Very clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate.The staff is also helpful and friendly.I especially enjoy shopping at the butcher counter.The one downside is that sometimes the stock information on the app isn’t updated and sometimes clipped coupons don’t work at checkout. So you have to be cognizant of that when checking out.

The main manager/bald/scrawny looking White guy and Hispanic male, maybe second in charge dark/facial hair/heavy set guy are very rude. They can see you walking around and looking for something and not ask if you need help. You walk into the store and both can be standing there doing nothing and they look straight at you with a straight miserable look and not greet anyone. Then they wonder why some customers can act rude at times. Humility goes a long way and these two people definitely lack it. They both act like the world revolves around them and they own the store. How do they expect for the rest of the employees to act with courtesy or kind with customers, when they’re the ones who should set a better example. The sad thing is that these two represent the store and act like animals without manners.

The digital coupon game is frustrating and should be eliminated. There are several different methods required to clip them and I am always missing something no matter how long I spend going through the app and scamming various products. I feel this is to intentionally trick customers into unknowingly paying full price on items. I would rather just pay retail price at a competing store because at least I know what I will be paying at the counter.

Its always clean in here and lots of great deals. My toddler loves using the pink car shopping cart. Use the app for coupons and reward offers. They have a self check out available and huge floral display. You can buy movies here too. Usually 3 bucks cheaper than other places.

Always great service from the deli counter no matter the time or whos manning the counter.Kyle at the meat counter? He handled himself like a pro. Hes a jack of all trades. It was great to see Keri at the register with her great big welcome smile.Dolly one of the managers is so nice. I love when shes just walking around the store singing as shes working. Ivana at Albertsons Starbucks, made my drinks today. Shes the best. What a great positive person she is. Working by herself helping other customers like a pro.

They have a good seafood selection and I love the vinegar and salt hot wings at the deli. The picture is of a Hydrotel. It has nothing to do with this post but I used to operate this machine 34 years ago. It was fun to see it on the freway. Anyway, I like this Albertsons, it is always clean and well stocked. I dont think we should have to pay for toilet paper though.

Recent updates to the store have improved the pay out greatly. Sadly we still have the issue of half of my grocery list being out of stock. Not sure if this is common everywhere, but it is frustrating trying to find the basics. Staff is great and the store is well kept.

Fabulous Grocery Store!! We just did curbside pickup for the first time. It was so easy to order online and we simply pulled up at the given time and everything was loaded into our vehicle. We tried giving the worker a tip but he said they are not allowed to accept. Such an easy, quick and convenient service and totally free!! I have always liked this store because of their fresh food options (even fresh sushi rolls!!) and now I like them even more. Definitely a higher standard of service! Good job!

Weve been to this location a few times now and have seen great prices on most items compared to other grocery stores. the only downside that ive noticed is most of the fruit is already browning or must be consumed soon. the bananas are almost never green which has stuck out to me. the store itself is clean and the staff is always nice to everyone.

Placed an order for delivery. It never showed. Called the store and it’s still sitting there with my name on it. Nothing they can do to get it delivered to me today. I wasted more than an hour or my time dealing with this today and the reason I ordered delivery was because I had no time to spare. They’ve taken money from my checking account yet I have nothing I paid for. Never shop here, they rip you off.Update, I am on the phone with who ever is in charge at the store and they said no one would would reply to me on Google.

I enjoy shopping here. I drive 24 miles round trip just to shop here. There are very nice and helpful employees. They have a nice produce and meat department. The bakery always smells good. The bakery is also gracious to always slice my French bread. It is well lit and clean. There isnt a lot of clutter (other items on display) blocking the aisles. I can also do my banking inside the store and of course my Starbucks is also a plus.

Great produce and seafood selection. Bakery has beautiful cakes decorated and ready to go. I bought a cake for a party and it was delicious. Store is clean and has bright lighting. Nice wine and beer selection. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This is always my grocery of choice.

Store is usually clean and well stocked. What I wish Albertsons in general (not specifically this store location) would do better is make their app and their Just for You items more user friendly. 9 times out of 10 something doesnt ring up right and they have to end up adjusting my bill.I caution anyone who uses the discounts in the app to double check their transaction before paying. No one wants to overpay if you dont have to. 🤓Happy shopping!

I enjoy shopping at Albertsons grocery stores because their produce and deli sections are full of fresh fruits and vegetables. The variety is excellent. I especially like that I am able to gain rewards towards gas so I can save at the pump. Every little bit helps. The store clerks and staff are especially nice and courteous.

Im very sorry I didnt catch the womans name because she was so kind to me. I should have asked. She had black short cut hair with white as the first top layer. She was kind, patient, and easy going with me when I did not know what exactly what I wanted behind the tobacco counter . I had earlier been at the extra mile in the same area with the woman Ruby who is always super rude for no reason. This time, I smiled at Ruby and left to instead make my purchases at Albertsons. Im glad I did. This woman ( with short black hair and a white top layer) was kind to me, made me laugh, and was patient with me. Ill just spend more time getting what I want from Albertsons. No ammount of convienence off sets being rude. So just shop at Albertsons.

I was at Albertsons yesterday( June 15th 2022) and bought cheese. To come home and find out it expired April 5, 2022. My kids even took bites of it and of course it tasted off and gross. So I checked the date (which I always usually do..but like the first day I bring home cheese. Cmon!!) Come to find out its been expired for MONTHS. When I go to return it. I barley even get a sorry. We could of gotten seriously sick from this and all I get is a barley sorry. Yes I got refunded. But that is not how I would of handled this situation. Dead face no sympathy. Definitely unsatisfied and still very upset about this. Will no longer be shopping here.

This is my regular supermarket. Prices are high buy I really only buy things on sale. I only buy cereal on sale. Same goes for soda. Ditto ice cream. I love their Fab 5 deals! I also go to the Savon pharmacy inside. Store is clean and bright. Has 4 self check stations.

Always been my store of choice, but would LOVE if they increased fresh sushi prep. Just went for the 4th time in the last week hoping for a cucumber roll and each time, after 6, there is nothing but potstickers and seaweed salad. Im sure I cant be the only one that picks up dinner after 6 and feel pretty confident if more sushi was made it would get purchased.

My experience was not great. Self check out is a huge problem at that store. They do not have an employee assigned to self check out. So, if there is a problem, which there always is, there is no one to help you. One of the checkers has to stop helping their customer in the check out line and come over to help you. That takes forever and isnt fair to the checker or the customer. Albertsons management needs to get it together and have a checker assigned to self check out, just like Ralphs does. Ralphs is doing it right!

First off my wife and I ordered the chicken dinner meal from the deli area and it must have been sitting for hours until it became so dry it wasn’t edible, plus gave us grilled breasts that were all bones. I brushed it off but then we opened a box of Mochi Ice creams to try with our kids and they were completely warped. Super unhappy with my visit and waste of my hard earned money.

Watch the expiration date on all the lunch meat and Bacon. Ive bought a few items over the last few month that have been close or expired. Ive bought this to the attention of one of the managers a few weeks ago. Well this week I found pork out of date in the meat case and lunch meat that was expired. Wife bought blueberry and they had mold on them. With food costs going up so high and shortages happening its only going to get worse

I went to Albertsons to visit their deli.Wow, what a class - act they are. I ended up buying a lot more there than I expected I would because everything in the deli looks so fresh and tasty. I got it all home, and you can bet I put on a pound or two. Albertsons Deli is Class A all the way.

Very bad customer service. I asked the staff for help because they didnt have Chayote on their list of produce nor did they have an item code on their label. After they used the intercom to call for help at the front, no one showed up for almost 10 minutes. I had to interrupt one of the busy cashiers to clear up my issue. Slow and unorganized. What a fantastic store, it has everything. Greatest Bakery ever and on the weekends they have an outdoor BBQ going with Tri Tip, Ribs, Jalapeño poppers, Chicken, just outstanding. I have found pricing to be higher than other stores but the quality is very good. Overall rating is Superior.

Best shrimp ceviche!!! I have been to this store a couple times over the past few weeks and none of my favorite shrimp ceviche was available. I finally asked why the last time and I was told the store stopped making this dish a while back. I asked when it might be back and he didnt know. The next morning I decided to call around to find my favorite shrimp ceviche. I started with this store in hopes they may make it for Memorial Day weekend. Blake answered the phone in the meat department and he told me there was no shrimp ceviche. But he remembered me from the day before and he said he would make some for me! Blake went above and beyond to help a customer. Great Service! Thanks Blake!!! I appreciate you and your willingness to go out of your way for me.

This is a more posh location on the south side of Corona featuring all the usual selections of groceries & a Starbucks for those who like their mudd. Outside of that, the employees are friendly and generally helpful when you need them, the store is clean and uncluttered and the prices are right on par for the Albertsons brand being generally lower than equivalent markets in the area.
