Firstly, their website must have been by amateurs. Secondly, I requested a password to view my tracking to see if it even shipped and they returned an email without a new access password. It has been over a week since I purchased, but haven’t received my purchase upon emailing them, I received no reply “great business”. I hate to say it, but I have had better transactions from China. I am wondering if they are a total scam. I wonder if this place is too big for its britches and can’t support its valued customers. This wouldn’t fly in my industry. DO NOT BUY! From this retail

I would love to give a better review, but it has been one problem after another. First one is that they printed a shipping label and told me the package was shipped. The problem was that after the printed the label, my order sat in their warehouse for over a week and the tracking information said it was going to be delayed since it was never sent out form the place of business. Then after receiving the sniper rifle, I purchased, it was missing some screws that I needed to put the rifle together. Since the box was sealed, I first contacted the manufacturer of the rifle. I had talked to them three different times before they said they would do something about it. The next day, I received a phone call from Airsoft Megastore in regards to my missing screws. They informed me that they will send out the screws I was missing. Two weeks went by, and I never received any shipping information or my screws. So, I called Airsoft Megastore back and informed them of this. They told me they sent it out through first class mail and that they didn’t get any shipping information. They told me that they will send me out more screws and that this time I will receive the shipping information sent to my email. It’s now been a week since I had talked to them, and I still haven’t received any shipping information or my screws. The other thing thats very aggravating is that they close at 5pm and I called them at 4:15pm and them made me sit on hold for 45 minutes. I then heard through the automated system that their business hours are over and that I need to call back during regular business hours. It seems like there is one problem after another. It’s like trying to get ahold of someone who owes you money and does everything they can not to talk to you and keeps telling you they will take care of it and then tries to run away and do the opposite of what they said they were going to do. This is extremely aggravating.

The gun was fine but the mag broke immediately, they replaced it but didn’t use the replacement for almost two months. The first time he did it broke again immediately, exact same problem with the spring. They wouldn’t do anything about it the second time. I get the timing but it’s the exact same problem. Lame.

I purchased 2 items from this company as a Christmas present back in November. My son decided he wanted something different, so I returned the items unopened on 11/30/2. I had to pay the $18 for a return shipping label, I have emailed this company, I have called multiple times and a few moments ago left a message. I still have not received any refund for the items I did not keep. Please consider buying from another company. The poor customer service is not worth buying their products.

Best customer service Ive ever received from an airsoft dealer. I placed an order and something odd was going on with payment. I called into the store and an awesome employee was not only able to put my order through the system, he also made sure my item shipped that same day. Took a few minutes of hold time to reach them but that is no big deal. Its nice to see an airsoft company care for their customers!

The equipment itself is good if you look in the right areas and are willing to spend money, make sure to do lots of research as the support team is non existent, Ive tried getting in contact to cancel my order not even 5 minutes after ordering and Ive gotten no response or update, its been about 9 months now and i have no interest in another from here.I have the gun now and its just as terrible as i expected. I was planning on buying a better airsoft gun but I wouldnt recommend from here if you dont know you stuff already

Well I have no gotten the package yet however I am writing this review about their customer service. I placed my order yesterday before noon. I received a call later in the evening from an employee that noticed the BB’s I ordered were not the correct size for the gun and they were ready to ship. I was able to correct my error, and because of this guy my nephew will get the correct accessories to go with his brand new airsoft gun. Thank you so much. I ordered a couple of my favorite world War 2 airsoft guns here, picked them up and oh no! One of them was messed up/crooked straight from the factory.. I asked megastore if I can swap it out for one thats in better shape and they helped me with my issue.No worries thanks to them! Employees were very friendly to talk to! Bought some stuff online and had some issues putting the order in. I called and somebody picked up despite the reviews of them not picking up calls. I forgot who I dealt with but he straightened my order out and I ended up going to pick it up. Only problem I had was I was expecting a store front where I can look around, I would have purchased more if there was. You really have to know what your looking for and they will have it. I have no problem browsing ther online catalog, and driving 15 minutes to get it. Better prices than Evike, but no store front. Great sales, will be back.

We had such a great experience with Airsoft Megastore. Our initial order was missing some of the items shipped, and the manager when above and beyond to get the missing items to us, throwing in some free things that made my son so happy. Ordered an APS Shotgun, and was told it shipped. No tracking information was provided. Called them out on it a week latter just trying to get my purchase without any issues. Things happen people forget.Get an automatized email from UPS that my Replica has shipped and will be here in a week. Still no answer from them on the subject. I ordered something in stock, was told it ships same day. Was lied to. Was shipped the item (or they just printed a shipping label) a week latter, with no contact from the store.I have yet to see why they have any good reviews as I have never had a positive experience with this business.

As of right now not sure about your store. My wife just purchased some items for my sons Christmas gift. Your policy is over so much no shipping cost but your online business charge the shipping anyway. My wife called me and explained this to me. I have tried for the last six hours to call this company. To my surprise there is no voicemail no machine and nobody picks up the phone. I can only hope this is a legit business and does not take advantage of people and I truly hope that the business contacts me . Local to California, very nice people who respond promptly.Really glad we have such an awesome distributor local, and that imports all the best gear and has it in stock when others don’t.Never had any issues with my orders.FYI they import these items, and ship from the US. They aren’t the manufacturer... so all the bad reviews are in poor taste, know what you’re ordering...“The cloths didn’t fit” and “the battery was dead” ... that was your mistake not knowing what you’re buying.Over seas goods aren’t made in the USA, so the quality control is not on their end, and getting a refund is nice of them, yeah you pay the shipping, duh... noobs.

I used to think this store was great, but now not so much.Their customer service quality is poor and they take several days to respond. Their team communication also lacks and they can be out of stock on something and it allows you to order it only to have your package delayed. The selection is decent and they package their shipments well, but you may have a rough time if anything goes wrong.

Despite having great deals and good airsoft guns, their shipping handling and customer service is pretty bad. they have declined my friends calls (3) never gave him a tracking or shipping confirmation. (4 days). i also contacted UPS and asked why they rescheduled my package a day before the original date to the day of my trip and they said the seller never delivered the package on time to the outpost. not only did they not inform me of the change but they also charged me $15.95 for a flat rate. dont buy from here if you are on a specific time frame or if you want reliability.

Ordered Air soft clothing gear and it didn’t fit comfortably so to return it I lose the shipping I paid to get it plus pay shipping to return it which I can deal with but to have the nerve to charge an additional 25% restocking fee??? Come on. Been a previous buyer but never again. They have a right to set their own policies but I have a right to be upset and never buy from them again. Good luck!

Contact via email was never answered and when you call you will spend a lifetime on hold listening to (Im assuming the owner) make stupid jokes about their crappy customer service. Phones have been out of service for weeks, and the emails can take up to 5 days to receive a response. I had purchased a gun with Amazon and there was a problem with it. Amazon would not except the return do to flammables. I contacted airsoft mega store and there team went above and beyond. Not only did they take it back. They also promptly shipped out a new of my choice. Mind you the one picked was higher in price and they had no problem covering the difference for my inconvenience. My son loves his new MK96, looks amazing! Very fast delivery, the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because as a free gift we were supposed to receive knee pads, but instead we received a paracord bracelet. And I had a little trouble with the order being processed correctly and the customer service is absolutely terrible, almost completely non exsistent. The product we received though was in excellent condition, packaged very well and was delivered super fast.I would recommend.

Last year we made a purchase from this place and all was good; quick shipping, quality product, etc. I made an order recently that still has not arrived AND no one will return calls or answer emails, but they will take your money. Before you buy, call the customer service number for yourself and then youll know firsthand that no one answers and no one will call you back. Luckily I paid through PayPal and will get a refund. Buy from someone else and save yourself a lot of heartache and worry. I dont know what happened to this company, but from my recent experience I will never buy from them again. I would give them zero stars, but thats not possible. Also, just check out the BBB complaints on this company. They are not a BBB company so that should tell you something too.

I bought the double bell 1911 CO2 blowback from this place, turns out the gun was broken when it got here and broke on its first CO2 cartridge. I took it as a small mistake and returned it they were really nice and helpful. Then I went to buy an M4 and my order goes threw but it took a week with it still in processing and then when I finally Email them they say that it was out of stock right after I ordered it. I got an refund at least, so they have a small problem with selling their airsoft guns but the customer service is great just some minor things they need to fix.

I tried to unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of these messages, but the link doesnt work. Then I tried calling customer service and asked the person who answered to get me unsubscribed. Yesterday I came into the warehouse and Matt was incredibly helpful, allowing me to test fire a plethora of different guns, test compatibility, and overall be a hassle. At their warehouse location they have a firing range where you can test fire the guns and chrono to ensure the gun youre buying will be usable at your field. I found the warehouse service to be wonderful, with Matt being happy to bring me any gun I wanted to test fire in a matter of minutes, straight to the range where I could get a feel for how it fires out of the box. If youre looking for more of a storefront where you can browse, any of the warehouse workers will direct you to a nearby partner of theirs that is more akin to a retail store. The service was excellent and I felt confident and comfortable in making my purchase. Matts awesome!

Just support your local store, because they normally help you instantly. The place may seem good with all the stuff they have but it’s not. We got a really good gun but it was falsely advertised to come with a battery which once we ordered took over a month to ship. Then the gun worked for two months before it broke. I bought a half blowback C02 Glock 19x and I open it find not 1 or 2 but 4 BBs stuck inside the chamber!! The mask I received had issues with the velcro coming off. I needed a mask before a game on Friday, so I wanted to order a better mask. Rommel really heard me out and took initiative. I placed an order over the phone with him to get the better replacement mask shipped asap.Update:Once again, I got Rommel on the phone over an order I wanted to place but the promo code wasnt working. He told me to place the order anyways and I would get a refund for the promo code amount right away. He did just as promised and even had my stuff processed and sent out right away. Highly recommend this company. Airsoft stuff is a hit or miss if youre new to the sport.If its your first time shopping for airsoft my tips are:-call them and ask for advice-if your budget is below $200 for a rifle you will be limited in choices that are good quality-let them know if youre comfortable with products that use gas (gas powered pistols, etc)-see if there are weights listed for the guns and find something within that weight amount at home, imagine yourself carrying something that heavy (even running around) for 15 minutes at a time for 2 hours or more. Even 20 pounds can tire you out, especially if youre buying for a kid

I have done business with Airsoftmegastore roughly once or twice each year for five years. I have been mostly satisfied with the products and the pricing, but I dont know if the company sold or what happened, but Customer Service is now nonexistent. If you buy it and they dont ship it, you cant do anything but dispute it with your credit card company, and that is always a lumpy process. Airsoft does not answer their phone and they have ignored my Customer Service emails. They gave me a tracking number that the Postal Service says is nonsense. I could not be more furious with these people for ruining my sons most important birthday presents. I paid for expedited shipping. What a joke. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

One of the worst companies that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Their shipping is expensive and slow. It seemed like I was getting a good deal on an airsoft gun even with $16 in shipping costs. After two short weeks the gun showed up. The gun worked for an hour. So I went to the website to see what to do to return the gun. Thankfully my situation fell into the approximately 1% of reasons that you can return the gun (only for exact replacement). So I contact Customer support and wait some more. Then I contact them again and finally get the RMA#. I have to send the gun back for replacement, but guess who gets to pay the shipping charge for their faulty product? Thats right, me. At least the $16 I had to pay got the gun there in 2 days...weird. After about another week they send an email saying that they dont have that gun anymore and I can only get store credit. So I get store credit for just the price of the gun. No original shipping cost, no second shipping cost, and nothing to cover the cost of shipping that would be incurred by using the store credit! I would understand if I was returning the gun because I changed my mind or if I didnt like it. They sent me a non-functional product. I would recommend not buying from this company and if you do, be sure to think about the complete lack of support or care that you will get from the company.

I had just purchased my first AEG, and when I checked the site the day after I placed my order, the price had been lowered by about $20! I called AMS, and they gladly gave me store credit for the difference between the two prices.I also experienced some trouble with my motor pinion breaking as the result of a jammed gearbox under warranty. Their customer service was extremely helpful and knew exactly what my problem was and how to fix it. I got my new motor in the mail and have had no troubles since.

The worst customer service I have experienced when purchasing online products. Would not even give them a one (1) star rating. I have repeatedly requested the status on a return sniper rifle we purchased for my son and not one responds via email. I have placed two dozen phone calls and no one ever answers the phone. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values customer service or quality of their products. My next step is to report them to the BBB so everyone can be warned of this very poor business!

I have ordered many products from AirsoftMegastore, from full aegs, to external parts, and even some internals as well. They always have what I need, and sometimes at a lower cost than I had thought. Their shipping is always fast and quick. They send email confirmations to me, when an order is being processed and shipped to my home. I have never had a problem with any of my orders from them, and all of my items come shipped with great packaging and handled with care. I always love to order from AirsoftMegastore. Being a n00b to airsoft, the was one of he first sights that I started to browse because of their multiple selections of discounts to choose from. My son and I were quickly able to find the gear we were looking for and received it in less than a week. I did have a small problem with my order. (BDU was missing knee pads). So I contacted custumer support, told them my order number and what was missing. I received a very fast response about how they were going to rectify the mistake and within an hour of contacting them I had a tracking number for my missing knee pads. Awesome customer support and the gear we purchased is great! Can’t wait to use it on the field and shop with this company again!

We ordered a set of guns for my son for Christmas. Christmas day both the automatic guns wouldnt work, the pistol doesnt shoot it just collects the BBs inside. I have tried to call, I have tried to do live chat and I have sent emails with no response. Of course now it is past the return date so my son got jipped on his Christmas presents. He has a set of 2 pistols he got at Wal-Mart 4 years ago that still work. It is very disappointing that we spent the money and got nothing in return. I should have know when I checked out and used the code for free shipping that said it was applied but didnt deduct from my total that this wasnt a great choice. I would give them 0 stars if i could and i DO NOT recommend this site to anyone. You are better off going to Evike or any other airsoft website. I have never experienced customer service this awful and slow, Airsoft Megastore is one of the most terrible websites when it comes to delivering your package. I flat out hate this company. I bought an airsoft shotgun and it broke within the 15 day warranty. I emailed the store and didnt receive and email back after waiting two months. I called and emailed them again and I waited another month and they still did not email me back. I waited on the line for 20 minutes and it started to repeat the sayings that said they would answer the call. In my opinion this is the worst company and I will never use them again because of the inconvenience.

Very negative experience. We purchased 2 HK Heckler & Koch HK416 Airsoft Guns. We held on to them until Christmas. Our kids opened them and neither works.The company is correct. We are outside of their 30 day return policy. Shame on us for not opening the toys right when they arrived and trying them out. They did offer to take a look for a fee. It feels very much like Ive been ripped off. Its amazing that both dont work.We now own two pristine Airsoft Guns that dont work and are out a couple of hundred bucks.I guess thats the price of learning to do business locally and in person.

If I could give these losers no stars I would, they are the worst. DO NOT...DO NOT...DO NOT ever order anything from them. I placed an order and they sent me the wrong gun. I have been calling and email for over two months but no one ever answers. The phone number in the confirmation email is disconnected and the number on their website just rings until it gets disconnected. Is this company still open and operating? I ordered an airsoft gun and extra magazine for my sons 11th birthday that he had been anxiously awaiting for months. I pulled my original order to make certain I did not accidentally order the incorrect item; and I did not. The item numbers and description did not correlate in any manner. Ive attempted to call many times; receive recording and get hung up on, after all theres no way to leave a message. Ive emailed multiple times over the last two weeks with all of the information they could possibly ever need and still no response. Bought a Lancer Tactical and that had a bad battery. Called customer service, they answered my call 1 time, told me I had a bad charger, I bought the smart charger they referred me to plus an extra battery. 1st Battery was still bad, wouldn’t hold charge, but they wouldn’t know. I bought a gun from them for my son and it was defective. It would only shoot a few rounds and then would jam. Some of the BBs that did come out of the barrel would barely go a foot. I contacted their customer service via e-mail and they said someone would contact me within 1-2 days. When you call the customer service number, the recording tells you all representatives are assisting other customers and to try back later and then hangs up on you. Months ago I ordered an HK 416C from them. When it finally came in I was excited to start using it, however that excitement went away as I opened the box to a gun that was missing its stock. Its as if it was either removed or never put on. That same day I called customer support and they referred me to Umarex for my issue. I received the gun about a week ago and I just came home from college for the holidays so I just opened it. Its the wrong gun. I received an ARES M4 pistol series in dark earth that ISNT EVEN LISTED ON THEIR SITE! The black version is and its $80 less than what I paid for the gun I was supposed to get. Now Ive been sitting with the wrong gun for a few days with no response via email and their phones still dont work. Ive never ad such issues with ordering airsoft guns. By the time they do reply Im probably going to be asked to return this gun at MY OWN EXPENSES for them to send me the proper gun.All in all, theyve screwed me two times in a row for guns both over $250 which I am at a loss of now.

This is likely the shadiest Airsoft retailer in the US. The company uses unethical practices to market their products. When they hold promotional sales they claim the coupon codes work on all products except map and sale products (Obviously, like all retailers), but once you make a cart with non map or sale items, you realize their codes only work with about 10% or less of these products. Their customer service is atrocious, might as well not even have a phone number, and their email responses are rude, and make you feel like YOUR the idiot. This fixed the consistency in fps between shots to the point where, on full auto the bbs made a straight solid stream with out colliding with each other and it no longer skipped shots!!!!( easy to see imperfections in BB flight at night time with glowing ammo).Game changer!!!!The rifle has been under heavy use by a 12 y/old for about 4 months ( shot about 4000 rounds a weekend, usually on full auto, lol). I thought I was going to have to buy my son a new rifle because the internals were crapping out on him.Turns out the factory outter barrel that came on rifle was the culprit and I was able to fix all these annoying issues for under $60.Because of this I will infact buy my boy a new rifle and I will look no were else but airsoft mega store for everything airsoft related from now on.Top notch seller.Thanks Again Romel.

I ordered a gunbuilder gun, using the AK AEG platform, and when I went to fire it, the fire selector was not able to keep its place. I called, and had to pay the $30 shipping fee to return a gun that they broke, and some of the items I shipped back on the RMA did not count. I ended up buying another Golden Eagle with the AK platform, and had the gearbox break, using the airaoft BBs that they reccomend (GoldenBall Proslicks .20g). I would go to Evike not this. I went on their website to get a gas blowback, and they have a 60% percent off discount. Seems cool! But when I looked for the one I wanted, it was super expensive compared to Evike and it was out of stock. Hello.Although the giveaway is a large incentive, id like to be as honest as possible in this review, so....When I first got into airsoft 3 years ago, i needed a starting rifle, and a cheap one.I sifted through all the website that came up with a google search of airsoft, and eventually came to AMS. I went through their handy guides, and found exactly what I was looking for- at a much cheaper price than Id expected, and than what I had seen very similar guns on other sites. I bought it, and after getting into air soft a bit more, decided to get another, better AEG. I looked through what models I was looking at, and found an amazing deal. A fan of FN Herstal, I was looking at the SCAR models, and found the VFC SCAR-L. Normally like $450, It was on sale for much less. Mot only that, I found the same gun, USED, and was able to save $150. These guys are definitely a place to consider when trying to find a site for your airsoft needs.* So the p90 I have now is very much a work-in-progress gun. It needs quite a few things to be a usable outdoor gun. If only I had another that I could use to play with. ;)
