We needed the proceeds from the sale of our home to fund the standard of living in retirement weve worked hard to maintain throughout our adult lives. We entrusted Alan with thatresponsibility and he over-delivered! He not only got the top market price for our home, but his marketing, sales and negotiating skills produced a surplus we can now set aside in case either of us requires nursing care. To say that we are indebted to this man is a gross understatement. Thank you Alan, Eve, Chelsey and all of the contractors with whom he works who made our home look spectacular and sell for top dollar!

We’ve bought 2 houses with Alan and sold 2 as well. Alan has made miracles happen all along the way. Genuine miracles. We have had great homes that also turned out to be amazing investments. Along with great memories we’ve made a fair chunk of change as well. And here’s the kicker with Alan…the same hustle, dedication and commitment he was delivering at the front of his career he is still bringing 14 years later. he has only gotten better.

Alan is amazing! From start to finish Alan was all class and someone who genuinely cares for his clients. From the moment we made contact with Alan we felt very comfortable and in good hands. Alan was extremely responsive and attentive to our buyer needs. He went over and above to ensure we felt comfortable and happily answered ALL our questions along the way. Alan provided regular open, honest and transparent communication throughout and it became very clear that Alan has extensive experience in real estate, particularly in the Valley. Case and point was Alan’s relationship with the listing agent that helped get our offer accepted. Alan was great through the inspection process and helped negotiate a sizeable credit to help deal with items found during escrow. Alan was also able to keep the seller and all parties comfortable during unexpected delays, due to our lender. Working with Alan was a great experience. Hes extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and an amazing advocate. As a top-producer, he must be incredibly busy. However, he was so attentive, patient, and responsive that he made us feel like we were his only client.He helped us negotiate a below-asking price on our home purchase (unheard of in this market), and he was a great advisor. When it came time to sell our family’s long time home in Sherman Oaks, we chose to work with Alan Taylor because he was from the neighborhood, he sells many homes in the surrounding area and he also knows a lot of developers. What we liked about Alan is Alan is that he saw potential for both owner users and developers, he spent the time and money to market our home in a way that we could appreciate (as well as the neighbors) while putting us in position to sell for the most money. While we did not get the exact number we started with, his advice and strategy helped us make the right decision at the right time and we ultimately got the job done for $100,000 more if we had not listened to his advice. He’s a good guy too.

My wife and I hired Alan to help us with the sale of our home in Sherman Oaks. We knew right away that Alan was the right fit because of his experience selling ranch homes in Sherman Oaks, his family was from the area, he knew the name of the builder and was also all around a nice guy. Compass, the firm he works with also offers a service called Compass Concierge which we used to ready the house for sale. Alan’s team of people (interior designer, stager, handyman and painters) handled everything for us, we literally had to move our stuff out and that was it. We were thrilled with the transformation and the house wound up selling $100,000 more than we thought it would and while things came up during the escrow, Alan’s contact helped reduce the financial burden. I strongly recommend that you interview Alan and I would not hesitate to use him again.

I just closed last month on a house that Alan shepherded from a neglected home into a highly desired property that attracted many bids. He then helped evaluate the offers and guided me on the journey through escrow. And he did all of this with great skill and grace. One cant help to observe that he focuses on selling the house for the best price like a laser and finds no detail too small to monitor, despite being quite a busy guy. He has great people skills and is quite a bright guy. One thing I did not expect was the quality of people who work for him, with him and those he knows. Alan and those he works with put me in touch with highly skilled painters, handymen, floor installers, stagers and landscape artists. The fact that these workers were already screened and desired future jobs from Alan and his friends made the job of fixing up the house much easier on me. I highly recommend Alan.

At first, my wife and I were just interested in doing a couple small upgrades to our home and then putting it on the market to see what it was worth. Our first step was to find an agent who could help guide us a little. We chose Alan Taylor because not only was he one of the highest rated realtors we could find online but when we talked to him on the phone he was much warmer and more sincere than the other realtors we talked to. Alan was able to help us understand the potential worth of our home if we invested more in upgrades but he didn’t pressure us to do it at all. He made it clear that he would help us regardless of how we decided to proceed but we ended up taking his advice and it paid off big time! Our investment in upgrades eventually resulted in receiving back at least 3 times the amount we put in. It got to the point where we trusted Alan and his team with any decisions that had to be made. This took a lot of weight off of our shoulders. As the open house was approaching Alan connected us with the best stager, videographer and photographers to make out house look amazing. We couldn’t believe it was our house! It looked so good that we were flooded with offers after the first open house. 6 of those offers were well over our list price. Alan and his team helped guide us to the best buyer and we were able to close escrow without any problems at all.Selling our home was a very emotional process involving tons of planning and many difficult decisions but Alan and his team were able to make it enjoyable and rewarding not only financially but emotionally as well. They are simply the very best.

Alan acted as my Realtor for the second time during the purchase of my dream home and also helped me purchase an investment property not too long ago. With inventory really low and with my VERY specific desired neighborhood, I knew that my strike zone was very tight and some might say semi unrealistic. Thankfully for me, that did not deter Alan.So we took our time and explored all of our options. Alan made sure to educate me on all the ins and outs of my desired area(s) and his ability to steer me away from potential houses that I thought were perfect for me proved to be one of the most important pieces of advice I got during this process. Looking back now, none of the other houses we saw could hold a candle to the one we are living in now!Alan kept me upbeat when the process got frustrating and when the real perfect home finally presented itself to us, Alan jumped on all of the details to help me get my offer accepted, working with the lender and listing agent (which he knew personally) to help make sure my offer was structured just right.
