I brought my phone in because I had cracked my screen. Kevin was beyond and above helpful. He was honest about the potential risks involved with opening up the phone. In less than an hour my phone was fixed and looked brand new. I give him 5 stars for sure. He’s a great person.

This place is great if you want to purchase stolen electronics. The owner is so kind that he refused to give a 4 year old girl back her tablet that was stolen by a homeless guy and tracked to the shop.

Great service from great people! Went in for an iPad repair and the price was reasonable and the turn around was fast! Definitely recommended for iPad and iPhone repair!

I just moved to Southern California and I was told to come to this place since I needed my phone screen fixed. I came there once and then by unfortunate luck I cracked my screen again 2 months later and came back. The service is amazing, great down to earth folks who run the shop, great estimates (Im telling you the quotes here for screen repair are much cheaper than other repair shops and as a college student this is such a great place). Not only that, but they work fast and efficiently. I was expecting to wait a couple of hours to maybe an entire day since in SF that was the average wait time at repair shops for screen repairs. They did my repair in 45 minutes!

Recently I went to this shop and bought a Ultra sim card to be used for 1 month. I paid extra to get the 6GB data.However, this sim card worked terribly unreliably. When I was out and about and tried to use the internet on my phone, I saw that my phone was offline even though the cellphone network is turned on, so I cant use any data.I also tried to phone my wife. Again, there was no dialing tone, so her phone didnt even ring. Then I would see my call hanging up without any sound.I dont see the point of paying for extra data on a sim card that didnt even work. When I raised my concerns with this shop, the shop assistant was unsympathetic and refused to give me any refund, even though he saw that that amount of data I used was far below how much I paid for.

The guys at Air Tech went way out of their way to make sure I was able to keep my old phone number when I changed providers. The old provider wouldn’t release the number, it took Air Tech at least a dozen calls over 4 hours to get them to release the number. While I was waiting I watched him repair numerous phones, his knowledge and expertise is amazing. If I need a new screen or repairs, I’m bringing it here. Best phone center in town!!!

I took my lap top there because the screen was not coming on .They adjusted the cable and my screen is ok now .I have been going there for years for cell phone .These guys that work there are professionals and honest .I would 100% recommend them to everyone.10 star

Just walked out of the store. Was very impressed by the service and competence of Kevin. In the past when walking into other reair shops like this one you get people who sell you the wrong things just to sell you, rude, and incompetent. Kevin did not pressure me, just gave me his opinion and the reason for it and then took his time to install the product. Thank you Kevin. I will be back

The owner of this establishment is a man of honor and integrity. I have done business with them many times and this time there was actually a hiccup finally. I had to turn my daughters iPhone 6 and to have the screen replaced and while in their possession something happened to the phone where it simply stopped functioning. Instead of blaming me or doing anything else they did their very best to repair the phone and figure out what had gone wrong to no avail. So instead of returning me a phone that didnt work that had stopped working while in their possession he did the right thing and replaced the phone with a superior phone free of charge. These people stand behind their work and if something goes wrong they will make it right. I was already impressed with them before but I am so impressed now that I actually am coming on here to write a review to encourage other people who need their phones or computers repaired to give these guys a try. Theyre a small business and are operated with the highest of integrity and honesty. Just to prove how honest this man was my daughter was in there trying to find a case for her new (used as her old phone was used) phone that he gave her and she had chosen a cover but he pointed out the cover didnt have protection enough on the bottom where the cables plugged in and advised against buying it even though he knew our alternative was to be going online to buy the case. He was literally so honest he talked himself out of the sale. Now thats honesty!
