Always love this store. There plant selection is always displayed amazingly due to a few of the nice girls and ladies Ive spoken to and are also knowledgeable about them as well. There plants are purchased from a great super duper vendor because the orchids are beautiful in all colours shapes and sizes fairly priced for being sold in a Super market. Other places charged me double on orchids in the past no were close to as healthy and happy as these plants. Also a convenient pharmacy and never long waits at like cvs pharmacy. I will avoid having to get my scripts filled there.

Expired salmon :(I bought salmon, opened, it stinks!Checked the label on it, it said sell by AUG 9th 2023But on the back it said sell by Jun 18th 2023Today is July 11th 2023.It happened 3rd time. They dont have expiration date on salmon, either the date is wrong. I like this store but this is not appropriate, because somebody can get sick.Happens periodically.

Accessibility: accessible/disabled parking up front with ramps to get up to the sidewalk. Motion-activated doors to enter and motorized shopping carts available and charged!Experience: this grocery store feels much larger than other grocery stores in Escondido. The isles are pretty wide, well lit inside, the lines for check out have red squares on the floor to encourage social distancing, and they have a lot of everything you need. I needed tampons and I was happy to see they actually sell Cora Cups! I bought one of those instead of tampons.

Its a nice clean place. Also has a Starbucks which is nice. And self checkout. Still a really nice clean place staff are very helpful and informative. Self checkout and star bucks got to love it and they have a pretty nice pharmacy inside as well.

Made a vaccine appointment a few days ago. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that pharmacist let his CPR certification lapse and wasnt able to administer any vaccine. Sloppy of him to let it lapse, but even worse that he didnt notify customers about it and tell them not to come in. My phone number and email were required by the system when making the appointment. One more reason to avoid Albertsons pharmacy.

Comically overpriced but you probably already know that. Train your male staff to please be more mindful about not crowding customers personal space as they are passing through the aisles.UPDATE February 2024: Still overpriced but my husband likes going here because they carry certain items.. Whats more, the expiration dates I saw on several items were either past due or up less than a week.. So inventory management is a mess with this team. Get it together, Albertsons! Its like Whole Foods prices with Dollar Tree vibes, except that is actually really unfair to Dollar Tree.. dont know how else to compare it. Also I am not sure what it is with this store, but there tend to be creepers who like shopping here, and people both men and women who have trouble respecting the personal space and common sense courtesy towards others. Just weird vibes that I dont get in other stores.. probably explains why the need for the security equipment outside. Not necessarily the fault of the store management, but at these prices there are better options in the area.

This is my go to place for roses or plants, love picking some up and getting some additional stuff like balloons if I am putting together a gift for a loved one or family member, they have gift cards as well. The balloons don’t last as long but the flowers and roses are wonderful, they also have great pastries for when we have our church get togethers.

I usually go to Albertsons and Ralphs and typically fo Ralphs more than Albertsons in Oceanside. I was in Escondido today and like the set up of this Albertsons better over the Ralphs down the street. This Albertsons seems cleaner and not so tight with spacing. My only suggestion for improvement is higher registers at self checkout for us taller people.

I come to this albertsons alot and this is not my first time complaining about this my first reveiw was on yelp. With that being said...these guys meat department is unsanitary!!! It is a health hazard! This is just what we can see from the front...who could only imagine what lies behind the scenes. So im boycotting albertsons and going to ralphs! Oh did i mention i called the district manager already about this the first time but that didnt seem to help.

Stopped by on my home to grab a view items. Picked up some broccoli and salmon. The store is clean, the produce department always looks great, and the store is well stocked. Navigating through the store was easy, and checkout was quick. I used the shelf checkout counter, but they did have 3 registers open each with 1-2 customers in line.

Today was my first time ever going to this store, I was looking for hot glue sticks but couldn’t find any. I thought maybe I have missed it so I asked the cashier if they had any. On my way to the cashiers, I felt the eyes of the security guard on me and straight away felt uncomfortable. However I understood it is his job. So I pretended like I didnt care, and after discovering they don’t have the glue sticks I started heading to the exit. What I wasn’t expecting was that same guard stopping me and demanding to check what was in my bag. I had a ross bag with me and my school backpack. I was confused but showed him what was inside my Ross bag and the receipt. Just as I thought I was done he wanted to check my backpack. When I asked why he kept saying “the cameras.” Other customers were walking in and out of the store and he did not care to check them. On my way home I couldn’t stop thinking of it and felt like he was targeting me. It could’ve been many reasons as to why, possibly because I am a teenager. I went home and told my mother about it, she wanted the name of the store (this one) and a description of the guard. She wanted to report the person for harassment and went on about my rights. I do hope others do not have the same experience as I did. The cashiers were really helpful and nice. The guards are another story.

The store is an easy grab and go. Everything is well organized and lines are pretty fast even when busy. They also have great customer service if you have any questions staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

The staff here are great. Wish there were an extra employee or 2 around to answer questions about the location of products, though. Yall need a floater whose job is to walk through the store with a clearly marked Albertsons uniform/shirt and just be visible for customers to ask questions of. Because rn, the only staff in the aisles EVER are stockers and vendors who dont ever know where anything is, or if its sold there, besides the product theyre stocking. Walking to the front to wait for a cashier to be available to ask is an unneccessary inconvenience. The extra staff could be used to cover the self checkout during staff breaks and the guest services desk as well because it takes FOREVER to get help in those areas. You just need one floater per shift. This isnt the current staffs fault, they do their best. You just need a couple more employees on the floor. Im in there every day, so this comment is not random.

Good store, meat department and deli with a pretty nice bakery. I understand that handicap parking is necessary but between the handicap parking and customer pickup space there is no parking and the distance to the store is horrible. I only shop there when necessary

Everyone at this store is so nice. They dont get upset if you ask for a rain check. Even in the dairy section the guy was nice enough to go in the back cooler and search for quite a while trying to find our Orange cinnamon rolls for Christmas, They didnt have any but I actually could see him looking the whole time, not just faking it. True customer service is so rare to find, I really appreciated it.

I would rate 5 stars but they couldnt get me a wheel chair unlocked, saying they just got them in... Yet Im 6 months pregnant and having Braxton Hicks contractions so thats part of the reason I asked for a wheel chair and couldnt get nobody to give me one so i just went ahead got a regular cart even though I just needed to grab a few items. Its upsetting they cant do their job properly... So disappointed in this store

I was surprised at how large the story is. Its clean, well-stocked and the people working there are very friendly and they assisted me in finding my items. It was my first time there, but it will definitely not be the last. They have a pharmacy there, it is also large and clean. Their Seafood and Meat counter was fresh and clean.

They open at 6am and you dont have to be 60 to shop. So thats really awesome.They have a super amazing walk in beer cooler, you have to check it out.You cant get beer through the self check out isle, so dont even try.Always super clean and the staff is chill.

The store is easy to shop in and clean but there are some things youre going to have to ask because they dont have the whole things giving display out which the stores that Im accustomed to going to house a whole Thanksgiving display where you can get everything one-stop-shop for the most part it was a good experience. They can get five stars when I dont have to ask where something is.they should be able to tell based on how much money I spent how enjoyable my experience was.

Typical supermarket. The produce sucks (underripe and lacking flavor). The meat department is pretty mediocre, not much variety, seafood smells old. The bakery department isnt bad, breads and cookies baked fresh daily. The floral department is pretty good, although Ive seen better at other Vons / Albertsons stores.

I saw lots customers not wearing mask there. I did not feel safe. And the store dont look like its enforcing it despite the mandate. Also I saw lots empty shelves there I could not find what I was looking for. On top of that the employees were very rude. I dont recommend this location. I prefer to shop at Vons or Ralphs. Customer service are much better at Vons or Ralphs no doubt!

They do best they can. Do NOT stop customers inside if not wearing a mask properly. Do not clean carts very well. I bring my own spray. Do nit clean conveyer belts. Signs for entrance exit,but rarely anyone there to enforce the rules. Shop for a few items at a time.

Everyone was extremely helpful today! I couldnt figure out my app and I got help. I left my wallet at home and I asked if they could hold my cart until I came back and they even took it in a fridge. I dont think Ive ever been to an Albertson that wasnt well stocked and clean. Therefore Im not gonna complain about the prices. They are a bit expensive for the produce but all other items are well priced. And if you are a member, you also get points towards a lower gas price.

I ordered a prime rib dinner for Thanksgiving for my family. Jamie and the staff at the valley parkway location was amazing and my dinner was ready 2 hours prior than the time indicated online. They were professional, polite and very good. I would highly recommend this option for the working mother/wife. Great Job ladies!!!!

I grew up in this area and moved away a few years ago. Came back to visit family and stopped in here around 8:30 last night to get some cereal and almond milk for my daughter, per her request.As soon as me, my husband, my brother and his wife walked into the store we noticed a security guard leaning up against a counter at the front of the store. Ironically, I was initially happy to see him because the parking lot was so dark. Imagine my surprise, when he spotted us walking in and immediately stood up from his post to follow right behind us as we looked for the cereal aisle.I wish I could say I was surprised, but growing up in this area, I know how bad the racial profiling can be...and this is coming from someone who moved to the south.As soon as we went to leave he went back to doing nothing, as we was before we walked in. My husband and I make six figures, we have no reason to steal anything from anyone, but at the end of the day, this doesn’t change the fact that our skin is brown, and there are a lot of ignorant and bigoted people who have prejudices about what that means.I’ve obviously shared this very disappointingly negative experience with my family and friends in the area and they’ve decided they will no longer patronize this location (or any other Albertson’s if they can help it). If you’re a black or brown person living in the area, I would recommend not spending your money at a place that allows this sort of atrocious behavior to go unchecked by their employees...it honestly wouldn’t surprise me if this is encouraged. I will also be contacting corporate regarding my experience.

My wife and I were having a very sad and somber day in mourning for the passing of our granddaughter when the 3 young ladies in the flower shop made our day. My wife and I were so touched by the heartwarming and genuine friendliness towards us by these 3 angels working today that we wanted to make sure everyone knew that these are not just employees, these are angels working through their own struggles during the COVID-19 and still bringing joy to fellow humans. Albertsons staff are friendly the pharmacy is my favorite in San Diego in terms of politeness professionalism. Peter runs the pharmacy and hes a true gentleman gentleman from South Africa. Very does have a lot of homeless. And the entrance to the store is pretty dark. Although the parking lot has become brighter with new lights

Albertsons is my go to grocery store. The staff is super helpful & very friendly. The store is clean and orderly (unlike other places like Walmart). If they dont have something that you like you can request that they order it. The main reason I go there instead of the other grocery stores around me is the staff. Ive never had a bad experience with any of them. They truly are a nice group of people.

Don’t get me wrong I love Albertsons. It has the best deals and the staff here has always been great. But this remodel that is going on is starting to really upset me. I use to be able to walk in go exactly where I needed to and get out in a timely matter. Now I hate going to the store because I have to walk up and down every isle to find 1 thing. It’s super inconvenient and frustrating.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE.....I am not sure but what I just experienced was like something out of the twighligt zone. I came in to customer service for 3 separate issues.. being over charged, a return with my receipt and to bring back the worst tangerines I have ever bought. The return with the receipt Im told I have to go back to that exact store many miles away so I probably lost that money, the tangerines because I didnt have that receipt they refused to exchange them after the manager just sat there and started at them for 10 minutes with the most confused look on his face by that time me being overcharged wasnt even a topic. Who hires these people. I will not return to an Albertsons ever.

I remember Albertsons as my grandmothers favorite supermarket in Logan, Utah. They always had competitive prices, a wide selection, and a free cookie for children. While I cannot speak to the free cookie these days, this particular Albertsons location would make Grandma Alice proud.

*Location with Best Deals*A little hectic because of the remodel right now but its always a great experience shopping here. This location has more DEALS than the other locations in or around Escondido. Im done with Walmart I will support other stores but not Walmart this is my local Albertsons store everybody is super nice and they always have usually on sale very cheap books as you check out which I always tend to pilfer through because I love books. at Walmart last month a man decided to tell me I had more than 20 items and he told me I needed to get out of the line well I only had 18 and lets just say Im done with Walmart even his manager was absolutely ridiculous and did not even address the fact that he accused me of having more than 20 items. I doubt Walmart will even know that I will never go there ever again but its not worth the stress in my life to be treated like that.

Clean store, attentive staff from the front end (Christine) to mgmt. Proactive on assuring that the riff raff without masks can put one on or shop somewhere else. I will also continue to report those that think I want to jeopardize my life by walking by someone who is part of the problem (unmasked). I can’t Believe that Albertson’s on E.
