Everytime I come here the lines are out into the aisles. Whoever does the staffing needs to figure out you need more than two lines open. Currently in line and have been for nearly ten mins. More than enough time to post this review

My experience was ok but I feel bad for the senior couple in the back of the store that was having issues with there fully loaded cart,it wouldnt move the wheels locked on them. I tried to help but I couldnt get it to move either, the whole time there was a female worker loading up cheese or lunch meat right there she never once stopped never once looked that way its sad how your employees care about the customers. The senior gentleman had to walk all the way back outside to get a cart because thats where you keep your carts .

2nd time in 2 weeks to be ripped off(1 time this store, previous time at another). Struggling to enter my phone number I apparently hit a wrong number. The key pad is tiny and shrouded . I told the clerk and she responded that they were unable to go back to change it. I was not able to use the digital coupons I deserved.

I witnessed a man in a full ski mask walk out the doors with 3 large bottles of liquor. Staff inside said that it happens often. Not blaming the staff or store at all. Just a very scary interaction.

As someone who works in the service industry I understand how hard it is to find good employees. But, I just went through the self-checkout and the gentleman working the self-checkout along with two other female cashiers were basically hollering about a customer that they were essentially making fun of. This isnt the first time I have encountered this at grocery stores it seems to be the new normal nowadays for employees to swear and complain in front of customers, this is just the first time its been in my face in a long time. It saddens me to say that those employees should be fired immediately. A lot of elderly people shop at this store and we dont need obnoxious ungrateful employees working like this in such a nice store, its just pathetic but it usually is indicative of management.

The last 4 times I went there, they were out of lemon lime Gatorade Zero, and I always have to stop at a second grocery store to finish my grocery shopping.Also the parking lot is very crowded and today I had to park by CVS.

This store is clean, has a great selection, and good specials….BUT….Check your receipt! I have to point out an overcharge about half the time but it’s usually just a couple of dollars worth. Today I had to go back to the store after realizing that I was overcharged by $30+. The store was running a mix & match 10 for 10 special. I was charged full price for each item vs. $1. I bought the maximum twenty items so it really added up. I really wish this wasn’t such a common occurrence because customers should be able to trust that they’ll be charged the advertised price without having to double check. This is especially important at this store because they don’t adjust the prices until the very end of the transaction for some items, making it impossible to see if everything was adjusted correctly.

A little curious as to why the entrance door to the right leads smack dab right into an EXTENSIVE liquor section. Either the people in this community drink a lot or not enough and they are encouraging them to drink more because it is a bit overwhelming. Their liquor selection was very large and varied so this is the place to go if that is what you are looking for in a grocery store. In addition to that, the fruit and vegetable section is limited and did not have a very good selection. I did find most of what I needed and only stopped in because it was convenient on my way home from another appt. but most probably I wont return.

The day I visited Albertsons was too hot outside but once I entered my body temperature refreshed thanks to their well conditioned facility. Every grocery aisle was filled with great variety of products. Produce department had well faced up and clean tables, and salad cases. Overall, it is a well maintained market full of activity since employees contribute in costumers daily purchases.

Have come here a lot over the years and had several employees and even managers be condescending and downright rude in response to simple questions or in the instance that, god forbid, you missed your customer self-checkout lane required training and use a lane they didn’t want you to et al. (when they had said lane open); unfriendly on their best day but outright disrespectful and unprofessional on the whole. One star because you have to rate something to leave a review.

Went here to pick up snacks and beverages, to say this place is immaculate doesnt do it justice . The place was spotless ! The products on the shelves were placed perfectly, the Frozen Food Section, Meat, Seafood were staffed by the friendliest employees ! If I moved to Carlsbad this would be my Grocer of choice, keep up the good work guys, your on top of your game !

Well Joshua made it a point to call me back. He showed genuine concern about my issues. I am regular here and it’s really sad to see a lot of the employees that I loved leave because it always come to same conclusion that the store managers are overworking their employees. A lot of the departments are understaffed and usually when I talk to whoever is the department they give out the same story that it’s only them at the moment and that their store manager is aware they’re short and yet they keeping giving one person to do a six man job. It’s very often I will come and a department would just be closed and ruining my plans. This Albertsons really should work on new management or start treating their employees like actual people than slaves. For those who really want to get their grocery shopping done I would recommend going to the Albertsons at Marron rd as I really have no problem get my supplies there. It’s a little further but a better experience.

When asked to skin the salmon they weigh first then skin. Also they never bother to compensate for the lost weight…I ask for a lb and I end up getting .8 or .85 lbs. This is very inconsistent between locations and the people working at the counter.

If youre looking for top quality produce, Albertsons is great. I found a great deal on strawberries today. The boys will devour a whole box today. They have a Starbucks in here too, in case you feel like having coffee while grabbing the needful. Not the best prices, as union stores tend to price higher due to overhead.Overall happy with the quality and price of items here.

The young male manager who works here id friendly, patient, efficient, and will open the door if its even two minutes to closing for you. Ive always had great experiences here. I stopped late at night sometimes and the staff are very helpful. Ive returned items and theres never been a problem, which is appreciated. The kids who work here,always seem happy and are willing to help you. this is my go to grocery store.

This is my favorite grocery store. They have the nicest produce and they just redid the meat counter. I dont know if I love it but its new.I must say that do you usually if I want something specific I go to Albertsons because they tend to have more choices. Self checkouts pretty easy theres always someone there to help. The lines are never really that long. Good luck

Our local Albertsons has been a good source to shop for grocery items, but has been slipping with training staff well enough to proficiency and also I have and my partner have noticed they are having significantly less availability of products still post COVID supply chain issues…shelves are empty, certain products are not stocked and their produce/vegetable section is like a limited with no or poor quality greens, cucumbers, etc if available.

I love shopping here BEFORE school gets out lol. The customer service is great the cashiers are always so sweet and outgoing, thdy have the freshest veggies and fruit. I also like going to the Deli for some fresh ham and cheese. The Starbucks in there seems to always have a line so I skip it lolThey are always stocked up and employees are helpful when needed.the place gets pretty busy after 2pm, getting out of the parking lot can be a pain sometimes.

I had one of the most pleasant experiences to date at Albertsons. I needed to send a Western Union payment during the busy holiday season right before Thanksgiving Day. The place was packed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Vanessa who was the manager on duty. This lady is the definition of professionalism and courtesy. She was quite literally dealing with phone calls, managing her employees and store traffic, all the while being patient and friendly in helping me complete my transaction. This lady has leadership written all over her. I feel Albertsons is very fortunate to have such an employee. Thank you Vanessa for making a potentially difficult experience smooth and easy. This Albertsons carries a much greater variety of items than other Albertsons I have been to. I found items here that were unavailable in other various supermarkets.A pleasant surprise was the nice selection of products discounted at 50% off stacked in front of the self-checkout area. Great way to pick up multiple supplies with significant savings. What a happy 5-star shopping experience.

I gave this store one star only because it was nessosary. I bought meat via door dash that was spoiled and expired. I could blame this on the Dasher however why was that expired meat even in the case? I wouldnt be bad upset if it was just one package of meat but it was two including a very expensive roast.

Every employee and manager Ive met at this location has been noticeably kind and helpful. They all seem to enjoy working in the hospitality industry, therefore make grocery shopping much less like a taxing chore, and more like a fun, friendly visit that I enjoy every week on my way to pick up food and stuff.

This particular store has been in this same location for 28 years now. However, it has changed names 4 times in that same time period. Not sure what were the other 3 names prior...but I think that there are multiple issues going on here. First of all this is a really really old shopping center and Albertsons is now the one and only anchor. So unless you want your nails done or attend a Tea Kon Do class of get a few dog treats or drop off a package at the UPS Store...there is not much here for ancillary support... Usually in a very successful Shopping Center there are at least three really strong anchors and then dozens of supporting shops that allow you to do a one stop shopping... Then we have Albertsons itself...what can I say?? Well their fish selection is horrible!!..the fresh produce is anything but fresh most of it rots before I can eat it!! Then there is the pricing...average to really overpriced..!! The employees seem like they are on a break 8 hours a day..no wonder they practice starting to shut down the store as early as 7:30pm every day....no customers!! And now they operate as a Vons / Albertsons...??? WTF? Which one are you? This is terrible PR as those are two very different chain stores!! Convenience is the only reason why I shop here ...and for basics only!! If you want the Creme of the Crop head over to Bristol Farms or Sprouts or Whole Foods Market or Catalina Fresh Fish or other stores......nothing to brag about here @ Albertsons....!!

They have the nicest looking vegitables, prices are highest of all the major grocery stores, eisls are getting farther appart and shelves are looking a little bare. Looks like they need to let some employees go or switch them to part-time or they are going under. They need to think Pandemic and cut employees, cut a few lights, its to late to go solar and cut selfcheck-out Everytime I see people miss scanning and straight bag its to easy. What this Albertsons excels at is their customer service. Employees get the five stars. Their prices are outrageous and their products arent worth the prices.You can earn discounts through their appnot that simple. I am an out of work senior and dont want to use an app to save a few dollars. While the location is convenient, I would rather take public transportation to Food for Less or Wal-Mart.I only go to Albertsons just for few essentials, even though I purchase 10-12 items I can spend $60-$120.Come on a dozen eggs $5-$6.

Don’t go here if you’re planning on buying alcohol and look under the age of 40. I gave Tammy my state issued ID (bent from the dryer) and my military ID and she wouldn’t take either of them. She said my military ID isn’t valid to buy alcohol, because she didn’t read the ID to see what it was, and said she had never seen one before, in a tone suggesting that I was lying about what it was. She called over another employee Nathaniel (pretty sure he wasn’t a manager) to check it, and then refused to finish my transaction. Talk about poor customer service. If you’re a business that sells alcohol you should probably know what a government issued ID looks like.

This is the only grocery store in the area and it shows that there is no real competition. Prices are high and selection of produce, bakery items, or meat is weak. The yoghurt section often has products on the shelf that are part their best of date.Staff is friendly though and the Covid-19 measures are decent. The newer self checkout cash registers are a significant improvement over the old ones.

The people are really nice and seem happy working there. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!! Lunch meat was $2 more per pound than other nearby grocery stores. Apples were $1 more per pound. Coke Zero was $2 bucks more for a 10 pack. Produce in general was a lot more... So much so that I only bought bananas. Im not sure what makes it that much more than other stores but we wont be back.

They do not have enough coverage at registers to accommodate crowds for holiday weekend. 2 registers open. And i am sorry, but if we are unable to bring our bags from home, we should not have to pay for them in store. That is just not cool.

I just went to this Albertsons to purchase a money order the person working that counter proceeded to cough into their hands twice coughing up phlegm. I then told him I changed my mind because Im scared of contracting Covid. I then picked up an item to get cash back since I couldnt get the money order. The cashier didnt have enough change so he called the same person over who just minutes ago was coughing into their hands I told that person because of the coughing I would prefer to not take anything handed from them and said could you please call over the manager instead. The response was he already sanitised his hands and made NO attempt to call over the manager who was standing right there. This is the SECOND time I have witnessed this store completely ignoring the dangers of Covid. Last week when I was shopping in the evening a cashier was standing at her register with her mask down eating.she was the only checker working I had to use the self check out stand with a cart full of groceries. Which Im glad I did because as soon as another customer came she pulled up her mask never sanitised her hands and proceeded to touch the customers food. This Albertsons isnt taking this pandemic seriously its beyond troubling especially since its my neighborhood grocer

I (USED TO) love the Starbucks in this store, they are (USED TO BE) very nice. One bad thing, of course, is that their bathroom’s toilet paper is usually on the floor & I have to use their seat covers. Last Sunday the roll was actually on top of the TRASH CAN, so disgusting! I told a manager and they asked me not to tell corporate and she was having an employee put the roll back in the dispenser. I told her she should throw it away not put it back on. UghUPDATE on Starbucks: The new employees working in the Starbucks in Albertsons are NOT friendly. They look at us like we’re interrupting them and they usually won’t smile. When they do, it’s forced which makes me not even enjoy my drink and I get grumpy. Last Sunday I decided we would do our grocery shopping there, but skip the Starbucks since I can’t enjoy any drink in this kind of atmosphere. I think the manager should talk to them about proper customer service or replace them.

Albertsons is more expensive then the local discount stores, but I do find my deals. I will say though that I tried to use the curb side pick up where I had to use $30 in order to avoid the fees. To me when you have to pay a type of fee to sit in the parking lot on top of a bag fee is ridiculous. Thankfully I have a son old enough to drive to pick up my groceries. But the fact i have to have a certain amount when I only need one thing is ridiculous. Just my opinion ion as it doesnt allow me own opinions

The company does not offer store directories. The aisles are labeled!, so Ive been told. I searched for at least 20 minutes for a simple item commonly used in baking. I am stuck with shopping here as Ralphs has closed 2 nearby stores im the last 2-1/2 to 3 years.

Ok store, but the new digital coupons are outrageous. I spend a lot of time trying to get this app to work but it would never work for me. When I forgot my password I tried to reset it but I never got the reset password email. Had to spend twice the price without the coupon. Do yourself a favor and shop at Aldi or Walmart. I dont prefer to shop where I am insulted. I purchased some seafood I wasnt familiar with but tried it on the recommendation from clerk. It was Not good so I returned it along with the remainder of the Store brand of onion rings. I had my receipt and presented to the cashier. He called another person who was Demeaning and added Insult to Injury by having to go Look at the Camera footage from day before?? First off this is a Convience stop as the prices are Over inflated.
