Dont give this store your business. From manager to employees are rude and disrespectful. Especially the black ladie in produce. Shes very bothered by questions and shes very aggressive and argumentative. This employee lacks customer service and forgets shes at work.The male manager wouldnt even look at me when I was expressing the incident This employee and manager are representing your company. Be kind it doesnt cost anything.

Albertsons Flower shop!I don’t usually shop at Albertsons, but their flower shop carriers some of the most beautiful and freshest flowers!I’ve been to local flower shops where prices are outrageously high. However, Albertsons is fairly priced and quick.Highly recommend!

ANYONE that shops at Albertsons, vons, Ralphs etc should have their head examined AND they are part of the problem. They will keep prices high as long as every idiot keeps buying their stuff. Thats how they operate. Walmart, WinCo they just go straight percentage over cost. Go to those two stores and tell me prices should still be high at Albertsons etc. Total Jokers they should be embarrassed. And anyone that shops there should be embarrassed for themselves. Part of the problem

If I could, I would give the Albertsons location on San Marcos Blvd/corner Rancho Santa Fe Road in San Marcos ZERO or NEGATIVE stars. It’s sad to think that they are the same corporation as the Albertsons on San Elijo Road…A few days before Thanksgiving, we bought a huge ribeye roast, about 22 pounds. About 3 days after we had bought it, we took it out of the butcher wrapping paper and noticed a strange odor coming from the roast. We called Albertsons and were asked to return the product. About 12 hours later, my husband went to the store for the return. In the meantime, I had started to prepare a turkey instead. I didnt even think about anything, thinking my husband would come home with a refund back to my credit card or at least a store gift card. But noooooooo.... They told him that he needed to get exactly what we had bought before, so he was assured that it was store policy that he HAD TO get another huge roast again. I was very upset when he came home with another roast, this time still in shrink wrap. This one weighed in at about 25.20 pounds, regular price at $10.99 pound was $276.75. Since our previous roast was a little lighter due to being trimmed and due to not having had to pay for the heavy duty plastic wrap, my husband was seriously asked to pay an additional $20. I called the store and was told the store manager was not there. So I filed a complaint online on the Albertsons website. That was on November 25, 2020. We waited a couple of days, and since we had not heard back and were assured the store would “eventually” get back to us. We decided to open the heavy duty shipping plastic on the roast and cut and freeze it. It turned out there was a reason why we had to pay an additional $20 – we had about 3 pounds of excess fat on that roast, and that is the fat beyond the normal fat needed. Plus the shipping plastic – they took our additional money to pay for trash. Nice…Ever since then, I am being stalled and mocked by Albertsons customer service. The store manager NEVER called us. In one of the emails from customer service, they seriously had the audacity to tell me that the store insisted that someone had called us on 11/28 and on 11/29. Very strange, as my phone records do not show any incoming calls on both days from an Albertson store. Instead, I had to send them my phone number again per email. So I did. I repeatedly asked for the name of the so-called “manager” at that location as I have never in my life experienced such bad or rather non-existent customer service, but the answer to that question that I must have asked 3 times now per email is being avoided. After at least 7 or 8 more emails from me, always inquiring when I would be contacted, even requesting to be contacted via email, I am still waiting to hear from anyone over at that store site. In one emails I was told that the store refused to communicate via email. It had to be via phone. I wonder why that is? So that there is no trace of any communication?I avoided Albertsons since that day completely. I do not do business with a store that treats customers like that. Shame on them, and shame on corporate to have such incompetent management in place there.

Nice store. Staff are friendly, produce and meats are good. Love the just for you deals and must buy 4 or 5 or more deals. The fried chicken was delicious from the Deli. The lighting and atmosphere of the store is nice and the store is clean and organized well.

Well kept store with very friendly staff. My sister had worked with the cake decorator at the bakery to have a gigantic graduation cake made. My sister had been calling back and forth between California and Washington trying to organize the making of this cake. She told me that she was very happy with the designer and also with the prep staff who got all the chicken together that she ordered for the party. On the day we arrived to pick everything up staff or happy to help and even offered us their very precious cart to take out all the items to our car as long as we made sure we returned it lol which we did of course.The store was clean well organized and we appreciated the customer service.

The prices are way too high. I see items that I can get at other stores for 10 to 20% cheaper. Arizona iced tea for example is a dollar more than it would be at Walmart or stater Brothers. A 12 pack of Coca-Cola minis is $2 more than elsewhere. I have to take a pass in these budget conscious times. They have fancy prices for a not so fancy store.

I enjoy this shopping center, parking lot is roomy. People seem to be smiling getting in and out of their cars. Albertsons employees are friendly and have excellent customer service. I always find what Im looking for. The fried chicken and chicken tenders are always good. Never an old burnt piece in the bunch! I applaud the cleanliness of the isles!!And Shell gas station is here in the adjacent lot. A rather large Shell with many, many pumps.
