I approached Teresa to help me find jarred oysters. She went above and beyond to find the product and gave driving instructions to the store that carried them. She spent time on her phone to call several stores for me. Outstanding individual and unique in todays world of business!!!!

Still have great deals. Sales are really good right now. Always have fresh meat and fish. Employees are awesome and are very helpful. Also, they now have pickup and delivery!! Dont need to wear masks!! Yes, prices are unfortunately have gone up! Keep checking out on sales!!

If you drive for Uber deliveries, do not take orders from this store it’s horrible the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with as a new Uber driver. Their staff was horrible and condescending and very rude. I would never ever go back there for any deliveries as an Uber delivery person.

Update- all it takes is one bad employee to ruin your opinion of a store.Yesterday morning, I ordered an 8 pc. mixed chicken and 1 lb. steak fries.As I watched the man pick out the pieces, it looked as if he was only choosing thighs and legs. I asked him if he included any breasts and wings.He looked me in my eye and said he was out of wings, so he gave me an extra leg.I was charged 10.99 for the 8 mixed pieces, which should have included 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 wings, and 2 drums.When I returned home and opened the bag, there were 4 legs and 3 thighs.I was livid that this store employee could look right into my eyes and LIE to my face without any regard for honesty and integrity.I immediately returned to the store and spoke to the manager, who offered to replace the chicken.I requested a full refund and informed her I wouldnt be returning.I have been shopping at this store for the last 4 years and have always enjoyed it. It is a shame that it took 1 bad employee to change my mind about this establishment.2023-I was there looking for Rainier cherries, but disappointed they didnt have them. The produce manager was very helpful and said next time I could call ahead and he would let me know if any had come in.

I want to commend the store manager Jacob for his outstanding customer service today. After returning home from shopping I realized the young man bagging my groceries did not put my whole cooked chicken in my cart. Frustraded I called the store to tell them what happened. I was not feeling well enough to go back to the store so Jacob offered to deliver my item to my home. That is what I call customer service! We need more employees like Jacob.

Went to the deli area and asked for the Mac and cheese... was completely cold! Ewwwww gross. Then asked for the bowtie pasta and again Albertsons you disappointed.. the pasta was hard like it hadnt even been cooked. Last but least the meatloaf was mediocre... nothing special. Get it together albertsons! I expected way better

One of the checkers didnt handle our items very carefully. We went through the effort of picking items and he shoved things down the end of the register towards us. This has happened multiple times.Thats like picking out a magazine with crisp edges and then the person ringing it up folds or scrunches up a corner.

Way over priced. Store is empty.t. I ask the clerk WHY NO SELF CHECKOUT and she takes the OPP to give me a sermon about giving people jobs plus too much stealing at self checkout.Is that why 90% of stores now have self- checkout including almost all Walmarts targets Ralphs etc ? I dont see them closing down due to stealing . And they create new kinds of jobs. Plus the self checkout doesnt give you attitude.Nobody likes attitude from a high school dropout 👎

I went in this morning to pick up some sale items I was having issues with the app. When I reach the counter I was helped by the most wonderful cashier her name is Gloria Gloria was so awesome! I will definitely return to the store she helped me out she was very courteous she was kind and she was very patient. I received the best customer service from Gloria. Went in to find out if they had any deals on Dr pepper or coke which they didnt unfortunately but did some shopping anyway. There was a sales rep for Frito lay I guess stocking the chip aisle had a small discussion with her, very nice lady I thought. One line was available so customer service helped out so I wasnt in line for very long all in all it wasnt a bad experice so I guess thats a good thing these days right? Lol

No pharmacy or bank. CVS next door. This is our go to grocery mainly due to location. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Parking is easy. The stores shelves always are stocked, always find what I need. Not a large Albertsons with the deluxe deli, but meets our needs. Always clean... recommend.

It had been at least 11 years since I had stepped foot inside an Albertsons grocery store. And if I ever stepping one again itll be out of pure necessity with no other option. The staff is always seemingly overworked and bitter. The meat is always overpriced, the seafood is always at its best on the verge of rotting. The produce was literally worse and freshness and quality than the discount stores like food 4 less and WinCo. I have nothing to say about this location other than I was disgusted by the quality of the merchandise, and the sour bitter attitudes of each and every employee I encountered. If I was able, I would have given it a -5.

Over all, this store looks run down. I used to go there all the time for my dog food. The brand is fresh pet. The cooler that It comes in has been broken for, no exaggeration, at least 2 months. At least 2 months! I went to the meat department to get some beef balona, and the to gentleman behind the counter were so busy talking, that I finally gave up and left. I know they saw me because I greeted them and one of them turned around to wash his hands to wait on me. But, there was no reason for that conversation to go on as long as it good. When I asked where the dog food was S specified what brand A young lady by the name of Britney directed me to where I could find it. Its now where the meats are for human consumption. I found in the past that there were not enough associates to check people out in a timely manner. I was pleased that I didnt have to wait. On a side note, Britney has helped me several times. She always grates me with a smile and goes out of her way to make sure that I find what Im looking for. She not only bags groceries but is a checker goes and gets carts Tama and makes my over all shopping experience better. Having said that, I would never go back if it werent for the fact that it is so close.

As far as Albertsons go, this one has it all. There is a large selection of fruits and vegetables. The meat department had a good selection, nice cuts. We were in there for 1 and a half hours. Aisles were wide so there was no banging carts. The only problem we had was at check out, there were only 2 registers open. After about a 5 minute wait, a gentlemen opened a register for us. Brought our own bags, so we save 80 cents there.

I needed ripe, peeled oranges like the way they do the tangerines. I went to produce asking for Nilly, who did that for me a few weeks ago, however, she was off today. I was speaking with Marketta. I told her I could wait until Saturday when Nilley returned, however, Marketta said she would do her best to do them for me today. She insisted. My husband & I continued to shop, and bless her heart, she found us in another isle and she had prepared the two orders I request ed perfectly and quickly. When I say bless her heart, I mean that, she has a very apparent uncomfortable walk, and when I asked about it she said she was having problems with her knees, but it was going to be taken care of. She obviously was very professional, sincerely wanted to help me out. Unfortunately I discarded the receipt, but if Albertsons would like to contact me.....please do.

This pace is a good grocery store, however, the clerks are slow, the lines are therefore long, and they are VERY slow to open another line. The so called express lines can take upwards of 15 minutes during peak hours, which just plain stinks. Ralphs across the street really never lets lines form, so most of us locals go there.

Stood at the meat counter for over 15 minutes with no service. Called the store from the meat counter and waited an additional 10 minutes before somebody finally arrived. What an absolute joke on the stores behalf.
