I recently visited Albertsons and had a wonderful shopping experience that I would like to share. The store itself is quite impressive, offering a spacious and clean environment for shoppers.One of the standout features of Albertsons is the size of the store. With ample space throughout the aisles, I never felt crowded or overwhelmed, even during peak shopping hours. This made navigating the store and finding the items on my shopping list a breeze.Additionally, the cleanliness of the store was remarkable. The aisles were neatly organized, and the shelves were well-stocked and maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the store tidy, as it created a pleasant shopping atmosphere.The staff at Albertsons were also friendly and helpful. I like going here but today’s experience was a let down. I’m not a confrontational person and Albertsons is a nice place to shop but when you unfortunately come across a rude cashier that can be annoying… My cashier was Layla and with attitude she said “make sure to place a stick between the grocery’s next time” As a cashier it’s not her place to tell a customer what to do. It caught me off guard and made me feel uncomfortable. Not only that but there was a bunch of space between his purchase and mine. Pretty silly the girl couldn’t distinguish my purchase from his. I wasn’t being rude and after she said that I didn’t say anything to her. I should have. Not sure why she felt it necessary to make a statement with attitude. Really not nice.

This is a nice store to shop at. Products I buy are usually in stock minus a few odds and ends this store doesn’t carry but because this is a clean,not too crazy busy store,I prefer to shop here exclusively. I have no experience with the pharmacy or other departments but I have no doubt they provide great service. I don’t know too many employees here but everyone I’ve come in contact with has been nice.

Very clean and well organized. Large selection of fresh and beautiful flowers which was the primary reason for my visit. They also have a wide variety if everyday home staples. Their meat section was well stocked if a little over priced. I definitely recommend their prime ribeye which tasted as good as it looked. They also have decent promotions available on many items. Parking and location are convenient and stuff are friendly and eager to help.

I normally shopped at a different grocery store, but one day found something I could not find at that store at Albertsons, had some items delivered as I am disabled and can not get to the actual store to shop, as time went on, I discovered more and more items that were unfindable anywhere else, also the store I normally shopped at kept delivering my stuff to the wrong house and would do nothing about it, but Albertsons apparently had the proper GPS to get to the right house every time. Little by little, I began shopping here more and more, their Fresh Pass giving me free deliveries, and only 2.00 if I needed stuff immediately, coupons that saved me loads of money, rewards that really make a difference in my budget! Albertsons even has my French butters and salts I cannot find!!! The other store has my Irish butter but says they cannot deliver it and I can only pick it up?? Albertsons delivered it, so what is up with that one? Anyhow, today for the very first time, I actually received someone elses order and they received mine, I went online, requested a refund and reordered the whole thing as a rush, and guess what? The store manager immediately saw what happened and got involved, he canceled the new rush order so I would not be charged again, he called me and is re-shopping the entire order and having it delivered to me right away! The other store? Their attitude is, oh well sorry we will refund you within 10 days, omg, what if you cant afford to re-order? (dont worry, they will get a review as well). Albertsons is now my main store, I will never shop anywhere else!!! Finally, a store who really cares about their customers!!! And to the store manager Hernad, you are awesome!!

I just started shopping here, I go for the gluten free food, I had a hard time finding stuff, I really wish a store cam just do 1 aisle of all there gluten free foods. I had a whole lost of stuff I wanted I found 2 gluten free items on my list, and asking a working felt like I was asking the devil to be nice.

10/28/2021 = 1 Star = i tried to buy a steak with digital coupons on my wife apps, they cant figure it out, we call store manager but she said, she need the actual phone . I show the screen shot, still didnt fix the problem. 1 star on Manager on Duty . Time of visit 7:50PM, October 28 2021. 1st time had problem in this store.2/14/20 = 5 star = Just bought flowers for my Family, and got a good costumer service from one of the employee.

This store is awesome. Employees are doing the best with what they have. I’ve read some comments from customers who sound judgmental and rude. One customer saying he comes from a rich family and got upset because an employee was doing his job by asking for a receipt. Rich people steal too. Customers aren’t always right. I also read the reply to the reviews. Whoever is replying sounds like a pushover. This person needs to back their hard working underpaid employees.

I’ve been going to here for years. This grocery store and its parking lot are always busy. I’ve seen a few accidents in the parking lot bc the lot is full of cars, pedestrians, blind spots & people often dont pay attention when they’re backing out of their parking spot (even if most of these imported cars have sensors & cameras), so be careful. The parking lot has occasional transients & peddlers. The store occasionally has harmless local vendors & students selling products for fundraising & non-profit orgs asking for donations just outside the exit doors, but the store is not affiliated with these solicitors.This location has got a good selection of products & imported products as well, but prices are higher than other grocery stores bc it’s in a high traffic shopping plaza & located in a somewhat affluent residential area.I often have to wait in line only bc I’m forced to go during peak hrs according to my schedule. Like any other grocery store, I’d suggest to avoid the rush hour mornings, dinner time & holiday rush, it gets crazy. They recently renovated so it takes a while for me to find things but I like using the app & curbside service which is extremely convenient.Curbside service, like anywhere else, is most especially helpful if you’ve got a dog, young kids, are sick, or disabled & unable to leave your car. If you use curbside, I think it’s only proper etiquette to tip the delivery fulfillment person IMO.The app is user friendly; it lists your frequently bought items, has applicable coupons, even has recipes & a health section, offers a helpful grocery list tool & has redeemable rewards.I continue to go here because it’s clean and organized and operates well & the staff is very friendly. They truly are a full service store; they have a nice deli, bakery, butchery, florist, a drive thru pharmacy, a Starbucks, a DMV kiosk, a kiosk for counting loose change, a wiring service (I can’t remember if they have a bank inside), plus a nearby gas station & recycling center.I just wish I didnt have to spend an average of $150 each time I shop but I also need to stick to my grocery list or use curbside service more often so I don’t overspend & stray from my shopping list. I get overly ambitious with cooking ideas or stocking up which can be wasteful.It’s 4 stars for me; it would be a perfect 5 if the prices were competitive, the parking lot wasn’t crazy & I didn’t have to wait in line at check out & Starbucks every time.

This store has really stepped it up. There is a TON of USDA organic and non-Gmo foods. I only eat non-Gmo label foods or USDA organic foods. They have an organic option for almost every category and type of food that you want. You dont have to eat commercial food anymore if you wanted to. They also supply all of the organic food ingredients you would need if you wanted to make your own organic food item. Like if you want to make an organic pizza they have the pizza sauce, toppings, dough, etc., all in organic. So you can eat clean and healthy. This store also makes a huge deal out of its organic produce! So a large chunk of the store is set aside for organic fruits, vegetables, and organic fruit and veggie products. They have a few key superfoods here as well like organic Tumeric, ginger, brussels sprouts, micro greens. They have such a wide variety. Also they carry the, O Organics food line, which is nothing but organic food. This store is super fun to shop at, always has everything in stock.

Ok, so Im an easy grader, but this location deserves at least 4.5 stars. Always clean, friendly/helpful employees. Ans sure prices are a little higher than club stores, or dollar type stores, but they make up for it with quality and selection. To me that makes my bill a couple bucks higher, but food is fresher and the store is easy in and easy out...my time is worth that alone. Great place for last minute flowers or Starbucks too.

Best grocery store around. Just had most wonderful experience in their bakery. First I should say we have had they baked goods before & they are fantastic. Today though we needed a little extra for a celebration. Their associate, Carolina heard what we needed & delivered us the perfect decorated cake 🎂 so very happy great store, even greater staff.

Cashier Tiffany was not very nice. I will have a hard time returning to this location due to her lack of help when she was available but not trying to help me scan my groceries.. She did not go up and beyond . Horrible experience & sucks that my kids saw me get treated that way. Ive been coming to this Albertsons for decades. If theyre busy, expect to wait a small while at checkout. Typically theyre good at having enough workers on the clock to help out though. They just remodeled too. The new store layout is strange, but Im adapting.

The woman who checked me out was so kind. My son ( 1 year and 3 months old) was in a horrible mood and she was so sweet and helpful. She gave him a sticker and it calmed him down. Sweet lady. Food is great quality at this location, a little pricey. but, checkout lines are a problem in the store and management is a problem. management doesnt care about the cleanliness of the store. i complained to them twice about the boys bathroom being disgusting. Ive watched management talk unprofessionally to customers and staff. i dont know who allow these people to move up, but now the employers higher then management will find out these things the hard way.

Pretty standard supermarket really, one of the better ones in the immediate area. But I have to disagree with the guy who said the staff is rude here. Ive definitely had the exact opposite experience. People do their job with a smile here, in my experience, and I think this place kind of has almost a neighborhood store kind of feel, because there seems to be very little turnover in the staff, and everyone seems more or less happy to be there. They have a pretty decent selection and not a bad produce section.

Early morning you can forget about the 15 items or less line. Since only 1 cashier is working it, the line is long with people having twice as many items.Starbucks people didnt let me know a certain coffee was not pre-made and would need to wait an additional 5-10mins extra. Theyre supposed to notify you so you can make a choice to wait or not. May not seem like a long time, but when youre in a morning rush, it definitely can be!

I come to this Albertsons quite often as I work really close. Today I came and shopped and the cashier was so RUDE and unprofessional. Her name is Alex. I have never been treated so poorly by a cashier in my life. I asked her not to make the bags to heavy and from that point on she was EXTREMELY RUDE! I had to say thank you 3 times before she acknowledged me. I am FURIOUS and I hope shes punished severely. This is so not acceptable.

The daily store that has everything you need and more. Its prices are very expensive but you have to look for deals. The selection in the deli, vegetables, fruits, breads and bakery, Alcohol, poultry and meat is wider than most stores and the quality is the best.

Id say the Albertsons in this area is pretty good and they have an awesome sell with the dozen eggs. You buy one and get free haha. I came wanting to buy my unsweetened almond milk of the Lucerne brand. It taste great and the Lucerne half and half. I also love how HUGE the Albertsons at this location is!
