My husband and I used Airehart Construction for a large remodel in Durham and could not be happier with the results. Brian understood our vision and went above and beyond to make sure it came to life. He and his team were very thorough and available to us throughout the whole process. There were no corners cut, and the attention to detail is unmatched.We are so grateful for the experience and the work that was done. If we ever come across another project like this, we will definitely be using them again.

Brian and his team just completed a remodel of our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. If you want someone who pays attention to fine detail, Brian is who you want! What an amazing job they did! The finished project is stunning and exactly what we wanted. Brians entire team and subs clearly meet his very high standards for quality work and professionalism. Brian was extremely responsive to the inevitable glitches that come up with any complex job. And, importanly, he was very accommodating of design changes/ideas that came up mid-project - we put him through his paces on that! ☺

My husband and I had Airehart Construction build us an outdoor living area with a kitchen and fireplace. We had seen Brians work at another location and loved it. Brian and his crew were very professional and attentive to every little detail. His work is amazing! After he finished the structure, we had him build our pool. He is easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions or changed things up a little. We would highly recommend Airehart Construction to anyone wanting quality work done at their home.

Airehart Construction built our custom pool and patio. Brian and his team were fantastic to work with and extremely professional. Our project was challenging with the rugged terrain and topography of our property, requiring lava rock excavation and the construction of multiple retention walls. The pool design included a custom automatic retractable cover, which again added complexity to the project. The team was very communicative and kept us updated regularly on progress. Brian kept the project moving forward even when unexpected hurdles arose. We were impressed with his attention to detail. The team finished on time and on budget. We are so pleased with our gorgeous pool and patio that has transformed our yard into a relaxing oasis for our family.

My wife and I are doing a major remodel on a large house in Chico. In our search for quality contractors, Brian Airehart and his Construction team were recommended to us by several sources, including our real estate agent. After seeing the quality of work on their website, and discussing the project with Brian, we decided to move forward with them.The top priority was a badly deteriorated exterior deck that sits atop the first floor. This is a challenging demo and rebuild since there is waterproofing membrane below the deck meaning that you cannot nail in joists as you would on a traditional deck. They even brought in a roofer to re-seal the roof below prior to installing our new deck.Brian and his crew expertly navigated the challenges of this deck build providing us with a high quality product beyond our expectations. We now have an amazing exterior location where we can take in the natural surroundings of our property. They were on time and on budget and I will use them again for future projects.They are not likely the most inexpensive contractor around, but if you want a quality design/build...call Brian and his team at Airehart Construction

We recently added outdoor seating to our restaurant in Durham and Airehart Construction did an amazing job! Brian the owner guided me through the whole process, he kept me updated of what was being donde every week and every phase of the project. He made sure our Patio was done in the timeframe originally projected. If your looking for quality work and excellent service, Airehart Construction is the best choice!

Brian Airehart and his team do quality work, period. Brian is easy to communicate with and on it every step of the way. Hes going to make sure that you are happy with what is going on. He had great suggestions and cares that the finished product is excellent. His on-staff crew is pleasant to have on site and work with, and the crews he subs with do great work, and he makes sure that they do. We were very happy with the two story garage/art studio, apartment that he built for us. And we plan to use him to build our new home.

After loosing our home in the Paradise Camp Fire, we chose to rebuild in Chico. My wife and I met with Brian Airehart who presented us with a wonderful opportunity to have Airehart Construction build our new home. With Brians recommendation, we decided to build a Modern Farm House. Virtually everything went seamlessly. Our home is of the highest quality and built with the best products and material. We have seen numerous people stop in front of our house to take pictures because of the uniqueness of the home. We have actually shown our home to many people who wanted to see the home and all were highly impressed. Airehart Construction did an awesome job and we feel incredibly blessed and are extremely glad Brian and his team built our new home.
