The sushi is made in house, which I like. I decided to grab one of the Cucumber Rolls at Albertsons.Cucumber, Spicy Tuna, Imitation crab and avocado 🥑🥒The Miso Dipping Sauce is super yummy! When dipping the cucumber roll in the sauce, some imitation crab does spill out. I would have like for the cucumber to be crunchier. Maybe if eaten after it was made 🤔Cucumbers are made up of about 96% water 💦 🥒But, it’s a great low carb meal!

Just left this store. 9:00 in the morning, and there were no cashiers. Everyone was forced to do self checkout. I will NEVER go to this store again. There are better, cheaper grocery stores in the area if you dont mind driving another half a mile.

Inventory is inconsistent and you need to check expiration dates before you buy perishables. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is the only reason I gave three stars. The proximity to other awesome and niche food stores is a plus but I wish they would step it up or have another grocery chain move there in place of this store.

I stopped by this store to make a quick purchase. There was only one register open with a few people in line but when it came to my turn Beth was so personable and pleasant it truly made my night. I felt like she really cared. We need more Beth’s in this world. As soon as I left I called the store and spoke to the manager to let him know how great I felt. He was very receptive with my feedback. Thank u guys! Great job.

I stopped at Albertsons for a few things for dinner and it was quick and easy. The employees are always friendly and helpful and the store is clean and well laid out. I used one of the self-check registers and was on my way in a short amount of time!

I get my prescriptions filled here. In addition I do my grocery shopping here I found the pharmacy, especially Laura to be particularly helpful The others are also helpful. The grocery store is aptly filled with food- never a problem. The prices are higher than other stores but the price of food going up everywhere. Never had a problem with cashiers either. All seemed nice. I would recommend the pharmacy ( Save-on) and the grocery store.

Come here if you want your rear orifice to hurt. Most expensive grocery store around with the worst selection. Only frozen chicken wings? What country is this? You have to download an app so they can steal your data to get the discounts… wow. I saw an 6 pack of Guinness for 18$ 😂. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else even though this is the closest store to my house.

Omfg they worst place to ever work. Plus the worse place to buy food from the deli. Manager there will str8 up take cold cut meat and cheese that has expired been thrown out, take it out of the trash and stick a new label on it. The 2 and only wonderful people in the deli are bev and Kathy. Those 2 are the absolute best employees ever. Everyone else is horrible. Everyone else do half asked jobs and dont know how to clean. They rely on everyone else to do their job. They all, except two mentioned above, are on a power trip. The store manager is an absolute joke, he doesnt know how to do his job. And instead of offering more hours to employees or hiring sufficient amount of workers, he will cut those costs so he can get his bonus every month. He will also discriminate against females who have same hairstyle as men. He lives in a world where women should look a certain way, lile were living in the 50s and women should look and act a certain way. And the managers will racial profile customers and assume anyone black is stealing. Cashiers are friendly. Produce workers are great.

First reason I like this place is because their Starbucks, in my opinion, is way better than any other because they work diligently to make your drink the best for you.Second, their product selection is very good.Third, almost if not all the employees have very good personalities if you take the time to know them.Fourth, there is a level of professionalism that shows itself to me.

Went to cash a lottery ticket in at the customer service desk. Stood there more than 10 minutes. I guess Albertsons no longer provides customer service. No acknowledgement I was there nothing but a bunch of checkers looking over every few minutes. Until today, this is where I would pay too much for my groceries, but I wont go back there ever now. There are plently of options, less expensive options.Reply to Albertsons Owner response below:I didnt receive any customer service at all and I wasnt disappointed in the prices you charge, everyone knows you are high, I was disappointed in the lack of custumer service you expect when you pay those high prices. I find your response demeaning and deflective of responsibility to good customer service and reflective of a company culture of who cares.

Self scan station is glitchy so I went to register.Staff was rude, cant even get a hello while checking out at the register. Staff too busy talking to each other to realize they missed items and then redid my whole transaction and didnt even apologize or say anything. Horrible customer service.

I always see the same cashiers which makes me think they treat them well since theyve been there so long. They always have nice conversations with me and everyone is pleasant. The meat counter is very courteous and always kind when I interrupt them for something from the case.

Expensive sums it up.Store is beautiful. They have everything, deli, sushi, bakery, starbucks, fresh fish counter & many pre prepped ready to take home & cook items such as planked fish, bacon wrapped asparagus & jalapeno poppers, etc. In produce, same options, pre prepped fruit, sliced & diced peppers, brussle sprouts & sauce, list goes on.Just be prepared to find higher prices on your everyday go tos...I was once an Albertsons employee, but on my salary & 10% off, I couldnt afford to shop there (except for 10 for 10s or sale items) so the bulk of my shopping was supplemented 1/2 mile down the street @ Stater Bros.I notice theyve seemed short handed the last few visits. For instance today (friday afternoon) there are only 2 employees working the deli & hot food area, so they were running around like chickens with no heads.. Of course my server appologised for the delay, not having fresh fried chicken & being out of the Reesers items on sale. Maybe they just cant find ppl to work.

Absolutely by far best grocery store in all of Brea, the deli ladies are seriously the best... went in around 6pm to grab their chicken tenders... the lady offered to make them fresh in 7min for me..she took the extra step to assure freshnes.. this meant something to me. The store is always clean and stocked.. check out time is fast..as soon as lines stick up.. u see all hands on deck..

I called few minutes back to check if they have chicken pot pie available at Deli ? They sell so fast so, I just wanted to make sure and the lady on the phone was super rude. She said “ no, not available “. I asked her if she could please tell me when they will be available ? With the same rude tone, she said no, no idea. I was shocked and surprised at her rudeness. I love to shop at Albertsons but this experience is the worst I ever had . She needs training in customer service !!!

I love my local Albertson market, I always go there for the hot deli food that is ready to go, I usually get the hot wings or the fresh fried chicken but it’s gotta be hot because that’s when they are the best, also because it’s never packed, there are always so many check out registers open. One last thing it’s open til 11pm daily even during this pandemic, peace and God Bless.

Overall its a great store. Originally I just went in to get my covid vaccine at the CVS that is inside. They give you a discount on groceries when you get the vaccine so I went ahead and got some stuff while I was there. I have a Walmart and a Ralphs that are closer to my house though so I dont go here very often.

BEWARE! Wine adds do not work! Supposedly the discount will be posted to your PayPal account in three to five days, never happened! Have my receipt and talked to Albertsons, they will NOT honor the discount. The lady at the deli counter was very bitter, and even seemed bothered when we walked up to ask for the chicken dinner deal. I was on the clock and in a hurry so I didnt check the bag very well after she handed it to me till I returned to work only to find that the Kings Hawaiian Bread had been opened, and the bread had been picked at. Out of the eight pieces, there were only three decent size pieces. you could mistake the other pieces for crumbs or stuff that fell of the three pieces. I wanted to go back but with 8 minutes left for lunch, I wasnt able to return and complain in person. The part that bothered me the most was that I saw her pause as she picked the bread, and decided to pack it anyway... I should have looked right at that moment. Kinda ruin the rest of the meal... Oh well lesson learned.

This store is huge!!!Large starbucks.Great selection of everything. I love the beer cave. HUGE HUGE selection of cold beers. Not just singles or 6 packs. Cases and 30 blocks stocked deep!!If you havent tried the Albertsons tortilla chips, ypu are missing out. They are the best around. The only better ones are hot out of the frier from some resturaunts.

Had to request two pages for unlocking liquor cabinet for Scotch before getting assistance. Then the manager was tied up doing a Western Union and an association had to go back to get the bottle from the back room without a box. After almost 20 min. getting just the bottle without a box was told she couldnt ring me up and to go through the express line with 6 people in it. On top of that the bottle was over $15 more than Costco. This was a last minute gift, but at this point I left the bottle at the register and left the store. I would rather give the business somewhere else. The grocery chains are dying a slow death and Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and even Costco are speeding their demise.

Albertsons is my backup choice for Organic groceries. Their Organic produce is very similar to Sprouts, but they have a star in their Organics brand. They are good quality at a reasonable price. I used to buy the Organics bag of red onions until they discontinued stocking them. The Organics canned foods, Organics frozen food, Organics corn chips are all high quality products without additives. Albertsons, Vons, Ralphs and Safeway seem to belong to the same grocery chain. Get your number in their Rewards program and get their Rewards discount.

Was looking for McIntosh apples on line. Called the store at kramer and imperial in brea. A person answered and put me on hold for 16 minutes. So I went to the store and did not find any McIntosh apples. I asked a cashier. She called a mgr. He went looking and found none. Mgr called another store. No luck. They offered me a rain check. Rain checks are only good if the store was getting more McIntosh apples again. They didnt know whether they would or not. Some help huh? Why put you goods on the Web if you dont have any?

Not too bad sometimes the deli closes early, and sometimes they run out of sandwiches, and I didnt get my Way with one of the night managers once, regarding plastic forks for the to go food, all he could offer me was a spork, a folded one at that, and I was purchasing a 7.00 tray of cut watermelon saying that the spork just wasnt going to do, couldnt he sacrafice a box of forks from the shelf for the customers, and he wouldnt, I wasnt happy, but I had to buy my own box of forks because of that tighta$$..
