2024-03-02 15:45:43Very bad customer service in bakery. When I tried to order a cake, the decorating lady in the bakery was so rude in answering my questions and as if teaching me how to order a cake and when. The store need to teach his employees how to deal with customers if they still want to keep their customers.I’ve been always ordering cakes from Albertsons. This lady today ( 3/2 7:30 am) made me take the decision to never order from you again.

2024-07-04 17:11:28DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT buy gift cards from here! I was gifted a Sephora one by someone to find that it was already used / someone had taken the code so it had a $0 balance on it. We reached out to Sephora who told us it needed to be handled by Albertsons. The store manager forwarded us to their bookkeeper, who then told us we needed to reach out to Albertsons customer service. Its been 3 weeks with us having to follow up MULTIPLE times, and now theyre telling us we need to talk to Sephora again. This must be an inside job at Albertsons - DO NOT SHOP HERE.

2024-05-17 15:33:30Delivery support here was lame today, discouraging, staff support here is just not good enough to handle people, some jobs are best no person contact. Or some people .... Its no joy to talk to grocery staff today..... Remember its a food service industry .... Show u dont care . And get staff out of lazy

2024-05-24 01:14:27The cashier wasnt friendly and did not turn my stuff on the table to me so I could pick it up easily. When I asked her to turn the table, she turned it, but it made a complete turn, so my stuff is still unreachable.

2024-06-17 00:18:39Falsely accused of theft at this location - emails and follow-ups never responded to by anyone other than Albertsons generic CS who assured me I would hear back - by phone only, when I requested email. I shopped here for 10 years and will never return. Thanks, Greg.

2023-12-08 23:16:31Very Bad consumer service, they refused to scan and verify my friends Id. The information was correct. The cashier said he didn’t look tall enough like in his id. She was basically profiling him by how he looked and not even verifying that it was his real id. He even showed his bank card to verify that it was the real id but she still refused. There’s possibly no other way to show her any more verification. She was profiling him

2018-06-27 06:47:13This large Albertsons is located directly across the street from a large Mexican market. The fact that both stores are so large and that they both seem quite busy is a good illustration of the diverse nature of our neighborhoods in Southern California. One would think the community would be divided by where they chose to shop, and that may be so, but that divide is not on the basis of race. People of all races shop at both stores. Adding to the diversity, a Chinese shop, 85° recently opened just down the block. The aesthetic of Orange County.Albertsons, being the largest store in the community, does a great job of meeting the demands of this diverse customer base. The store is big enough (one of the largest I have seen) to stock something for everyone, but it doesnt attempt to step on the toes of any of the other stores.I have worked at large corporate stores before and they always seem to try too hard to be something they are not. For example, trying to stock something popular at the Mexican place like a carnitas meal to steal their customer base. The management team of the Albertsons, happily, does not find those shenanigans to be necessary.Reflecting on that relaxed but professional team of managers are the stockers, cashiers, lot techs, the people in the trenches and their consistently good and helpful attitudes. I often feel a bit lifted in mood when I shop here because contact with these workers(?).. Alberts(?).. Sons(?).. is always positive. The store is clean, free of odors which permeate too many meat departments. It is organized and the in-stock condition is generally very good.I would like to see an expanded toy section, but that is just a personal predilection.

2023-06-04 18:37:14Well, well, well @albertsons at Chapman and Hewes in Orange, CA. Not only do you have zero PRIDE this year, you made sure what little you do have is hidden in a hallway behind the last clearance/junk rack in a hallway where no customers will ever see it. Not cool, not cool at all and those are not the words I want to use! 🤬🤬🤬

2023-10-07 22:23:33I have shopped at this location for years, but noticed in the past month, things have really gone downhill.- Good luck checking out. Yesterday it took 15 minutes to do the shopping, and a 1/2 hour to check out. They normally have only 1 or 2 check stands open, no express lane, and the self check is useless if you have alcohol or gift cards.- The deli counter is notoriously slow. You wait and watch the workers behind the counter doing everything except waiting on customers. Bring a good book to read.- They re-vamped the store, shrinking the aforementioned deli section, and pushing the bakery down the way to make room for grocery store sushi. You used to be able to get all types of fresh baked cookies. Now you are lucky if you can find any.- Watch the produce section. They seem to have no issue with selling produce that is already rotten or on its way out.
