So I went into this Albertsons for a fried chicken lunch box. They raised the prices to 10 bucks. Ok fine things are more expensive. But the chicken was super dry. Like choke it down kinda dry. The potato wedges were cold. And the mac salad was watery. Disappointed all around

Every time I order fried chicken from the Deli, specifically Jacob always puts the pieces with the least meat. This has happened 3 times back to back so its obviously on purpose. Ridiculous

Honestly, I think some of these reviews are mixed with another store because 1-2 stars is where this particular store belongs. Unfortunately, this is the closest grocery store to my house and convenient. Other than the convenience, there is nothing great about this store. There is always only 2-3 cashiers, during peak hours. So the lines are extremely long. It’s always a joke between my fiancé and I that we’re gonna have a quick trip but the checkout process will take the longest. (And surprise! It is…)The management is lazy, unprofessional, usually always behind they’re customer service desk (during peak hours) or MIA.It’s a joke. They are going through a renovation right now, which could be a positive but so far, they have the same staffing issues.

Whoever is in charge of staffing here is worse at staffing than the chief designer of the Chrysler PT Cruiser was at designing vehicles. I am tired of coming here and having one or two registers open to serve 57 customers waiting in line. I am also positive the one cashier working this evening with 57 people in line didn’t enjoy it either and certainly doesn’t deserve it. Treat your employees better, treat your customers better, be better.

Cashier Chelly is the worst.Avoid Chelly! Dont get in her line. She is so rude!!!. She doesnt seem to understand that shes there to serve the customer. She ORDERED me to remove my water from the conveyor belt and put it back into the cart. She complains about everything thats going on around her, questions people are asking her, things she has to do which are a normal part of her job. She seems very unhappy and very dissatisfied with her job and takes it out on the customers.And the time before last she told me that I was wrong about a price on some organic strawberries because they were organic so they must be expensive. She was irritated that I asked for a price check, of course I was right the strawberries were on sale. If I do go back to this Albertsons ever again I will be sure to never get in her line again. And if shes the only line open I will just leave my groceries and leave . Management you really need to talk to this employee.!!! I hate to give such a bad review and I am only doing so because it is truly warranted.

It is a convenient small store, you can find almost everything you need. Its a bit pricey, though, depending on the item. The problem is the lines get pretty pretty long to checkout with one or 2 registers open max.

The two women (cashier and a bagger) were very mean. The bagger, she had 20 miles long eye lashes, looked at my teenage daughter very mean and she wasnt nice to me. The cashier had a bad attitude. Guess it was time for her to clock out.I hope they arent working should I ever return to this location.

I went here a few days ago with my son and there was this weird employee with a shopping cart filled with firewood standing next to me while I was in line. I thought she was going to cut infront but then she just walks away. Very strange but other than that, the store is clean.

I have been going to this Albertsons for years. It usually has what I need or Im looking for. The cashiers are very good at what they do. They get through the lines pretty quickly and are friendly at the same time. The rest of the employees are helpful and hard working. This store has a good parking lot too.

I have bad legs and for this reason I usually go with InstaCart but today I decided to run in to the store for my needs. After checking out and loading my bags into my truck, I realized that I had forgot the ice I purchased. When explaining to the guy getting the carts, he went back in for me to get the ice for me. I think this is my favorite grocery store in Orange. I love the meat department, they are helpful and the meat is always fresh. The line is long sometimes but moves pretty fast. I love that theyre giving out the Disney characters, probably why I havent even gone to any other store since.

The cashier Maria B, she is not friendly at all, when I finished paying she just shoved my stuff and leave it there, I asked for bag she didnt respond but give me a bag. Always very difficult obtaining rain checks for frequently out of stock items. Also, including even store director refusing to refund customer for frequently overcharged items nor to resolve complaints of bad service. To the point of store making repeated physical threats against customer life and safety. Also, both stores and pharmacy typically are not friendly to disabled people. So sad situation for mistreated customers. Albertsons doesnt care at all about the customer.

Come here sometimes to grab a few things! There pricing has changed over the years and Albertsons has some pretty great deals. I love there deli so many choices! The fried chicken dinner is so good and worth it at 10.99 and Mondays its only 8.99 love there chicken tenders reg. Or spicy both good! Yummy patato salad! Deli worker was so nice to me and kids! She really deserve 10 stars!

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest stores in the area. All the employees go out of their way to help. I bought a grill yesterday and not only did they make sure it was nicely placed in my SUV but also helped move stuff around in my car to get it to inside.

Great place to shop for food. I come here for my meat and the butcher there, Eric, is always professional and knowledgeable about any question I have about meat. He knows it all. He will custom cut any meat you ask him to. I think he slices up cows in his sleep.

I will give this store, the employees, and management kudos for the job they have done the past 2.5 years. I hated the whole mask thing and the customer entry limits, etc., but this store didnt go out of their way to make things a PITA like others had.Edit:Now that the hysteria is (mostly) over with, the store is back to normal. This Albertsons is always clean, plenty of lines open, and well stocked.

Albertsons at this time of night (9 pm) was brill. Hardly any people, everyone was masked, and they had plenty of everything we needed so we can stay out of the stores for the remainder of the holidays.The employees were friendly and super helpful.Big thumbs up.

I used to count on them having everything I need. Now I have to stop elsewhere so I can get everything I need. Thought I would try again today since I was in area. They were out of or no longer carry small salad macaroni noodles, regular cream of chicken soup (had fat free only) and la Victoria jalapeno sauce. Just a few items I have to go elsewhere for.

Awesome store, very big! But theyre sales labels arent working when you scan them, or atleast for what I was trying to buy, and then another product was mislabeled, it said 2 for 5 but i was charged 5$ twice. So 2 for 10$. Didnt notice until I got home.

I love the Deli here. Our favorite is the Mango Habanero chicken. As for groceries I do come here for items I cant get at my local grocery store. This last time the chicken was dry and didnt taste the same, was a bit dissapointed.

Female answering the phone on 01/15/2016 at 730 pm was extremely rude. Was trying to order a platter of sandwiches from the deli. She was very impatient and I felt like I was bothering her. Ended up ordering sandwich platter from another deli. They were extremely pleasant. Spent 75.00. Please train your employees with better customer service.

I went to Albertsons to get a prescription at the pharmacy and the pharmacist was really friendly and courteous. She treated me with caring hands. I always go to Sav-On at Albertsons for my prescriptions. Having caring people who really care makes all the difference especially in the times we live in when life has gotten so hard and difficult. The chicken tenders and potato wedges are amazing. Most common item I will purchase at this location. They also have a bank of America atm inside by the check area. There is also a Starbucks inside. Outstanding quality service from a team member named Felix. Polite and helpful, his knowledge about store products helped me locate what I was looking for.Jose escote photo is not a photo of Albertsons but a photo of the gas station on Chapman and Tustin.

Only thing I dont like is the entrance one exit. I always like having the opportunity in case of emergency to exit at close possible exit. Also the up down aisle are ridiculous..it starts to many arguments

Customer service desk book keeper Suzzane has the worst customer service imagineable. I came into the store to buy some groceries and load money onto a prepaid card at the customer service desk. Suzzane became frustrated and angry as I was explaining how the transaction has been done in the past. She then blew me off stated That’s not how we do it here and marched past me stating it’s her time to go home. As I asked for her name, she laughed and ignored me. I asked another employee to speak to her boss. As he came out, I told him In regards to my experience as Suzzane walked over to us. Suzzane stayed are you kidding this happened off the clock as I looked at her and stated it doesn’t matter if you are clocked on or not, you represent this store while in uniform and how can anyone call the way you are treating me “customer service”. The manager witnessed this situation and the only conclusion is he will talk to her. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Don’t get gift cards because I got an Apple gift card and it didn’t activate. When I went back to the cashier to get it activated or get a refund they didn’t do anything about it, they kept telling me that it was activated when it wasn’t. I just got my money taken for no reason.
