I really recommend kyle to everyone. My first loan officer with other lander totally messed up my mortgage and i almost lost my house which is my first time home buying experience. But luckilly i connected with kyle in the very last minute and He did wonders and get every thing fixed and funded within 10 days from start to funded. Jill is an excellent communicator. She let me know and the client know where the loan process was every step of the way. Prior to this going into contract, she educated the buyer about the process and how things would happen. Once we closed, she followed through and kept in touch with the buyer to congratulate her and to ask if there were any further needs or questions which is a wonderful thing because this was a very busy buyer. I have since referred more people to Jill because I think she does an excellent job and shes a nice person.

Kaelen Cavalli is by far one of the BEST mortgage lenders I have ever worked with. The entire transaction was so smooth mostly due to her high level of communication and support she provided to myself and my clients. I especially thought the weekly emails and video updates were very helpful, I have not had another lender provide a mortgage breakdown via video. Rachael Rubalcaba was God sent to us. Our loan officer Rachael was flexible with times if needed to speak or clarify. Between her and our realtor they were able to get us 2 types of assistance for 1st time homeowners. All our process to submit paperwork was electronic until the very end, when we had to wet sign our final contract to receive the deed. Rachael went as far as making sure we got the lowest rate possible all the way to the end. That meant everything to us. She even called my husband and I to congratulate us when it became official. Hadia is the best at what she does. She went above and beyond. Being a first time home buyer with her experience and knowledge it made the process very pleasant.
