks shopping here. Prices of sale items were fantastic! Those cakes were awesome too and ready when they said theyd be. All in all this is a super market My compliments to management and your fantastic crew! Love the staff there especially in the meat department! Always very helpful and courteous! Meets always appear to be very fresh and just about any special items Im looking for I can always find there. The New York strip steaks are specially excellent and the only place I usually like to buy them from. Bacon is usually very meaty and taste better than most of the Brands already pre-packaged.

This is now my favorite place to food shop, I just never have a bad experience with this store. All the people are amazing and the check out is awesome, they are always willing to help bag your food and load your cart. But the thing that puts them over the top is last week my son left his IPad in the shopping cart and it was left if the parking lot. It was gone when we went back to get it. Then three days later they said I believe this belongs to you. Talk about honest people!! Someone could have easily kept that, I’m super happy I got that back.

There is always a ridiculous long line in the evening and they never have enough checkout lanes open. I miss when they had self checked out. I usually just get a few things at a time. One star for cashier named Julie. I shop at Albertsons mainly for the deals I get on the app to accumulate points. When I was checking out I was not able to input my entire phone number for points before she hit the button to make it go away bc of my toddler in the cart and the cashier told me it was too late. I wanted my points so she huffs and annoyingly says, Im gonna need an override then. Before scanning she says NOW DO IT! then when I did, it didnt even give you savings! I dont know why people have to complain indirectly about how they hate their job. Maybe you dont want your bills paid after all l. I informed her I want my points to redeem free items. Offer self check out instead of her please. Customers dont need a cashier with bad attitude.

On March 10th 2020 I went to this store, specifically to the Western Union kiosk to retrieve $1000 sent by a family member. Young lady at the Kiosk proceeded to go to nearest cash register to “complete the money”, upon receiving my money I went to the ATM to deposit, one of the $100 bills was rejected. Went back to Albertson s to have the bill checked, after waiting almost 20 minutes for the so called manager to come and assist with my request, I was told, plain and simple, “.. on yeh, that is counterfeit $ but, sorry, we dont have proof this bill was given to you here”. Manager also had the audacity to tell me “ since the bill is fake I have the responsibility to not give it back to you..”. Seriously? Well your employee gave it to me with no remorse or hesitation.. I went back to the bank, did a report and let them keep the bill. Very unprofessional staff. Do not recommend..

Usually not much wait at cashier even when busy, friendly staff.However this Albertsons seems to have trouble getting stock on the shelves. I should never walk in and see product after product from major brands either sold out or with only one or two left.And clearly the stockers havent been around because the products are disheveled all over the store. Very annoying.Order your product in timely fashion and keep it stocked Albertsons, with the top notch inventory management system Im sure you have this is inexcusable.Ill update review if I see a lasting change.

Albertsons used to be a great store. Quality is the same as most other supermarkets but their prices are ridiculously expensive. Every once in a while theres an offer which brings prices down to what they should have been in the first place. Its a shame... now its just like a giant corner store - a place Ill only go in an emergency. P.S. Also still p****d that you basically doubled the price of your fresh baked cookies. On the plus side - better for my waistline now, as I refuse to pay that!

I like shopping at Albertson, the shelf in each isle does not seem to overwhelming to walk through height wise and its spaced far in between not to crowded to share the isles and kept up clean. More cashiers are always a desired issue to keep the flow moving and it does not make me want to drop everything and go into another store for a few things.

If you are looking for Covid vaccine, you need to make an appointment but it was not crowded and I was in and out quickly. After 1st shot, I was told I had to go online to make an appt for 2nd shot. I did and there were no appointments so I booked one elsewhere. A couple weeks later,out of the blue Albertsons sent an email confirming my 2nd appointment. What? Ended up canceling the other one and going to Albertsons, but it would have saved me a lot of time if they would have told me they (apparently) automatically schedule your 2nd appointment. Double check when you are there to be sure you can get an appointment for your 2nd shot!! Btw, I received the Pfizer vaccine there.

Love love love the cake decorator/baker named Rhonda. I went in to see if they could make a cake i needed for my sons bday party after the lady at another albertsons told me no one will make that for you. She was willing and able to it was going to just habe to be bigger than i needed. But the fact that she was willing to do it made my day. I ended up getting a smaller cake with a diffrent design. I will be going to her for all my cakes. Plus it tasted amazing. Thank you so much Rhonda.The rainfords
