They recommended me here, my phone wouldnt turn on. Cindy helped me and my phone now works too. She recommended that I buy a new case and screen protector, Airtech Communications told you for any type of repair, thank you for the services.

WOW! I had a complex software transfer problem between an existing phone and a new phone that no other store would even deal with. Cindy and Yanni not only welcomed me to come in with the issue but researched the problem, found a technical workaround that solved it, and did it all in one day! Great people, great products, and really fair prices. This is now my go-to store for all things cellular. What a find!

Cindy was absolutely wonderful, helping me resolve all my issues with my replacement Samsung Z Fold phone. She helped without issues that my ISP wasnt able to resolve. Her customer service is going to make me a returning customer..

Apple told me my phone needed multiple new parts, for $400, to fix a non-reading logicboard, and that my unbacked up photos on the iphone were absolutely unrecoverable. I went to Airtech and Shadi, the manager, told me he would have a look and let me know if he is able to help me save my photos. Promptly, the next day Shadi had not only saved my photos but completely fixed my phone and for only $150. I am extremely thankful for their service and cannot recommend their business enough!

I have an ancient iPhone whose battery finally died. I called around and finally found the Canoga Park Store. Without a doubt I got 5 star service. Not only were they fast, they replaced my battery and charging cable at cost. They also cleaned my charging port for no cost. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. If you have an issue with an electronic device I highly recommend the Canoga Park Store. You will not be disappointed.

My phone was not getting signal and I was paid up. Tech support at my carrier said I needed a new SIM card, so I stopped in here. Within one minute of walking in, I was back online, no charge, no SIM card needed. They know what theyre doing here, and they are fast. I wish I had gotten the name of the tech.

Great experience, gentleman special ordered an older cell phone cover for me and followed up when it was running late. Called me when it arrived. This is what customer service should be! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
