Airmech crew did a great job replacing my old HVAC system with a new one and even fixed the original incorrectly done zoning plan. They also took care of the rebates upfront. A friend of mine recommended Airmech but I still did my research and got several other quotes and Airmech gave me the best quote and also did a great job. They even brought two portable A/C for us to use while they were replacing the old system. Everyone on the team was very responsive including Ali, Antonio, Mary and the crew onsite. I highly recommend the company.

Everyone was wonderful, they were prompt to return my call. Set up an appointment- Alex was very honest, informative and thorough when going through my options. The work began the next day- the guys(Chris, Peter and I’m sorry I don’t remember the other man’s name) but he helped me set up the thermostat on my phone! They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they were doing! I appreciate the whole team and thank you again! I would recommend them 100 %!

The Airmech technicians came in and were very kind... the gentleman who was the team lead ....I cant remember his name ....but I believe he was from Memphis. A very respectful man ....he even responded to my wife by saying maam ....which you dont hear these days....especially in California. However his team did a great job...they were not in our way.... they didnt make us feel uncomfortable... they were there to get the job done and they were very helpful in all areas.... cleaned up everything very well ....put the piles in a place where we can still leave our driveway and he gave me feedback on some things....the team lead even pointed out something with my water heater and I actually addressed it. He was very helpful... and all the guys were great.... I highly recommend Airmech for AC installation.

I had a positive experience from everyone at Airmech . Mary in the office, Alex ( general mgr) and the guys who did the work. Kristopher, Peter and Jamar (sorry if I misspelled your name) who were professional and friendly.They went the extra mile to remove the items i had in the attic without complaint. They also were friendly with my blind dog which she appreciated with a wag of her tail.Definitely a top notch company!

AirMech Team is the best in the HVAC business, at least here in Sacramento. From their office staff responding promptly and making sure you are taken care of, to their trouble shooting team led by Antonio, their Business Manager Alex, and the whole installation team that came over to replace my whole system the very next day. This whole team, including the owner who came and dropped off the teams lunch speaks volume of the company. The workers are very good and proud of what they do and made sure that our needs are taken care of. Great job guys, thank you.

I was very pleased with Alejandros and Airmechs services today! Alejandro was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and able to accommodate my pet environment with several dogs in the way! He changed my thermostat batteries, set my upstairs and downstairs thermostats to my specifications (which were not user friendly) and he demonstrated how to change my air filter (which we discovered was very dirty from neglect!). I will definitely want to have Alejandros services again!Sorry, I am new to posting and didnt mean to post the same one as last time.I am very happy and pleased with Airmechs and Alejandros service and I love being a platinum member! I have found getting an appointment to be very easy. This company answers their phones without long hold times and Ive always been able to talk to a live person without being transferred to another department. In addition, I have found the house calls/visits to be very reliable, efficient and prompt. For example, I recently needed assistance with installing a new air filter and was unable to do it myself. I called Airmech and they scheduled a technician to come out the very next morning. Now, all is well and I am no longer worried about the hot summer days soon to arrive.

We received 3 bids for a new HVAC and Airmech was by far the least expensive. Not only were they the least expensive, they arrived as scheduled and did a great job. They replaced a very old system and it took them into the late afternoon but they completed the work as planned. The next morning we woke to find the water heater had gone out so we called them back and thankfully, they were able to respond to put in a new water heater. Thank you Airmech!

My air conditioner was putting a musty smell out into my home every time it ran. I called Airmech around 4pm and a very pleasant woman answered the phone and said she could have a technician out the following day between 11am-1pm.Alejandro arrived the following day around 11am and was very friendly and kind. He used disposable booties over his shoes while working in my home and closed the doors very gently as he came and went. He showed me what he was doing and answered all my questions. I asked him to check everything to make sure our air conditioner was in tip top shape for the summer. He ended up changing the capacitor too as it was on its last leg. My house smells so much better now and I have peace of mind that the air conditioner will get us through another hot Sacramento summer.Airmech’s prices are reasonable and they charge you a set amount for each service which they clearly display on their iPad. No surprises. Alejandro also offered solutions I might like to purchase in the future without being pushy or deceitful. Airmech is a very nice company to do business with.

I am so happy with my new HVAC system from Airmech. Alex was great explaining everything. There was no pressure choosing from 4 different plans to fit my needs and pocketbook. I was able to get my rebates upfront and went all electric. It was so economical and cost effective. How could I say no. They beat all other quote by thousands of dollars. It cools great with no noise. I like that I have Ecobee thermostat that I can control with my phone. The installers were wonderful. They completed their work the same day with little disturbance to my household. They took out the old installed the new and cleaned up beautifully. And to top it off I got 3 years of free maintenance included. What a savings!!! 10 out of 10 in my book. I highly rate this company for the experience. Great, knowledgeable, and punctual and gave us straight info on a suspected heat exchanger leak.The tech inspected the unit and tested for leakage and Carbon monoxide level, reported everything looked good.Saved us from unnecessary repair or replacement at the tune of 2500 for repair to 10,000 for a new unit. They will be at the top of our call list for future work.Very impressed.

Freddy Alavarez came to check the inconsistency of the way our air condition cool or heat our upstairs. He found the issue of our motor damper that controls the air upstairs not closing because it was broken. He came back with the part and replace it. He was excellent and easy to talk too.

We came from an HVAC company that gave us an extremely hard time. Calling airmech was a breath of fresh air. They answered their phones, set and the appt and we had someone working on our system in 2 hours. Not only were they prompt, our tech Antonio was informative and let us know all options available. Every time we deal with Airmech we are more grateful that they installed our HVAC system. After a mistake by another contractor, our system stopped working and we were without heat for three days. Antonio showed up at 8am on Monday, diagnosed the problem and spent 3 hours fixing it and getting our system running again. He also checked the filter and reset the maintenance reminder. I interviewed many HVAC companies, including well advertised companies and Amertech had the best price for best brand HVAC. Their price included many extra things like extended equipment warranties, 3 years free serve maintenance, took care of paperwork for governmental and utility rebates and deducted them from the price, etc. Ameritech also did an excellent job in installation and there was a detailed highly professional, and honest presentation. I think it would be a mistake for anyone to not include Ameritech in ones interviews with competing HVAC companies. I am happy with my choice.

We are extremely pleased with AirMech. We needed to replace a failing 27-year old HVAC system. We had gotten bids for both gas furnaces and heat pumps but none felt quite right. We went to the Sacramento Home Show specifically to talk to HVAC contractors and are very glad we found AirMech there!We live in Roseville and were very strongly leaning toward a heat pump. AirMechs booth had a display with a running unit so we could gage air flow, sound level, etc. of a Bosch heat pump that does not need heat strips. Their pricing was competitive with the our prior bids for a system with higher energy efficiency.Our overall experience with Air Mech has been more than 5 stars. The quality of their management staff and crew, their work, and their responsiveness to several after-installation questions has met or exceeded my high expectations every time. They really care about their customers and the quality of what they do. .Feb 2024 Update- had our first year system check a few days ago. We were given an appointment sooner than we expected and received a confirmation text with the technician’s name so we knew to to expect. Antonio arrived in the middle of the service window He was very personable and knowledgeable about our heat pump. He performed a detailed inspection of all the components and answered all my questions. I am still very pleased with Airmech and glad I chose this company.

My AC unit suddenly began putting out only outside temperature air, so I went online looking for repair service. Based on their multiple 5-star reviews, I called Airmech and was scheduled for service the following day. Antonio was on time and after only a few minutes discovered that the problem was a plug had come loose next to my outside unit. It was a quick and easy fix and only cost me the service call fee, which is considerably more reasonable than some of their competitors. I appreciate Antonios professionalism and punctuality and I will definitely call Airmech in the future for AC maintenance and repair.

The service from these guys is great! Although my issue could not be fixed due to my complicated system, the techs were very honest about this and did not try to pressure me to pay for unnecessary services. I really appreciated this.Years ago, I previously had experience with a different company (Bonnie) that convinced us our vent needed to be bigger because our unit is too big for the house and that our ducts needed to be replaced because it was dirty. After cutting a bigger hole and also replacing the ducts, our issue with the heater was still not fixed. (Plus I overheard the techs who came out to replace the duct say that it wasn’t even dirty).Thank you Airmech for your honesty about not being able to diagnose my issue and not charging for your time to come out to my house.Eventually when I need a new AC unit in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to your company.

They were also great at helping me make an inform decision on my purchase. Within a week of contacting them, I had my system installed. The crew was wonderful and professional. We had excellent service with Airmech! Our heater went out during the coldest week this year and they quickly sent a service person out to take a look. He took photos and had a reasonable estimate, but our unit was very old and we asked if they could send someone out for an estimate for a replacement. We decided to go for it, but did not feel pressured at all and they were able to install it the next day. The installers were professional and so fast. First off, I was very surprised to be able to schedule a service so quickly. I had an appointment with a couple of days! It was super easy to make an appointment and a rep called me to confirm and to get more details pretty fast as well. Well, today the technician came out. His name was Freddy and he was great. I was given a 2hr window and he came at the beginning of it! He let me know of the cost before doing anything. He said if it was this it would cost this much or if it was this, it would cost this much. I let him know I was comfortable to pay for the compressor, if it was the issue and thank goodness that fixed my issue. I will definitely keep this company in my contacts....if anything else happens...cause my unit is pretty old. ☺️

Airmech installed a super quiet and efficient system for me this past summer. Switched my furnace over from gas to electric and replaced my old noisy a/c condenser with a whisper quiet model. NOT recommended..after a less than thorough hvac “tune-up” and “inspection” only one month previously, I needed to callthem back after my heater stopped working completely… turns out I had a Freon leak for which they gave me a crazy price estimate for repair… and an even crazier price for a replacement..after getting several other estimates from other companies, turns out AirMech was the highest price of all of them… actually I was able to get an entirely new unit for the price they wanted to charge for a repair..nothing good about AirMech…

5+ stars!! Excellent customer service with the best prices. They give you an honest assessment without any pressure to purchase on the spot. Alex came over to assess the system and give us a quote for a new HVAC system. He carefully inspected the home during his evaluation, and then presented 3 different options. Absolutely no pressure sales tactics like other larger companies we had come give an estimate (“if you chose us today we will give you an additional discount”). Airmech’s prices were several thousand dollars less than the other companies estimates and for similar equipment. On the day of installation the team was on-time, exactly when they said they would be there. The technicians (Abdul and his team) were so nice and professional the entire time. They took care to not make a mess or damage anything inside or outside the house. They explained everything they did and completely cleaned up at the end of the day. Absolutely 100% recommend without hesitation AirMech if you looking for a HVAC company to service your current system or purchase/install a new system. Being new resident to the Sacramento area, I am so glad I found this company, I will definitely use them for all routine maintenance and services moving forward.

First, Airmech’s proposal was thousands of dollars less than what my normal HVAC contractor charged. Airmech arrived when they said the would, covered the floors with tarps so as not to damage the floors. The crew worked steadily throughout the day. I called Airmech with an urgent issue with our heating system. They sent someone out to our site right away and he was here in 30 minutes. His name was Giovanni and he was very polite and professional. He took care of our problem right away and had the heater back on within the hour. Best of all he only charged us for the basic inspection fee. He even stopped what he was doing halfway through to move his truck to make room for the movers that had arrived. I am super happy with Airmechs speed and level of service and will definitely be hiring them again for all of our HVAC needs.

Very pleased with Airmech company. Installers were on time and super hard workers! I had a complete new HVAC and duct replacement done. The old ducts were under my house and it was difficult to work under the crawl space with little space to work. No complaints from the workers at all and they kept doing the work.I also liked that the owner actually came several times to the job site and made sure his employees were taken care of and if there were any issues to be addressed. Aimech installed our HVAC unit two years ago and when I called them because we had a leak on our ceiling they came out within an hour unclog the AC drain and got it working again properly mind you this was all within two hours of me calling for the first time. I wasn’t going to leave a poor review, but I’ve gotten three or four emails nagging me for a review, so here it is.The tech was courteous and prompt. He rapidly diagnosed the problem, which was a bad motor on the condenser coil fan. He looked up the motor and said it was unavailable at two parts warehouses. He said it was no longer in production and it might be months before he could get one, and there might never be one available. The only options he left me with were to wait and hope with no a/c or to replace the entire a/c unit.I took a photo of the motor nameplate. A five minute search on the internet for the motor model number revealed that the motor indeed was no longer in production, but had been superseded by another model that was readily available. I ordered it, had it in hand two days later and installed it myself. It took an hour or so. The motor was an exact fit. I didn’t even need to change any wiring. It was literally plug and play.The service call was worth the $89 to diagnose the problem. I’m reasonably handy, so I easily replaced the motor myself and saved myself an hour of labor cost and the markup on the part. I don’t understand why the tech couldn’t find the correct replacement part when I was able to find it easily. I saved a few bucks doing it myself, but had to deal with a hot house for a couple of days longer than I should have.

Airmech is a very reliable HVAC company. They are extremely helpful on the phone, and it’s very easy to schedule appointments with them. They are also responsive and will really call you back, if necessary. They also give you appointment reminders and update you if your technician is en route. I’ve had 3 maintenance checks with them and all have been great. For my most recent maintenance check, Freddy completed it. He is very friendly and professional. He was very thorough while explaining in great detail how the HVAC system works and why specific parts are important for it to function correctly and efficiently. He allowed us to ask questions and answered them all in layman’s terms. I learned a lot of things about my HVAC system that I never would have learned if it wasn’t for Freddy. The air from my home AC stopped before what was looking to be the hottest week of the year. After some searching I found Airmech and they did not disappoint. Scheduling over the phone was straightforward and simple. For the scheduled date, Antonio arrived to perform the diagnosis of the problem. He was very professional, courteous, and polite. During his analysis, he video recorded his findings. Afterwards, he clearly explained and showed me what he found to be the problem and then discussed recommendations for remedy. My duct was kinked and clogged and so they replaced it and they also did a cleaning of the blower. Then, for the moment of truth, they turned on the thermostat on and voilà the AC was working again and flowing cold air. These guys are great. We called Airmech after having a different company come out the day before and telling us that we needed a new furnace after only spending about 15 minutes at the house. They said that the parts would be $7,000 and so we should just replace the system for $5,000. We weren’t able to be onsite because we live about two hours away and have renters in our house and I was afraid that we were getting taken advantage of. I had Airmech come out today for a second opinion and they spend over an hour doing a very thorough inspection. He tracked down the source of the problem and it is a very small part to fix! Ive been using air mech since we moved to elk grove in 2019. We signed up for their annual maintenance program and its been the most economical way to maintain our HVAC equipment. The house we moved into was a little bit older so were pushing 10+ years on our system. Our technician sam comes out twice a year to keep things in running shape. Airmech saved us from a brutally hot summer. After they correctly diagnosed an issue with our HVAC unit that four other contractors were unable to diagnose, they counseled us on our options and we decided to buy a new Bosch heat-pump. They did not try to upsell us (we asked about a new installation as opposed to a repair), and they were clear and informative about what the heat-pump would do.Unlike the other contractors I called, Airmech was responsive and quick. They understood we were without AC and they were able to install the new unit just two business days after we decided to buy it. I called Airmech to check my HVAC, since I noticed a leak at the ceiling . They did the assessement and I was asked if it was serviced by others since instillation. I said no. On their assessement the original installer did not do a good job. All the pipes for drain was not glued and no second drain line for the condensation. He told me /rather suggested to go back to the builder if they are willing to repair it since its a big repair and expensive. And call them back if I need the service. Sam was a fantastic HVAC tech. Called on a Thursday during the heat wave for an AC Tune Up. They responded immediately, were able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. Received a text message they were on their way and arrived shortly after. Wearing protective facial covering and gloves, Sam performed the tune up quickly (right outside my son’s room who was doing his first morning of distance learning). It was reasonably priced, he didn’t try to up-sale any needless service. He did recommend a chemical clean for the ac coil. Since I was going to schedule a cleaning next and trusted Sam, I scheduled another appointment the following Monday with Sam in the spot. He came this morning and was nice enough to not ring the doorbell so my dog wouldn’t bark while I was on the phone for work and my son was online for school. He performed the cleaning just as quick (if not quicker than) as the tune up. The ac runs like new and is super quiet. You don’t realize how important regular cleanings like that are especially during heat waves. Sam was great and very professional. Could we have found a HVAC services who was cheaper? Probably, but there is something to said for excellent quality service especially during crazy times like these. If you are looking for a great, local company to service your HVAC systems call Airmech and ask for a quote or schedule a visit. My A/C unit stopped working over the Labor Day weekend, Monday evening to be exact. I quickly reached out via Yelp for a technician to help remedy my situation. They quickly responded with a affordable diagnostic fee and availability next day at 7AM after letting them know I had children at home! Ali quickly reported in the morning at my door ready to diagnose my A/C unit. He discovered it was the compressor and together we agreed a whole new unit was needed due to the current condition of the old one. Ali said that he could replace it same day for a great deal. He told us there is nothing wrong with the vent. Fixed the missing screws for the vent. Surely, that helps with the airflow. Update: A year has gone by, I called AirMech to service our system because I kept getting emails that our service contract was expiring. I called and was told that it was not expiring and they could service the system and we have another year of service before the contract expired. When Sam came to service the system, he did a good job cleaning the system outside. I told him about the service contract not expiring until next year and he said it looks like it IS expiring. I called and a representative said someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, no one did. I called again thinking I would have to renew the service contract. Luckily, I spoke with the office manager Mariah. She was super nice and apologetic about the confusion. She explained how when they input our install, the dates for service was wrong and they cant change it to make it look like I have another year of service. She told me she would write everything in the notes and also sent me an email explaining everything. I really appreciated her taking the extra time to settle everything. Wished the rest of the team knew about it and I didnt have to keep calling back. But overall, still really love the customer service at AirMech.The team at Air Mech did a fantastic job with replacing our heating and AC unit. At first we were not sure if we would use them since their bid was the highest of the ones we received. But they provided us with the unit we wanted. Ali answered my husbands concerns and was patient in answering all our questions. The only hiccup was the install date which was delayed by the late arrival of the units. Nothing they could have done since the manufacturer was not able to deliver the units on time. They unfortunately had to install on the hottest day of this year, Memorial Day. It was not ideal, but the team was great, professional and courteous. They took their time to fix all the little issues we had, kept the house clean, and even came back to put in a new transformer because it was buzzing when they tested it. I was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and their hard work. Antonio came back 2 days later to put in the new transformer and helped answer more of my husbands questions and was patient and very helpful. I will definitely recommend them. I had 2 different Hvac techs from a different company come out to check my 1990 Hvac. One replaced a component the other said another component is faulty. On the first day of the hottest week in my town, my A/C quit. Airmech was the only one of two, out of many calls, to respond and actually visited my home that day. I was advised that I needed a new compressor, but bought a complete condenser, which was installed eight days later.Owner was very professional and easy to deal with. I had my HVAC installed my Beutler, and they basically botched it. I have had trouble with it since installation and Beutler came out several times, couldn’t identify the problem, insisted the installation was good. No worse than having the AC go south during the heatwave 108-110 degree. Airmech Heating & Air is our lifesaver. Our AC broke down yesterday, so I had called Airmech and they set up a schedule for the same day. It supposed to be 4:00-6:00pm. Ali (I believe he’s the owner) came right at 4:00pm, but unfortunately I was home a couple minutes late, so he already left. This is understandable that he couldn’t wait longer, especially during this high season service demand. I contacted the office again and they’re nice enough to reschedule another one for today. Service is incredible! I called and a technician was here within 2 hours on a Sunday! The technician diagnosed the issue (capacitor went out) and replaced a new capacitor. My AC was back to blowing cold air within 30mins.The great thing was...I wasnt pressured into repair. Alex did a good job in understanding our needs and designing a system for our older home. Our upstairs had cooling issues in the summer. I rent one of my properties out and the tenants informed me that the unit was out. This was during a particularly nasty heat wave and I knew the unit was over 20 years old and was in need of replacement.I was able to get 2 quotes one from Airmech and one from another company. They were both quick on the quote - I was able to get them to come out within 2 days get me the quote that very same day. Both offered portable units (included with price) in the interim until they could get to date to replace the unit. The other company could give me a replacement date in August, and Airmech was able to get me in the very next week (they had someone who needed to reschedule their replacement date, lucky me!!)Ali was great to work with and his quote came in almost 3K lower. They were able to use the current ducting, repair in spots (rather than full replacement the other company wanted to do) and still did the same inspection that the other company would have done as well. They gave me a Traine unit, which was the same as my old unit with an ungraded EcoBee smart thermostat.They sent me emails to follow up on their job. Really great company to work with.

Called Early in the morning because my heater had been shutting off on its own or not starting when it should. I had no idea what it could be. Ali took what little information I could provide and was able to come to my house later that day. Come to find out it was a simple fix and the flame sensor was dirty. Excellent service! Ali and his colleague were professional, efficient and clear with what they found and what they did to fix it. My heat went out and when I called All About Temperature they came out the same day, solved my problem in about an hour, and their prices are unbeatable. I know who to call now if I ever have any temperature issues. I highly recommend Ali with Airmech! Our AC stopped working and I called him in a panick. His schedule was packed for the next few days so we couldn’t get an appointment right away but he called within a few hours that there was a cancellation. I took the available slot and he was at our house within 10-15 minutes to look at our AC problem. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed within a short period of time. I left contact information on their website when our A/C stopped blowing cold air. Airmech called back early the next day, scheduled an appointment, and their technician arrived on time that same evening. He diagnosed the problem, didnt try to convince me that I needed a new system, and fixed it within an hour. The technician wore a mask at all times even though he wasnt inside the home, and mobile payment was easy. The bill was also reasonable. Im glad we called Airmech

I had a window of 8:00am to 10am. I receive a text shortly after 8am to informed me they were on their way. I like that. Sam showed up on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Airmech replaced the entire heating and air conditioning system in my house, and did a fantastic job. The old system was approaching the end of its life and already had been recharged, with warmer weather approaching I knew I had to do something about it.Ali came to do the quote, he was very professional, on time, and knowledgable. The quote provided was not the lowest, but it was reasonable considering the equipment I decided on (Trane furnace and two stage AC). It was lower than another quote for the same system from a different installer. Mariah was a wonderful person to work with in their office for arranging the scheduling and billing.Once I decided to proceed with Airmech, they were able to complete the installation one week later, which was a great turnaround time. Antonio and his team arrived early in the morning and were able to complete all the work over the course of one day. I believe there were up to four team members working at the same time, both inside (in the attic) and outside, all wearing masks. All very very courteous, polite and respectful of the house. There was very little clean up for me to do afterwards.The new system is fantastic, such an upgrade over the old one and now I have peace of mind going into our very hot Sacramento summer. The heater in my rental property was not working for an unknown reason. I called Airmech late in the afternoon and left a message. They returned my call same day and called my tenant to schedule a service time the next day. They found the problem and fixed it on the spot, called me with an update immediately after the repair and emailed me an invoice. Quick and efficient!!
