I would highly recommend Alan Desk and working with Vlad, he was great. I was having a lot of trouble getting comfortable in my office chair and after a review with an ergonomic specialist, it was determined that I needed a petite chair for a smaller person. Vlad was so helpful in fitting me with the right chair, he is very knowledgeable. My new chair is super comfortable and my body is much happier.

Working with Jim at Alan Desk was truly a stress-free experience. Received beautiful suggestions for our new lounge area, lobby, and mezzanine. It was great working together to select the best fabrics, colors, and materials for each piece.Jims organization and communication were a big help. Those are two things rarely seen together these days. Look forward to working with Jim at Alan Desk Business Interiors on future projects.The fabrics and materials use for the pieces selected look amazing and have received positive compliments from our staff at Highridge Costa.

Jim Meltzer is a rock star. We threw a fairly large wrench into the plans halfway through the project and he and his team were able to pivot and handle the changes with aplomb.Jim personally oversaw delivery and installation to our Phase I (which was extensive) and his delivery team and installers were also excellent.The photos are unfinished due to seating that is coming later but the finished project will be beautiful.

Working with Jim at Alan Desk to source our new office conference table and chairs has been a top line experience. When we sought out AlanDesk earlier this year, Jim worked closely with us to understand what we wanted, our price range, and the practicalities of our conference room. We were able to find an excellent table and chairs option that lightened up the room while maintaining a strong professional finish, and is both functional and comfortable. Jim is knowledgable, takes alot of interest in his projects including the design work, and was on point throughout the process responding to our questions, and advising on the order. I recommend AlanDesk - they are an independent firm that can provide you a variety of design options that you may well not be seeing if you are just going only to the large furniture vendors. Alan Desk provides great service from start to finish.

Incredible service and budget friendly! We hired Alan Desk to design a new and unique work space for 25 employees at our non-profit office. We worked with Jim Meltzer, who really took the time to understand our needs and present us with different options. He came to our office multiples times and really got a feel for what we needed. The end result exceeded all of my expectations. Absolutely gorgeous as well as functional! As someone who has never done anything like this before, Jim also made the process really fun and easy. Highly skilled professionals solved my desperate search for modern durable office furniture. They do smart layout planning, offer local manufacturers, lots of options and design advice for desks, cabinets, chairs, shelves, etc. Turn around time was also much faster than competitors.
