Wayne was very helpful and gave me a quick diagnosis.I called him up prior and he said to just come down and he will tell me what’s going on. I had accidentally deleted my drive during an installation and needed a diag if there was anything to save. Other places told me to send it it and asked for over 200 just for evaluation. Wayne hooked it up after I arrived and gave me a quick and free of charge diagnosis within 15 min.I’ll be coming here for any data recovery or evaluations from now on!

These guys are the TRUTH! I had a laptop that was severely water damaged & the motherboard had a bit locker key that I did not know and could not retrieve. I contacted several local repair shops including Best Buys Geek Squad and no one could help me. Wayne and his team were my last hope and they did not disappoint! They recovered every detail of my laptop! Thank you guys soooo much! Im bringing in all of my old cell phones next! 🫶🏾

I had a very old thumb drive with a lot of important info on it, but most important to me was old pictures and voicemails from my grandma who now passed away 6 years ago. All of my information was recovered, it nearly brought me to tears. endless thank you’s for recovering my data. Prices were very reasonable too and communication was excellent. Wayne and his team saved me hours, days and possibly weeks of time trying to re-do what I lost on my MacBook Pro due to water damage. They were easy to communicate with and they were very responsive. The turn around was so quick--it allowed me to get back to my work right away. When you are facing the loss of important data and need it back, this is the place to go! I got the dreaded “Formatting Error” message on my USB flash drive and needed data recovery help to get back my important files. Initially I went to Best Buy but they didn’t seem encouraging bc “files on a flash drive are hard to recover since the components are so small”. So I was in search for a reputable data company and decided to go with Alandata bc of its stellar Yelp reviews and I’m SO glad I went with them. Wayne was very nice and knowledgeable which set my mind at ease. Literally the NEXT day he contacted me with the good news that they were able to retrieve 85% of my data without having to do a more complicated data recovery which saved a lot of money. Had a great experience with Alandata Data Recovery. What a great bunch of guys. Was distraught over losing data and photos on a photo microchip and also on computer disk. Had tried several other companies with no luck. Found Wayne ADR through a referral and he was able to recover in a day. He was fair on pricing and was friendly and professional about his task for me. I dropped off four drive from a RAID server on a Thursday. Wayne called me on Friday to let me know that he probably could recover the data. On Saturday, I received an email telling me that good data was being copied to an external drive. Sunday, I received a call telling me to come pick up the recovered data. I could ask for better service than that. I will definitely use them again.

My Western Digital external hard drive (My Book Essential Edition) crashed and died and was not being recognized by my laptop. I had tons of gigs of data on it (family pictures, business files, data, etc.) and needed the files ASAP and no way of opening the files. I did some research online and found Alandata Recovery services. I called on a Sunday afternoon and Wayne picked up right away. I told Wayne my situation and Wayne met me at his business even though it was the holidays. I gave Wayne my external hard drive and right away he did a diagnosis on it and told me what the problem was, what needed to be done to fix it, what he would do to fix it, how he would do it and how long it would take. I also asked for a tour of his facility and he obliged. Wayne showed me the Cleanroom, the tools, the machines and all the gadgetry he uses to recover data. Wayne was able to recover all of my files...I checked all of my folders and, as a matter of fact, all of the files were recovered 100% (every single last one of them). The turnaround was one day (even though it was the holidays)!I would totally recommend Wayne and Alandata Recovery services to anyone who is in need of getting their data recovered.Wayne is awesome!

I am so happy Alandata Data Recovery was able to help me! I was very discouraged when I contacted them explaining that back in 2015/2016 my mac disc was deleted and possibly re-written during a software update. When this occurred I took my laptop to Apples Genius bar and they had determined the disk was blank, i.e everything deleted. However I kept hope that one day I would be able to retrieve the data somehow. Alandata Data Recovery was confident they could help and sure enough they did! They recovered years of priceless pictures and files that I thought I would never see again. The price was very fair! I highly recommend their services!

Wayne and the AlanData Recovery team blows me away. -- I came to them with a 24TB 8x bay drive enclosed that was raid 50... which is gets kinda confusing how the data is distributed across the drives.Anyways, all that to say Alan and the team figured it out, and manage to recover all the data! 100% Recovery! Even despite the raid having 2x drive failures. Crazy! I definitely recommend them!

This service was extremely thorough! I had a failing mini dell computer and faulty MicroSD card that needed data pulled off of it. Wayne was able to help with both of my requests. MicroSD data recoveries are hard to find in the area and he was able to do it. Of course since the small MicroSD was complex it needed more time and was more expensive than a regular hard drive transfer, but I am sure they would be able to help if you had a specific budget. I would recommend you come to them for your needs in OC. I also called around in OC/LA and he was the most upfront and honest person. The place is a little hard to find with COVID going on, but Wayne has good directions to find the shared office.

I had a complete crash of my hard drive on my work PC and did not have a single file backed up, not even on the shared drive at work. I just thought it “could never happen to me.” I had almost two years of projects and every bit of intellectual property I own on that hard drive and to have lost the data would have been literally unthinkable. These guys got me back every single file and completely unharmed and yet the PC is a total loss. I’ve never been happier in my life. My external hardrive was experiencing some problems, so as expected I was afraid for both the information that I have saved throughout the years and the price. However, going to Alandata Data Recovery Inc. was the best decision. Not only was the owner able to relieve my nerves by finding out the root cause of my external hardrive problems, but he understood I was on a budget that he included a more effective external hardrive along with recovering my data. To preface this, I am an IT professional.I brought a client hard drive in to Alandata that had failed and could not be recovered through the tools and techniques I have. They had my data recovered onto an external USB hard drive and back to me in two days, good as new. They also showed me around their shop a bit and it was very impressive.If you need your data recovered remember, you only get one shot to get it back. After the hard drive is damaged beyond a certain point that is it. Make Alandata your one shot at recovery, they wont let you down!

We had a Dell server and with a RAID 5 and 2 drives failed. We sent it to Alandata and they were able to rebuild the failed drives and recover all of our data.They let us know what was going on at every step of the way. We were really in a panic because our backup job wasnt running and our corporate data was unprotected.Alandata saved us. They took great care of us and they really know what they are doing. Also, they were communicating with us while Dell was looking at the server and prevented Dell from reinitializing the RAID.

I cant say enough good things about Alandata. I had a server RAID fail, and my backups were corrupted. Wayne spent the better part of a weekend coaxing my RAID back to life enough to clone it, we then built a new RAID in my server & cloned it back in. Saved my bacon! Thank you Wayne!
