Its okay. I went their twice this week for some kosher salt. Dont feel bad, Albert. Ive looked for it for about 3 months now. No one has it. Why? But you did have Xlnt tamales when no one had it. So I guess its a trade-off at every store.Get it in stock 🙌

This is a great location for this store. It’s inside a huge center with a huge parking lot. The lights around area is bright and there are a lot of parking spaces.

If you like to shop early, be advised that they no longer have live cashiers until 8am. The self-checkout is okay for a few items, but almost always takes longer than an experienced cashier, and ALWAYS takes longer when you have produce. This is a bad move and obviously not made in the customers interest. This had been my preferred market for more than 20 years.

Second time here, this lady in the picture has horrible customer service. Came here twice for money orders. The first time I thanked her & she didn’t say anything. Second time, she had me waiting then she stared at me & frowned her face at me while walking to the counter to assist me. I immediately picked up my phone to snap this photo & she knew it & tried to hide.

This store was closed for a whole. It is now open again, but I think they needed to restock before reopening. I had to dodge many workers cluttering areas while stocking the shelves as well as the guy pushing a train of carts through the store to the outside front. Crazy! Im sure it will get better, but I feel like I came here at the wrong time. I will return later on.

I was just asking about the digital coupon on their app. Because the cashier had no knowledge about their app, Cashier Claudia was cold and rude! Didn’t say thank you or good bye! Just looked the other way!But the manager was nice!I worked as a cashier when I was 18-20! I was always trained to be nice, kind, and friendly to customers!!!! I think done employees need that training!!!!

The older lady who is pandering around in her mobile chair, in the store &, in the parking lot, has become a serious problem. She will block my entrance in the store after she sees me drive up, for whatever she is trying to do, or get. She makes rude comments. Everywhere I turn, & in the parking lot. From afternoon to closing hours. I dont like it. Its annoying.

Albertsons deli is the best. Their 50, 100,150 piece fried or baked chicken is my go to for all events & holidays. I add seasoning to mine when reheating and guests swear it is homemade 😉 Huge timesaver and a great go to for potlucks too. The market is ok too but the deli & bakery is where the good taste & action is!

I like their flowers and the florist here. She made a very beautiful bouquet for my daughter for her first ballet recital. I like to do grocery shopping here as well. Big store and pretty much carries everything I need at one place.

This store had a good idea regarding park and pick-up, but failed to instruct the public where it is located! After paying $15.06 for a $10 in store purchase, I had to speak with the deli staff, who knew nothing, and a check out clerk was sharp enough to instruct me where to go! This service is a joke! Or if kept by this store, then give detailed instructions where to go for this extra cost service!

Do not try to order online for deli or bakery. They will pretend that never received the order.I ordered for My daughter’s birthday and they literally said that they never received the order. I received an email confirmation regarding my pickup order. When I got to the store, they pretended to have never received my order. Including my daughter’s birthday cake. What a sham.

I just shopped (January 18 2023) there tonight to exchange something and Rachael the manager has a very foul spirit she had a nasty attitude poor demeanor poor customer service. I will never shop at the store again it was for a return I didn’t have my receipt so I went back and got it that was the right thing to do and when I came back she was repeating the same thing over again to me that wasn’t even necessary… ( on a superiority head trip) what happened to a smile and thank you and sorry you didn’t enjoy the product…. I don’t normally shop at the store but for the past few days I did, well that’s the end of that. I’m going to report her to the head manager to lighten up on the attitude. I told her kindness will get her a lot further in life she should try it …trust me it works if you don’t like customer service Miss Rachel don’t be in it. if you can’t hold it up through the storms dealing with people and stop bringing your problems from home to innocent people because your demeanor was bad on my last visit, I just didn’t say nothing, you’re not good for customer service you don’t have what it takes

The business is grand opening ready every day.Well stocked shelves, fresh produce, bakery and meat depts have clean display cases. The employees as a group take pride in their stores appearance. Parking lot clean. I live 5 min from a market I will not name but I will drive 15 minutes to shop at Albertsons

My experience.There are only a few nice people that work there. Early in the morning cashier guy, middle age man is super cool, sorry cant think of his name. And the produce people are real nice. And the butcher is super cool. Everyone else seems as though they really hate the job. Say hi no response, say thank you get no response, thats the only reason for the 3 stars. Maybe I should of gave 4 stars.

Had a upsetting experience with sal3s clerk Claudia. Wasnt happy how she spoke to me. Kind of nice but sarcastic way. Please walk away from registers when you are tired or need a break. I was being nice as possible, but she still tried to talk me down as if I dnt shop here. And I shop here almost once a week. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

Ive been doing my shopping at this Albertsons since it opened about 20 years ago. They recently remodeled and I think Im finally getting used to the new layout. Its a big store with a lot of selections and reasonable prices. Staff in each department and especially at the check out are friendly and always available to assist.

Merry Christmas, My parent who is a senior loved this store and wanted to go out so badly to just say merry Christmas and get some last minute things, but insisted that she would go alone and didnt need help.I later met her at the store and asked if I could help her she said that she would be fine.I leave knowing its a safe store and people are friendly here.As she gets ready to leave from the line she feels rushed by the people behind her and forgets her caneShe then comes back to store asking for help, shes had a bad leg from working as a nurse for 42 years at little company of mary .She had explained a worker seemed upset by her asking, and when receiving the cane they told her try not to leave your stuff here anymore.As she was home it had sat with her the whole nightTill she told me she doesnt feel comfortable with the store anymorePlease maybe just not say anythingIf its not niceIf you have a problem with helping people just walk awayIf youre family friendly we can tell.Anyway merry Christmas

Repair work outside of store that causes people to walk in drive versus on storefront sidewalk. Will hopefully be repaired soon. The checkout line is one long line and when you get to the front of it, you get told go to checkout line 1, or whichever open register. This is likely all Covid related but it does make it FEEL like a really long wait. It moved quickly though. The store had a good variety of things we needed and prices were reasonable. Not the cheapest, but its okay. Store was clean. Workers at checkout were nice.

Like all the unionized grocery chains, it seems like a lot of the employees feel entitled and and/or have a chip on their shoulder. Especially the front end staff. Going to management to report instances is useless because theyre all pro union employee and not looking at the customers concerns even though were the ones who keeping the doors open by buying their stuff. I think some of their staff is just burned out and need to be retired. This is just my humble opinion and Im probably wrong

I use this store for 12 years and can say they are average price on some items but over priced in produce dairy and meat. The atmosphere is a bit pushy and stuffy for my liking. I like certain people like larraine, and a few others like Tiffany . But some cashiers are rude and obnoxious. I choose to shop else where due to attitudes there..

All grocery stores are over priced. Im not the type to need 400 kinds of canned greenbeans to be well fed or give my guests what feels like a well planned special occasion meal. For my style of cooking I want fresh produce and fruit and a good butcher; AND a bakery! I cook from scratch and keep a well stocked pantry. So honestly I dont spend much time here. What I can tell you is that when I am there I get excellent service. Each employee is kind and professional. The deli and bakery go out of their way to give me what I want even when theyre about to close. The cashiers are hard working and customer service oriented. They run promotions and will give you a rain check if they dont have the item you came in for. I like this clean, well stocked store and its close to home. The floral department is very nice. WARNING: Very crowded parking lot. Watch your rear end.

I love Albertsons. There was a male worker stocking between milk & juices that had passed by greeting the customers. Around 1430. He engaged in product related genuine conversation. Old school customer service. SO APPRECIATED. As I checked out, the checker was tossing my food. He didn’t do this to the person before me or after me. And I wouldn’t wanna be presumptuous and call it islamophobia. So let’s just do better. The circular conveyer belts keep rotating items & make it EASY on the cashier and bagger. No need to throw food… EVER!!!!! Please and thank you.

Just popped in for a couple of items. Snow crab legs while not on sale today, I purchased 1 lb for $10, saving me a lot compared to seafood restaurants in the area.Personal water melons were on sale for $ .99 each (limit 2).Service was friendly and fast. Overall a happy visit for me.

This is specifically for the bakery. I love their cakes and cupcakes, however, the issue I have had, including this past weekend is the constant incorrect orders. They have given me incorrect orders 5 times. This past weekend they gave me the wrong cake. I tend to put my orders in the evening and unfortunately when the gentleman in the evening takes my orders, my order comes out wrong. I try to be very specific with him because it has happened every time he has taken my order. Its frustrating when you go pick up your baked good and its incorrect. And unfortunately, there is no time to get it redone. I prefer to go there because of the convenience, but Im prepared to start going somewhere else.

Extremely high prices, unorganized, sale items are rarely in stock, parking lot is a mess, carts are often blocking handicap parking spaces and designated pathways to the store. The only reason we shop here is due to the convenience of how close we are. Some workers are very helpful while the majority are somewhat rude and seem like they would rather be elsewhere rather than helping customers.

Horrible customer service and a waste of my gas. I called for the sole purpose of not wanting to make a purposeless trip and ended up doing it anyway. I dont remember her name but she was a manager I believe, she assisted me patiently on gathering the information I needed to download and receive to use the just 4 u coupon for ground Turkey.. Im very thankful to her and I hope she sees this and continues to assist others in the manner she assisted me. Love Albertsons. A little experience, but worth it for the quality of everything from produce to customer service. The only thing Ive had problems with is the bakery. Twice in a row my cakes were not up to participate. The second time the manager happened to be the one to give me the cake. He opened the lid and told me I didnt have to pay. Although delicious there was a huge Crack going down the center. Everything else is good. Been going there for about 10 years. Ill be trying their delivery service soon....

I understand the importance of gratuity when you serve big parties but one 2 years old kid and a 3 months old baby arent someone youre serving, but its fine that you charge the automatic gratuity but not that you argue with a costumer for 29 cents based on an arbitrary waiter decision. The reason why I am giving one star is because I purchased flowers for Mothers Day for my mom, and when I put them in a vase, they started falling apart, petals were dried and basically, they have put dead flowers in between the fresh ones, there were more dead flowers than fresh flowers.Yes, I couldve been able to catch it before buying them, but they were wrapped in a plastic sheet, so it was not visible. I was so disappointed and my mom was very sad; not happy, since she is an expert when it comes to flowers and gardening.This store is my favorite just to be clear, but I messed up my moms day with dead flowers. Im sorry about this review, but it pertains to the flowers I purchased basically.

Bummed they took out the scanners you can do to avoid lines which leads me to in the morning there is only one cashier and always people getting their supplies for the day but none the less everyone is really nice and thats why I keep going back. I went to the bakery department and received horrible customer service. The lady in the bakery, Susanna, was very disrespectful. I went to the bakery and waited about 5 minutes and I saw get putting away the breads in the cabinet. I walked over to her and asked Is your bakery closed?. She said No I will help you so I was like why didnt she come over and help us before or say anything. So as I was placing my order, I had asked her to repeat some of the cake flavors and she repeated them, literally yelling at me with an eye roll. Then when I couldnt decide on the color of the writing she got loud with me and said with an attitude and an eye roll Pick a color. I was being very polite and I really couldnt understand her, but I did not deserve bad customer service and an attitude. Very disappointed.

The Cashier Rigoberto is very rude and tosses your produce/products at the register like he hates his job and also can be very sexist (prejudice ) to certain customers. I visit this store frequently and thought I would give the bakery a try. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience. So disappointed with the bakery staffs service and attitudes. I have never received a cake before in a box that was too small in which it had to be left almost completely opened and the cake exposed. I had to ask for tape to at least secure the sides down so the box would not flap open in the rain. Never again!

Although basically clean and well-organized, there arent that many staff members on the floor to address questions. There is also a lack of feeling better presentation found at Vons And Ralphs markets. The value for things like sales on meat and produce were not as good as the other stores and the produce department also seemed rather locking. I would rather have a Stater Brothers in the area rather than and Albertsons any day. Rather disappointing and again staff just doesnt seem to be present enough to even make you feel welcome or that youre able to ask any questions on the spot. We actually would have to go looking for staff in order to ask questions. Even when I have asked questions the staff was very unsure about even wear I needed to go for certain products Etc so it was rather pointless trying to find them since they didnt seem very sure of their own products in the store.

Worse experience ever about an hour ago, I came home very upset. The only cashier Lance not only was completely rude, clearly doesnt like his job, and the Manger on duty doesnt know what managing is. The store alone wasnt a big deal the employees working there made me not ever want to step foot there. They were both old, bitter, and unprofessional, to think an older employee would have experience and more knowledge. An advice for people that work guest/costumer service, learn how to be patient and polite. If you dont like dealing with people work for an company that doesnt require talking to people. I didnt end up taking any of my items, I wont spend my money there ever. I stick to Food 4 less next to Krispy Kream.
