Wow! I want to give a shout out to Jennifer at the self-check out line! We have seen her most times we come to the store and she is always so friendly to our daughter. She always goes out of her way to make us feel special and welcomed. Today she left for a second and came back with a little stuffed animal. My daughter loved it and made our day. Makes us want to keep shopping at Albertsons!

I stopped here on my way back from my dental appointment just to pick up a few boxes of Betty crocker potato recipes but the store was very clean and welt very well stocked when does the nicest looking produce departments Ive seen in a long time as well as their deli which I ordered wings which were cooked perfectly fresh roast beef and I picked up some cheese and a pizza they looked very good and I think well turn out very good I interacted with six staff members and they were all friendly and helpful including the cashier.

Id like to give a shout out to my cashier today. I believe her name was Melinda. She was so nice and positive today. Shes a great cashier. This Albertsons is a good store. The only thing I would say is that they rarely have baggers helping the cashiers which holds up the lines, otherwise everyone here is really nice and the store is always clean and well stocked.

I was in self checkout havent been there in years 7 so Im not familiar with digital deals the first female was nice explained and helped.The member card would scan but it didnt show discount. 🤔 I asked the kid seemed irritated 😒 it comes after wierd ok I owed 20centd for bag no sighn saying broken only cards I was soooo embarrassed I was trying to figure out how to pay I had ebt I had to over draft on my bank card ough Saved a lot, grabbed the receipt, and the whole roll popped out and rolled down the aisle everyone saw, but everyone had 2 people helping no one standing there ignoring. So I started waving kid just looked like he had it with me.

So the automated prompts for the voice mailbox for former Rite Aid pharmacy customers is full and it just hangs up on you automatically?Whos the genius behind that decision? Its 2024 and this is a VERY EASY process to set up competently. Get your act together before these customers become former Albertsons customers too. Thats just an unacceptably low level of standards these days.

Tri-tip Roast was half fat! I bought a USDA CHOICE 5lb tri-tip roast and had to trim off so much fat its ended up being a 2.5 roast. Never again will I buy meat from Albertsons or Vons!

The store in redlands is great, good quality groceries, and most employees are nice and helpful, however; cashier GABBY was extremely rude while scanning my items today, she threw them into the bagging area everytime she would scan an item she would throw my stuff as if she was frustrated or just annoyed, the store wasnt that busy and she had a girl helping bag the groceries so I dont understand why she was so rude and unprofessional. I didnt say anything but of course Im bothered by that situation.

Super disappointed, I went this morning to get some bagels from the bakery. I love Albertsons bagels. They had no bagels out! So I waited by the bakery to ask someone if they had any in the back, the woman in the back was frosting a cake or something, she knew I was standing there but would not make eye contact or see if I needed anything. Completely ridiculous. Rude.

This experience was with the floral manager Valerie. I was coming into the store to pick up flowers for my brothers repast. I appreciated Valeries professionalism, exceptional customer service and most of all compassion for another human being. I appreciated her searching in her inventory for the colors of flowers I was looking for. Thank you Valerie for your kind words and for being a great person. The flowers were very beautiful.

AVOID THE OLD LADY WITH GLASSES THAT WORKS THE BAKERY!!!!! She is the worst customer service worker in the building hands down.... I went to the staters bakery in mentone after the rude ol bag at Albertsons decided to let her big mouth chase us away... Good job management at Albertsons... My Shopping experience is usually mostly fine. Staff is reasonably friendly/polite, and always professional. Prices seem reasonable. I wish it was easier to locate items and that they did not change the layout of the aisles/items as frequently. It can feel like wandering through a maze to try and find particular items. They are occasionally out of stock of desired items (pita bread, grenadine, etc.).

Prices are higher than other grocery stores in town. Only go here if absolutely necessary or need a quick stop. Usually only 1-2 check stand(s) open with a cashier. 4 self-check outs which is great for quick grocery runs. Store is clean, and staff is nice. Be careful in cheese section as meats and cheeses have been known to expire quickly and they leave them out.

Walking in, I notice everything nice & clean. We were looking for some chicken & potato salad. So we headed in the Delis direction. Stopped in for a nice bouquet of flowers. A few of the lilies seemed wilted and petals broken off. I asked the florist if she would replace them and she was very helpful. Made a suggested replacement for the few wilted ones and quickly corrected the bouquet- the new design was even nicer than the original. Yay!

I have done curbside pickup many times.Each time there are expired items or produce that is in horrible condition, probably in the trash can in the back. Yet they continue to try one pass it off to those unable to walk through the store.Get it together!

Prices are a little high compared to other stores in the area. The produce looks good and a large selection of baked treats. They also have a decent alcohol selection in the store and an adequate frozen section. This store also has a Starbucks inside. The staff are usually polite and friendly.

Overall a pretty good grocery store, but just had a bad experience with grocery pickup (drive up and go or whatever). I ordered 2 avocados, and was given one unripe with a white film on the skin, and one with a big (healed) gash in the side that was overripe. Kind of a big issue when each one is like $3.50.

The Cashier : KY was an absolute sweetheart. After my creditcard didnt go through I wound up being short cash and was going to go to my car and get the rest . And before I could, she took $$ out of her own pocket to pay the 13$ I was short.. she insisted not to worry about it...but I am truly grateful such an act of kindness !

Today the cashier (wearing black vinyl gloves) sneezed right into her gloved hand. And then continued with those same gloves to ring up groceries. I didnt want to embarrass her by calling her out. But I did have to disinfect all my groceries when I got home.

Your basic full service chain grocery store. Pretty big store, with large deli and produce section. Side entrance on the north side is the convenient way to get in. Main parking lot on the east side gets quite busy and congested.

I went to pick up a 1/8 sheet cake that my wife ordered yesterday. I was told that it was not paid for. I called my wife and she said she had the receipt showing that she paid $12.99 for the cake. The bakery person did not believe her. She wanted my wife to send her a photo of the receipt. The attendants attitude was very negative. As it turns out my wife was actually charged too much for the cake as the price should have been $11.99. The attendant reluctantly allowed me to take my cake. Needless to say I returned the other items I was going to purchase to the shelves and went to Stater Bros. to purchase the additional items. Im done with Albertsons.

The store is clean, pleasant, and well-stocked with a nice amount of variety.The bakery sales rack is fun to check out, for delicious treats. Price is nice and you can get occasional free items if you sign up for their rewards program. Theres also a Starbucks conviently located inside. I greatly appreciate it that the entrance consists of the produce section, as opposed to isles of alcohol.

I would like to thank the fantastic employee who gave my granddaughter a little stuffed dog for being a good girl while shopping with me and her dad. What she didnt know at the time is that their beloved Boxer named Tugg passed away earlier that morning. Incredible coincidence. This employee is always very kind and helpful! The perfect store! I used to live around the corner from this store and although their prices are higher than all the surrounding stores in that area, I still always came here. The employees are wonderful with customer service. They are always friendly, they make great conversations, and they go out of their way to help. They stay true to the 3s a crowd policy. The Starbucks crew is beyond polite and friendly.Everything about this store love and it is all because it is filled with the best people. Horrible customer service waited over 10 minutes for help in the bakery asked that someone be called twice. Both times by two different employees I was told I had to wait for the bakery employee. A couple mins after, the produce lady finally decided she could in fact call the manager after I specifically asked that a manager be called. The manager didn’t come after the call but the girl finally came out of the bathroom and gave me the cake but couldn’t concern herself with writing happy birthday. These union works have no drive and are way to protected. Everyone who works in customer service should have customer service skills and just be able to be fired or written up. I did call and complain. That was a joke, called 4 times got hang up on put on hold for over 5 minutes and hung up on again. The manger did finally get the call, and offered a free cake on my next visit. No thanks I’ll go to Vons from now on.

It took 3 different employees to explain the Albertsons app because the other two don’t know how to use it. There prices are inflated then put them on sale to just to compete with regular prices from other grocery stores. On this specific trip I asked where plastic cups were, and it took 3 different employees to give me the right aisle where they were. The issue that is that the employees are not knowledgeable enough about the stores setting, ad, and app. It makes me very frustrated being a local customer.

I actually did not ahoo here today even though I do. I decided to go with there online pick up. I waited about 2 minutes and my item were brought to my car. They do put them in the car for you. But I did it myself since I didnt know they do it for you lol. Make sure if you do order online to out replace item if not available I had to go inside to grab a different item. That was my fault I didnt know that when ordering online. Other than that the store is very cleN employees are helpful and they usually jabe everything in stock.

We normally shop @ Staters Bros, but about a week ago when we were in Long Beach and we visited a Albertsons and purchased some donuts for a very reasonable price, we thought wed visit the one closest to us (Redlands). We told the lady working in the bakery of the great deal we received in Long Beach and she said it was because it was late in the evening and they marked it down. Well, we really enjoyed the freshness of the donuts, we decided to buy some anyway. Well, she saw how many we were buying and gave us a unbelievable price. For a dozen, normally $7.99, she marked it down to $6.00. Were definitely going back to satisfy our sweet tooth.

Some folks say that Albertsons is more expensive than stater brothers, but while that may be true, I believe in the phrase, you get what you pay for.Generally, the wait in their lines are about the same, if not faster, parking can be a bit better, and choices of produce, which I normally go for, are a bit better. They also have a greater selection of true generics or store brands in some things, such as sparkling waters, and similar.I find that for things like produce, I actually pay less for better quality, overall.Their meat counter sometimes has a little more to be desired, but what they have is always priced quite reasonably.

It is an ok store. The signage definitely need improvement. When you are at one end of an aisle you can only really see half of the aisle. They have a new rewards system that send you a text message to finish sign up instead of that archaic paperwork form and plastic card.

The Checkout Clerks are fair to satisfactory.The Bagging Clerks are so-so to fair.The Self-Checkout Clerks are so far subpar, not even trying to hide their disdain for certain customers. (Nope, not gonna mention races at this point.)Albertsons should stress to its employees that anyone buying from the store is to be treated with respect. I would shop at Vons instead, and sometimes do, but really its just one big Grocery Conglomerate at this point, isnt it? I shop at whichever store is on the way to where Im going.

I have to say this is nicest Albertsons around. The one in highland seems to have gone downhill. They seemed to have lost their friendliness, and service attitude. Which I was warmly surprised with at this one, even late at night. This Albertsons seems to have more pride in their store and their customers. Maybe because they are in an upper income class of residents. I only give 4 stars because of their prices. Now their fab5 specials are great, and worth the visit, but their everyday prices on most things are about .50c to 1.00 more than staters. They do gave a larger and better selection of gluten free/dairy free products, however, the gap is closing with their competitors. Even vons in yucaipa has same stuff, but that store always seems very busy, not just customers, but their placement of products and ads everywhere. I enjoyed the visit, just not the prices.

This store smells horrible. I have been there several times throughout the last few months and it smells horrible. I cant even begin to shop at a place that smells unsanitary. Not sure why this location smells so bad. I have been to other locations nearby and they smell normal. I drive out the way to the other ones just because it smells so bad.
