Have been a weekly shopper (3 years this location) for just over a decade religiously. Recently I became tired of constantly running into expired eggs and meat so I tried a competitor. My goodness have I been wasting money.My weekly Albertsons bill was $190-$220 a week. Since moving to a competitor it has been $150-170

Prices are kind of high but sometimes the store location is just convenient to go to. HOWEVER, we will not be coming back after this racist interaction.My boyfriend (black and a military veteran) and his service dog (pitbull) went in to get some stuff but they ended up not having everything he wanted so he put the juice back and left.As he got to the car, I see this white lady yelling at him calling him a dirtbag and yelling if he put it back. SHE ACCUSED HIM OF STEALING. A FREAKING BOTTLE OF JUICE.While he went back in to speak to the manager regarding the employee and even told them to check the cameras, she continued to be harassing him about it inside the store.Albertsons, I am appalled at this interaction. A person like her should not be working at your establishment.I will be sticking to Winco and Trader Joe’s. They have always provided excellent customer service and have never been discriminating to us.

As others have mentioned, this Albertsons is really a cut above. Nice store, well stocked. Great floral department, too. This visit we stopped in for road trip snacks and we were able to find everything we craved, from sushi to sandwiches, diabetic friendly pre-made snack boxes, ripe bananas, salted nuts and more. Easy to use self check or regular checkout available. Big parking lot in a shopping center with several other stores around so you can complete several errands at once. Bonus for clean restrooms that are all the way to the right at the front of the store.

Came here during posted open hours at 10:00 pm on 4.6.24 and it was closed . That is my biggest pet peeve. It takes TWO SECONDS to change your hours on google and yelp . Now I’ve wasted my guess and my time . AND I don’t have my groceries .. Not happy

Cashiers are friendly. Their app and digital coupons are where youll get your best savings. The produce section is hit or miss. Ive had times where grapes were moldy within a day of purchase, romaine turning bad within 5 days. I try buying only what will be used in a day or 2 now as prices are high everywhere, you cant afford to throw food out. They have a great seafood & meat selection, again I only buy whats on sale each week, regular prices are just too high right now.

The two pack of tomatoes had one that had mold on it. It was clear wrapping but the rotten side of the tomato was placed downward so no one could see it. The rest was still usable but I’m disappointed because we just bought these a couple hours ago…This is the one on California Oaks

Albertsons is a very nice store. However theres prices seem a bit higher than other stores in the area. I also do not like the self check out feature it has given me problems a couple times and the man working got a little snippy about how I was doing it (a difference in how I looked up my onion) I politely explained to him guess what I dont work here I shouldnt have to know all this. Yes, there is a checker, but there are maybe 1 or 2 checkers with a longer line. This seems the case with many stores. The only reason I single them out is because I think if you want your customers to do the work of employees at least give a discount.This store is well stocked and organized. I dont want to give the wrong idea my shopping experience is great except check out.

IMO, Albertsons in general, is a 5 star grocery store. I had a very positive experience at the branch I visited yesterday in Murrieta, Ca. (California Oaks Rd.) There was a $20 mistake I found on my receipt as I was leaving the store. I went to customer service, and was immediately given a reimbursement. As I was leaving for the 2nd time, I noticed that the reimbursement was not complete. I talked with Harlan, a manager about it. We figured out why the reimbursement was not complete. The item I purchased, was on the top shelf with several of the same items. It had a tag that showed it was a sale item. The problem was, that those items were placed there by one of the employees, by mistake. Harlan said he would honor that sale price, (even though it was for a different item), as it was clear it was their mistake, not mine. I received the complete reimbursement of $20. They do NOT want to blow balloons here. You will get an attitude and half blown balloons. They kid said he could only fill them this much which was the size of a baseball pretty much. Everyone I came across to ask about the balloon blowing had absolutely extreme attitude and just didnt want to do it. The kid tried to tell me the balloons I bought here could not be brown up here they had to say something special on the front? Once I responded he agreed to do it but did an aweful job!

Just went shopping here overall experience was great, I got what I need and I checked out at the self check out. That’s where I had an issue.There was a short stout blonde haired manager watching the self checkouts when I used them.I needed 2 bags and when I approached her to get those bags she was having a conversation with one of her employees. She was reprimanding him I front of everyone at the self checkout. I asked for bags and she ignored me. Another employee walking by saw and got me the bags.There is no scenario where it is okay to talk down to your employees, especially in a public place and in front of costumers. She should have taken him to an office and talked to him there. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth after leaving. She was completely unprofessional!

I’m highly upset i’ve been in california for 2years i’m from the midwest the one thing i brag on was the produce here and n california telling people the regular produce here looks better than Chicagos whole food organic produce it would be true if it’s statos brothers or barons albertsons produce looks used i even called to speak to a manager about their withered produce he gave me a line of bs on how they strive to have the best produce in their store i laughed i’ll never go in any Albertsons again maybe they need to close up and just become a bakery and that’s not that great i even gave them a second chance the celery was soft as tissuemy recommendation is statos brothers or barons i’ve never seen bad produce every time i’ve been to either stores they baby the produce putout high quality produce great stores if i could give albertsons a zero i would albertsons is garbage

I do shop frequently at this location, the people at the register are amazing the one young men who helps with the crash register person to bag the items is excellent and helpful .I do have one request if the plastic bag over the fresh produce would be stored lower for short and older person like me to be reachable, the store is in amazing clean and everything is in place. Good selection of basically anything you need. Fruit and veggies are always so good! Ive had one bad experience with strawberries that looked delicious on the outside but totally white and hard on the inside. Ended up throwing the entire thing away. Also, checkout seems to always be extremely slow with long lines. If youre in a rush I would definitely recommend going at odd times.

Maybe I am just being overly critical but the staff was incredibly inappropriate today. They followed me into 4 different aisle while I was shopping. Watched me from 5ft away as I used the self checkout and then would not let me take my cart to the car to unload. As I only requested one bag for the small lighter stuff, this was a huge hassle and kind of embarrassing. I mean I am a big dude but I had a 20lb bad of cat litter a full grocery bag and a pack of soda. Kinda a lot for two hand when you need to pull out your keys at the car door. It felt like they where hovering and it was weird, maybe I wasn’t dressed appropriately for a 10am grocery trip since I’m in shorts and a jacket? Either way I will stick to the Albertsons off of Clinton Keith from now on. Weird staff, weird stock avialable and honestly just a horrible thing experience from the customer viewpoint. I go to shelf checkout to make the load easier on the clerks! Not to made you feel like I’m trying to steal food or a cart for Christ’s sake.

The manager in Murrieta decided to come up and harass me one day. I have to use a cart because of a bad accident I was in over a year ago where I had tp undergo several major surgeries and cant walk very well, for very long or painless. Anyways, I am also supposes to be on psych meds and have been trying to be very proactive about getting them prescribed to me since I can tell that not being on them causes many more issues like major anxiety, severe panic attacks, black-outs, confusion, poor judgement and decision making and over all impacts my motor skills. I have even tried visiting the emergency room for an emergency med refill until my scheduled primary appointment, which was not helpful and I am talking about both visits. I am trying my best to seek out treatmenr, but hitting brick walls and its very difficult when you are somebody who already has both so many physical and mental challenges to deal with and not getting any kind of help. The manager has no clue who I am or what I have been going through and actually appriached me trying ro grab on to my purse a few times, then my cart that I waa using to balance me since somebpdy stole my walker a month or so agp outside of the car after we drove away from the parking lot forgetting to load it inside. We were only gone for about 5 minutes too before I realized that we forgor it there and shot right back to the exact place and it was already gone. I was not suprised either...this world is a crazy place.

Excellent . I don’t generally shop at Albertsons because it has been my ongoing experience that Albertsons has a “smell” . I’m not sure what it is but in many Albertsons myself and others have smell the strange odor. Thankfully and so Surprising this Albertsons did NOT have an off- odor. This was about 945am and staff on the flood had a wonderful “presence” and were very nice. I mention to an employee that Albertsons is one of the few stores that Carrie’s the McCormick spaghettini seasoning that doe NOT CONTAIN DAIRY!!!!!!😊

Been shopping here for years and the store is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when shopping carts are left to slam into your car they fail to take ownership. This is two folded, on one hand lazy customers should simply put carts in the coral. On the other hand store managers should adjust the frequency of collecting shopping carts.When a store manager states he will get it taken care of that to me tells me they take ownership of the incident. Now days later notice from insurance denies it saying I parked to far from camera view (to avoid carts and other cars) that its on me to fix...

Always amazing they really keep a tidy store friendly and they welcome you assist you with anything you need I travel the distance to visit family and when I need something this time it was flowers for graduation picked up a whole bunch of flowers left and right with all the excitement knowing I’m going to get out of there very quickly all registers opened all the time I take a quick right and a quick left and every bunch of flowers that I have in my hand was in a very beautiful bouquet including a cap graduation a small heart balloon and just everything you would want in a bouquet of flowers and this was last minute and this was the freshest and most wonderful bouquet at a reasonable price The bottom line all of the Albertson’s are beautiful service is always wonderful this one for me kind of takes the cake major connection 150 miles away from me but when I am in that area that is where I will go thank you Albertson and thank you for the team that works together to the highest caliber and I am sure all of the shifts are the same way because of my commute I was there in the daytime mid day I couldn’t ask for anything more it’s nice getting out of your car and the ground is clean and spotless. Anyway that will always be my spot to get supplies and move on to my destinations. Thank you loyal customer

Its your average grocery store. Im not thrilled with the amount of promotional stuff that is pushed on you at the front of the store. I understand thats how they make additional revenue, but a grocery store is 1st and foremost to buy your groceries. Prices are average if not slightly above average. Manager Larry that works at this location goes above and beyond to make his customers satisfied with service given. The ones working in the deli department are so darn lazy. A guy named Nick yes, you werent the first one that has made an excuse every time we order fried chicken. FYI, not my problem if you get short staffed. Two hours before closing you cant take my order.. But big thanks to Manager Larry for stepping up. I got to the store to pick up my order, manager is at the fryer making fried chicken.

Excellent produce and the butcher here is wonderful. Very Choice cuts of meat and theres always more than one register open so they dont make you wait forever. Nice location as far as grocery stores go its on the upper end without having to pay those specialty store prices. I was surprised to find that they had some pretty great deals and their Bakery is also wonderful as well. I recommend the breakfast streusel or whatever it may be called Im not sure you all know what Im talking about, and theyre delicious. Ill still do my normal shopping at Stater Brothers because I prefer to pay 20% less but I just want to go pick a couple things up or get some really good produce or a proper cut of meat this is the location that I would go.

A few of the shelves were empty... maybe they are waiting on deliveries.. also they should really check the shelves, I have found expired food on the shelves a few times. I live near Albertsons and its esier for me to shop here, I have shopped here a couple of times, and I will no longer shop here. Their customer service is horrible. I mean every time i shop here the cashiers dont acknowledge you, like if you arent even there. No hello, they dont even tell you the amount due. They just expect you to know when to slide your card. Yesterday, I was there and the cashier was talking to another employee, we did not even cross any words. Like always. Also they take forever to scan your food. Please retrain your employees, customer service is horrible.

I was just in this Store and the manager Larry needs to get some training on customer service. I was standing next in line to be waited on, he took off without saying a word or acknowledging me. I attempted to get his attention, but he left, the other cashier at the register continued to service other customers, did not even attempt to find out why I was standing at the customer service desk. I just stood there looking around for help. Larry finally returns but calls on a different customer and starts ringing out her stuff. I have received poor customer service before, but finding out Larry is a manager I think he should know better. He is the image of the company and a little acknowledgment would have made all the difference

The management went above and beyond when I wanted an order from the deli and they happened to be running low on the item. This particular location is clean and updated, well stocked, and everyone is always friendly, just dont plan to stop by on weekdays between 2 and 5 p.m. The management appears to be trying to save labor costs for at least the last 6 months and lines are perpetually long during these hours. Two open checkstands and the unique express lanes that replaced the old self-checkouts just dont cover it during these hours, especially knowing you are adjacent to a high school obviously letting out around this time. They tend to throw managers in these express lanes and he/she tends to need to deal with managerial stuff between and/or during express orders, making it far from express while 10 people are lining up with 1 or 2 things in the meantime.A long line can happen from time to time, I get it. But this is on my way home from work and it happens every single time I stop here during those hours. I find myself going to a farther location that always has more checkstands open in this scenario. Probably works out to the same in time for me, but it saves me the annoyance of standing in a 7-10 person deep $100+ per order line each time when empty checkstands sit there and mock you. Lol Could be so much more convenient and time saving with proper staffing!

The store I went to last evening is in Murrieta it was an awesome experience to obtain help in the parking lot as the employee Lois could tell I was in extreme need of physical assistance due to my physical hinderences.She brought out a scooter to me & found another employee to assist me with shopping & loading my vehicle. I wish all of Albertsons showed this type of compassion.I live in LB, CA I have never gotten this type of service. The day employees are helpful in the 4 walls but the night crew are heartless, ill mannered, snobbish & would not lift a finger for a customer to save themselves. This also includes the female caucasian throat was rather irrated bagging (2) of items I paid for, thankfully I brought someone with me who bagged my groceries. The checker bagged 1 bag only she made it so heavy that it tore open a canvass bag. That store is at 100 Willow St. In LB, CA.Thank YouJennie Todd
