This is the worst Albertsons I’ve been to in terms of quality of product and cleanliness… I avoid going to this Albertsons even though I live right behind it because the produce and product is always the worst. I prefer driving to the Albertsons on Newport then drive 1 minute to this one.. there were bugs all over the produce because most of the produce had mold all over it. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen moldy product here.

I stopped in to charge my car and get something for dinner. I am a Lyft driver, and my cap came off of my tooth. The lady behind the meat counter went out of her way to find me something that was soft and good for you. I really appreciated he going out of her way she found me a tuna salad that was perfect. Cold so it can help with and swelling and nutritional so my wife was happy. Thank you so much for being so supportive and understanding to guide me to a better choice.

I was trying to order some sandwiches from the deli. I went the day before to order but was unable to because the “girl” who makes the sandwiches was not there and the woman who was working seemed extremely confused, so ok I’ll come tomorrow and get the ready made…. It was the biggest hassle to get a stupid All American and tky sliders… even getting the store manager involved didn’t solve he problem. The thing is… no one cared!! I’m done shopping at Albertsons

Presented my ID to buy alcohol and the cashier almost denied me saying it doesnt look like me. Im 24 and have gone to more liquor stores than Albertsons stores. Will not be coming back.

Today I bought some strawberries from someone on the street, I placed them at the bottom of my baby’s stroller (clear to see them)And so I went to this store to buy some things I needed (didn’t found all of them) and after checking out, when I was heading the exit, the cashier approached to me and in front of other customers asked me if I could take back to the store the strawberries, like insinuating stealing, I responded I bought them in other place, he said he was told to stop me and ask me for that, and said he could see it was a brand they don’t even sell, he apologized but that was embarrassing for him, my husband and me.I don’t blame the cashier because he was doing what he was told, but the person who sent him to approach me, if they had any questions about what I had on my stroller they could’ve ask me themselves discretely, not send someone else to do their job on their own doubts.

Do not go here if you expect anything from the bakery. In the afternoon, there will be no fresh baked bread, and - as nearly as I can tell - they expect you to wait until well after 8 for your morning bagels or donuts - this despite a 30% price hike.

They have the 5 dollar packs of band-aids locked up and customer service is non-existant. Security guard thinks its funny. bad location and theres always some old lady walking around that smells like the bottom of a dumpster

Although at first I felt a little claustrophobic by the way the employees were always hovering over me, they probably assumed I was going to steal. Even tho they didnt notice this actual thief who no doubt in my mind was the actual thief passed between the employee and I grabbing expensive meats like it was priced at a penny. Anyways I always prefer going through self checkout because I hate getting faces when I pay with EBT and I at times scramble to get my cash or card out and dont like holding up the line nor receiving attitude from the cashiers. So this employee was absolutely amazing she advised me in downloading the Albertsons app and showed me how to clip deals and what rewards I would be getting. I had trouble with downloading the app and she was so amazing in helping me with it all and making sure I didnt miss out on the deal and payed less than expected. I always experience bad visits because of certain people assuming by the way I look that I am shoplifting or attempting to do so. I know its their job to follow certain protocols or whatever but not every Mexican who looks broke is a thief. My kids were with me and they even noticed how do you explain that to them. Well if it wasnt for that employee I would have never gone back . I will get her name next time I visit she deserves acknowledgement.

The roll butter and holiday ham are favorites of mine but besides those products, the store has a lot more products to offer. The lemon cheesecake ice cream is unbelievable also. Its clean, and theres also many wine varieties.

Its a nice size store with lots of variety. There easy to come up on. Alot of homeless hang out around the store but it is a safe place. I like going there right before they close and they always got friendly workers only a couple hot chicks

It was my first time in your Store, I have asked one of your employee named Laura ODonnell where a certain item was. She was extremely busy but, took time to show me exactly where it is. After I was done. She surprised me when she opened a Register to help ring me up. Employee like her is a great asset to your Organization. It is now my go to Store! This review isnt for the Albertsons itself, but the Starbucks within. Im not usually one to complain, not give a bad review but the experience I had today I feel just warranted it. Im not from the area, and was here on business. I stopped in this location to use the restroom and get my morning coffee.Granted, it was close to 6 a.m., just after the store opened, and I know not everyone is a morning. But when I walked up to the line, I was completely ignored. Which usually isnt a big deal, the barista was obviously getting stuff ready for the day and I was admittedly transfer money so I was looking down. But I was the only one in the area. And in my experience, if they are busy someone will say Ill be right with you or are you ready to order... Some type of acknowledgement.I received none of that, which I wasnt upset about it is what it is. What really got to me was the fact that when she was ready to take my order she begrudgingly walked up to the register, all the while eyeballing me like I stole her lunch money. Not a good morning not a may help you nothing, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I wasnt even sure shes ready to take my order. It was very awkward.I was annoyed, and finally let out a sarcastic Good morning, (which was ignored) completed my transaction and left.Im not sure exactly why I was treated that way. Not sure if she had a bad morning, or maybe was intimidated by the way I look. Granted, I dont look like I did when I was in military, but I didnt think I look like I was there to rob the place either. I walked in ready and willing to give a good tip, and maybe I still should have just kill him a kindness but I just didnt feel it was appropriate.Update: To top it off the coffee and food I ordered were bad.

The store is large and has lots of options. The bakery and deli have been great every time we go. The employees are all nice and welcoming. The down side is the price. Expect to pay a little more than usual.

Disappointed with the customer service over the phone. We called to place an order about 3 weeks ago and the lady was very kind. Today was a different story, we had a guy pick up. We were trying to order the same thing a 50pc of fried chicken and began to tell us that we had to come in and pay before ordering. We informed them that we have done it before where we order then come in at pick up and pay like we had done 3 weeks ago but he said no and began to argue with my husband.

I like this store, they usually have everything I need. The last few times I have been in this store the customer in front of me and behind me and myself have bagged our own groceries because things were moving slow and there was not a bagger. This is fine but if you are going to have people bag their own groceries you could at least not charge us for the bags.Makes no sense.

This is a clean, well stocked store (there were only two items they didnt have). The checker was fast and friendly. I no longer work near there, but I stop there when Im in the area & need to shop. Loved having the convenience of a friendly efficient pharmacy inside the store! The pharmacist remembers me & is always happy to see me after 5 years away!

Literally my favorite grocery store Ever! Everything is always clean and usually in stock. More importantly the staff is amazing! I wish I could mention everyone individually but I will stick to my top 3.Jean Marie may be the kindest and most considerate grocery store employee I have ever encountered! She goes the extra mile for all of her customers every time with a smile on her face.Letty is absolutely amazing! Great at her job, always helping associates and customers. I will wait in a longer line just to have a word with her.Taylor is the not only professional and efficient, he also always takes the to engage each and every customer.Shout out to Jose in the deli, Julie and Alex as well!On top of the associated I deal with the management seems very friendly in their interactions with their team.I not only shop for personal orders here but I also do instacart. I was APPALLED at how judgemental this Albertsons is. I went in this AM to shop. I had loss prevention followe around, literally from aisle to aisle even tho I was there with my EBT card!! I almost walked out simply on principal, but I didnt feel like driving anywhere else. This place is garbage, pick literally ANY OTHER STORE!!

I have two favorite Albertsons. This one and one in Lake Elsinore, CA. The selection is good. The staff is friendly. I like the wide aisles too! Big parking lot also! They are usually well stocked and Organized. check out is both self and Cashiers. They have a large flora department.They do have a GOOD selection of organic options. I feel they had more though… before the PanDemic. I wish they still carried the SoDelicious coconut creamer. The regular! Not! Just the sugar filled vanilla. Overall. Albertsons is my favorite conventional food store.

Ive never had an issue here, typically all employees are professional when I stop by. So I will give 2 stars. I honestly think Briana was simply having a bad day. I asked for 2 bags, and was ignored. She then began to ask everyone else if they needed a bag. Annoyed why, you may ask? You know when us customers use the self check out. Theyre known to say assistance on its way. I noticed the person scanning before me having the same issue. She was upset because she had to do her job,come key in a code. Didnt say hi,thank you,have a good day ( even though we had a wonderful day ☆). She did to everyone else around us.Try to be nice Briana, a smile comes a long way. Lets be kind to one another. Store is always clean and tidy. Items are easy to locate and usually well stocked. Employees are eager to help you, courteous and friendly. I like this location because the store is large in size and brightly lit and rarely crowded. You can bring your own reusable bags but you will need to fill them yourself.

I love this place. The staff is extremely friendly. The only thing I do not like is that their beer prices are high. Get your beer somewhere else.The reward system is garbage. You have to scan a product with the app to get the discount but it doesnt work. Even searching for a product doesnt work. That makes the discount prices posted useless and in its current form amounts to false advertising.Ill happily change this review if or when it gets fixed.

As usual, the store was impeccable, bright and well stocked with a huge array of products. I picked up fruits, milk, lunch meat and cereal. The lady at the check out was awesome and handle my special requests with ease. Great place to shop. A little on the high side but someone has to pay for such great accommodations. The conversation between cashier and bagging person was way too interesting to acknowledge customers.Update: Bought a pesto salad and when I opened it it had a thick dark hair in it. I wanted my money back and was told you cant get refunds on salad bar items. I said I wouldnt be returning it if it didnt have hair it in and was told they would do a one time courtesy...

This store is awesome as far as its features/services like the in-house. They also have a good number of self-service checkouts, but the two machines we used today needed assistance because of their bags detection. However the staff especially up front are not friendly or helpful, I had a poor experience at self check out, the gentleman in charge of the island was not friendly and ill mannered when I needed assistance. The only person who was pleasant was the young bagger I walked past on my way out of the store who said Thank You have a nice day. This city is paying hero pay you would think the sense of entitlement from the staff would come down a notch.

Very rude customer service.Standing in line at the customer service desk, patiently waiting until someone was available to address my needing a money order. Ive done this countless times and am accustomed to waiting for the lines at the checkstands to diminish before I receive assistance.Today, a cashier yells across from the checkstand, Cant you see its closed?! I calmly replied that the posted hours say, 11am to 7pm and it was only 5pm, and Im just waiting. She cuts me off and and says aggressively, Its closed!The cashier wouldnt let me explain that I was fine waiting however long until they werent busy. She then yells, Its because we dont have enough staff.So I wont be using Albertsons services after being yelled at for their error, in front of other customers, and no signage stating that they are short-staffed. All things I would totally be okay with had they addressed me like a human rather than yelling.To clarify, in the past, the service desk has always had a closed sign posted when I arrive, (within the hours posted they are supposed to be open), and theyll ask what I need, and if busy theyll communicate with me that theyll have someone assist me as soon as possible. I have never made a fuss or an incident about waiting. I have thanked them for assisting me and always been courteous, never raised my voice. I work in customer service so I know the proper etiquette and understand the issues they face.

While they do stock much of what I eat, they dont have certain items I have to shop for elsewhere. That said, the staff at this Albertsons are very helpful and kind when youre in need of their help. Even if they are busy restocking shelves, they dont become irritated when you request their assistance. When you unknowingly ask a clerk whos assisting another customer, they politely ask you to wait your turn. Those that work where they sell salads are prompt (too prompt, since they ask you what they can get for you way before you know what you want). The Sav-on Pharmacy staff are accommodating, kind and efficient. The cashiers are always nice, and patient, and theres always someone at the ready to bag your groceries.With the exception of not stocking some of my favorites, the service here is superb.

Surprisingly I give Albertsons a 5 star rating. I say surprisingly because I had no expectations of service or sales when I stopped in to grab a few items on my hurried way home that night.And I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing deals I randomly scored (are they always this cheap or what?!). Plus Id be lying if I even feigned a half-hearted complaint as far as customer service is concerned. Because, my friends, youll feel like that guest that so many supermarket chains call you, but this joint appears to mean business when it labels its customers as guests..Good place for an in-n-out grab-a-couple-things (and theyve got varieties of hair/facial/shaving/etc. products as well as whatever kind of kitchen/bathroom need you could possibly have, so trust...they wont disappoint you!

Restrooms are NEVER clean here and the employees could care less about what you tell them. I am Deaf and tried to call an employee, she looked straight at me and heard me say Excuse me and proceeded to walk away. I only come when my mom sends me. Much prefer Smart & Final because they are tidier, more sanitary and the employees actually act like they care.

I really like the bakery items, the low prices, the brands and staff, except for the rotisserie and baked chicken that is usually looking undercooked lately. The manager at the bakery doesnt seem to pay enough attention to cleaning the crumbs and the bins. I gave up trying to get her to care.

Albertsons has kicked up its game the last few years, I shop there for many items now, especially organic veggies and a wide variety of natural foods carried in the market. I like that there is a Starbucks in the store, gorgeous flowers, and its a pretty upbeat and homey place. Its fun to go to the grocery store these days.

Im only giving two stars for the lady in deli that took my order over the phone and the lady at speed checkout. They were exceptionally nice.Was ignored for quite a few minutes when I went to pick up my order. I gave the asian guy the name for the order and what it was and he kept saying that I was there for a diff order. He gave me a slip with a barcode... Didnt even tell me anything just gave it to me and walked away to continue working.So using my common sense went to pay for it. Came back to him ignoring me again.Was helped by another guy who just asked me where my receipt is.They need better customer service skills.It was my 1st time preordering and what started as a good experience.... I ended up disappointed with the lack of service by these 2 employees.

They are very nice people there the cashiers, she helped explain to me how to use the coupons and what the digital coupon was, and even put all my groceries in my card for me! Other stores dont do that I have discovered. I love their produce section beautiful colors the fruit is all fresh and and appetizing. And there is a very good assortment of fruits and vegetables. I also had contact with the bakery person and she was very very helpful in helping me select a bakery goods for my Fathers Day celebration. This is a nice Albertsons and it is clear they are doing what they can to provide customer service!

ALL the employees there are so rude. Yes we understand they are young and its not their dream job but its not ok to be arrogant and impolite. Honestly, when you get there, dont expect help or a nice cashier. And the person who put your things in the bag is sooooo rude. You say thank you and they dont even look at you. I would like to give them a tip but honestly, with that attitude I cant. Its the closest food market I have and I just move. Cant wait to change!!!!

Albertsons is always a good place to shop. I think God of all the big box grocery stores they are my favorite. The stores are usually well laid out, their prices are about the same as every other grocery store, the one thing I really do like about them is they have the pharmacy. Their prices are maybe a bit higher than say Stater Brothers and in the produce may be a bit higher than sprouts, but I still like shopping here.

Beautiful fall display as you walk into store. Large pumpkin patch within store, nicely decorated. Top marks on creativity & design. All departments are clean and organized. Cashier called for back-up when 3 customers were in line. The only thing I didnt care for was that they had Christmas cakes, cupcakes, cookies & decorations already being pushed on us when we are still in September.

Prices are way to high !! Like Huggies wet ones are 2.49 each at another store but at Albertsons there 3.99 each ! Its like that with just about everything. They have good specials but thats far but in-between. Yogurt was totally cleaned out no yoplait to speak of at all. We went to a different store where prices are fair not jacked up sky high.

Have shopped at least three times a week here for probably thirty years. I appreciate the cleanliness, the well stocked aisles, friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. Will not be back until the air-conditioning is fixed. I walk out after an hour dripping with sweat. For the employees it spending a whole day there, it must be hell. At LEAST get the cashiers some fans!!

Chris (who works at night) was one of the most genuine human beings I’ve come across. Not only was really personable with everyone with whom he interacted, he went out of his way to be kind to me and my fiancé (in a myriad of ways, too numerous to count). I don’t know if he still works there as it’s been about a year or so since we’ve been there, but I felt I should make it known just how much it meant to us (how kind he was). Thanks Chris! P.S. I have to work on Thanksgiving. No choice about that. I want to make a chicken dish I created. Boil up chicken breasts, chop up brown, green & white onions. Mushrooms & artichokes. Saute them all in butter. Cover in Mornay Sauce. Serve over egg noodles. I was disappointed there was no Cara Mia artichoke hearts. Very friendly staff including Chris & Rudy.

I was unfortunately very surprised with the lack of stock. And going in with a budget, and breaking it beyond normal. Prices have sky rocketed. Not Albertsons fault per say, but I needed some essential things. (The egg shelf was empty, but boxes of eggs sitting outside of fridge waiting to be stocked. No stocker around at all. This is easily the best grocery store within a 5 mile radius. Helpful and friendly employees and an incredible selection of products. BIG store! If you cant find it here then it may not exist. Contains a Starbucks. And, a special shout out for their Jalapeno Cheese bread. Unfortunately I am addicted. Have had to go cold turkey more than once. One time, I asked the bakers if they were out and they said yes but if I really wanted one they would make it and have it ready in about 3 hours or so. Naturally I went back to get it. Store is very clean and really seems to be very under whelmed with traffic. Easy to get in and generally easy to check out.

Service is terrible. They have a button you hit for service to the liquor cabinet because everything is locked up. You hit it and watch as every employee stares at you but no one comes. Then you get in line and as you get to the cashier you tell them you need alcohol that is locked up. You walk with them over there to get it, only to have to wait again because the person(s) behind you are being rung up. Its laughable.

We needed to feed 200 people with a budget of no more than $400. We got fried and baked chicken, 4ea 3lb tubs of potato and macaroni salad, 4 giant bags of romaine, a big bottle of dressing, 2 packages of cookies from the bakery, and beverages for $294. My husband called in the chicken order 2 days ahead and when we arrived a bit early the order was already nearly packaged. I asked about the ingredients for the baked chicken (we have a couple of gluten free families) and they provided the ingredients list to us. We were able to feed everyone (even teens who took multiple pcs of chicken) with 4 peices of chicken left over. You can always count on Albertsons for ANY basic need that you may have. Like other stores Albertsons offers its own line of product which is comparably priced to other markets.Albertsons offer a wide selection of products, some cheaper than Stater Bros, my current go to store. If you watch what you buy you can stretch your money at Albertsons.The store has dropped its member program and instead you earn points. To join you need to go online and sign up. With weekly specials and other deals I may become a regular customer.
