I bought some tools that were in like-new condition, but a fraction of the price. Besides the great prices, what was even more surprising was the great customer service. It was at a level I havent come across anymore in many of my last years of shopping experience. The lady that helped me, her name is Miriam, was kind, unexpectedly knowledgeable about the tools I was looking for which helped me choose the best option for my project, she showed concern and care for all the customers in the store, and was patient with my indecisiveness. This is my favorite place to go when I need extra cash. I love their honesty and great service. When I pawn any of my jewelry, I always get it back in the same condition. I trust this place to take care of my goods as borrow cash from them. I also love shopping here for jewelry because I only pay a fraction of the amount compare to the jewelry stores. I say this because I have done just about everything from getting a loan, to selling items, to putting things on layaway. They will work with you and give you more opportunities than any other pawn shop I have been to. Aside from that they truly are fair with their prices and give you top dollar whether your selling or getting a loan on an item. I go here whenever I need emergency funds to pawn my marriage ring which is heartbreaking to think about it but the owner and his employees are so sweet and caring for their customers, the customers return to the shop. They sometimes lend out more money to me than the value of my item allowed. This is my one and only favorite pawn shop to go to get emergency funds. Also, they were so professional, making sure that the jewelry did not get any scratches, storing it in a mini envelope. I felt safe to pawn my ring only at this pawn shop like I came to my “papa” to borrow money. I would definitely recommend this pawn shop to anyone who needs emergency funds. I give two thumbs up.
