Air Tech 24 replaced my natural gas wall heater yesterday. They removed my 31 year old wall heater and will dispose it. The guys did excellent clean work and was super fast. They replaced the heater, replaced the attic exhaust piping, and installed a new roof exhaust. Their work was super clean, with no leaks, and now I have a new efficient gas wall heater.

Beware! Almost scammed us!!! Our heater wasn’t working/blowing. Cyrus came to our house and within a few minutes he stated our heat exchange was cracked and we needed an entire new unit. I then reached out to another company and he spent some time with the heater, stated the heat exchange wasn’t cracked and replaced a few things. For the past 5 days our heater is working great… SO glad I did NOT go with this company.. always get a second opinion. Saved us 4K for the time being.

First, their customer service is standing at a distinguished level of a professional team. These guys have changed a 25 years old split system to the new system with furnace, coil, and condenser with a 10-year warranty. They did the best possible quality work, as seen in the pictures, and they are highly recommended. You even do not need to vacuum your loft!

I made a cold call from Google looking to have an AC system installed at my house. Made an appointment with the technician to come by. Technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Gave me the facts on the install and I gave him a deposit. My air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Air Tech 24 scheduled a technician for the very next morning (arrival window between 9 am and 12 noon). The technician arrived at 9:01 am. He immediately diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and replaced it using one from his vehicle. He also informed me of their annual service recommendation plus a couple other additions to the system he recommended. Very friendly and not pushy about the add-ons. Paid for my service call via Venmo and now we have functioning AC again less than 24 hours after the problem arose. Great service!

This company came to my place of business and did a maintenance for $735 that consisted of replacing a filter and supposedly adding a safety switch and doing an Ev-Coil wash with chemical. It hey did, I couldnt say for sure. When my unit started to leak after they had done this maintenance, they recommended a $6K+ repair or a $14K replacement. I then called my landlord who sent her HVAC company only to be told, the unit is running fine and although old does not need a replacement at this time. You expect people to want to make money but this is a ridiculous abuse of peoples lack of knowledge.

The company that had installed my air conditioning unit 3 years ago had done an inadequate job at balancing air flow and properly sealing the added ducts. Half my house would be properly cooled or heated while the other half was not. I contacted Air tech 24 HVAC and Cyrus came out to inspect and give me an estimate. Within two days the actual crew was at my house and proceeded to replace six 40 year old ducts and the distribution unit while ensuring that all major ducts had adjustable airflow registers. They accomplished the work well within the estimated time in a very efficient and clean approach. The lead tech, Armando, was outstanding to work with and in communicating issues and progress. At the completion of the task, he walked me through the adjustment options and worked with me to ensure I was fully satisfied with the air flow to all parts of the house. His cleanup after the task completion was amazing. I strongly recommend this company and especially Armando and Cyrus.

Wanted to leave a review after having a successful repair and experience with Air Tech 24. Cyrus went out of his way to explain each step of the repair and was very honest about the whole process. Although my AC had a very tricky leak on an older unit he was able to repair it for the time being. My AC is on its last leg but he was straight forward about my options and the risks of repairing vs buying a new unit. I feel I was able to make the best choice for the time being. Our furnace was not working properly. We called Air Tech 24, they scheduled the service fair quickly. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable on furnace related issues. Amazing! Trustworthy and very knowledgeable professional. I was in a rut with my AC/Heating unit. I called many different companies for estimates, like 4 of them wanted to replace the whole unit. Which included the 5 ton Condenser, Furnace, and a crane to lift the unit. I was lucky enough to call Air Tech 24. The next day The tech came up to do an estimate, He asked what was going on, then checked my system and then my thermostat and filter. Had a couple of bids before where the competitors (branded companies) were charging twice as much for half of the service. When I made my appointment for a service call, a gentleman by the name of Cyrus stopped by to inspect the AC unit. He explained everything after the inspection and gave out a quote for the service. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail and explained the timeframe for the parts that needed to be ordered. Our 16 year old furnace was not firing properly, and we called for service and were able to obtain a service appointment quickly. The service technicians pinpointed the issues (improper installation by another HVAC service provider), had the equipment for the repair, and got the system working efficiently again. We had air filter replacements on hand, so they could make the replacement (which we do annually) at that time. I will have them make annual inspections from here on out. We will likely need a new system in a year or so.

Technician, Cyrus, came over at the time I was told . Actually a little earlier, which was great. Checked out our system, figured out the problem and gave me an estimate. Had to return because part had to be ordered. Didn’t have to pay the full amount till job was completed. Returned as soon as he got the part. Kept me posted on what was going on. He returned to do the work with another technician and I was impressed on how tidy and clean everything was once they left. Never had anyone go in and out of attic and not leave a mess. Cyrus was really wonderful. Our system stopped working on a Friday night and he came out at a moment’s notice Saturday at noon, right at the beginning of the 12-2 window. The quality of service was great, Cyrus checked filters, vents, intake and the units outside. He replaced a capacitor, fixed a leak and refilled the freon. Very professional, showed up on time. My furnace bit the dust. They came out, tested, and determined that the system needed to be replaced. The manifold was leaking CO into the flow. It was a 20+ year old system whos time had come. They told me it would be up to two weeks, as they had to order the new unit. However, they got the order early and scheduled within a week. Very prompt and installed in the amount of time they stated. There were no hidden price surprises. They quoted and that is what I paid. They clean up after the job was done. Im happy! I requested to clean, air conditioner maintenance and full tune-up on Heat Pump AC unit. While they had a special tune-up AC offer. I am very pleased with Matthew and JR service. Eventually we found best heat pump installation and repair service company in seal beach. I have a small complex with 10 townhouse in it. All HVAC units are Heat Pump that they are 9 years old. I dont know why in these years we had a lot of issues with the systems. Last year summer air tech 24 Heating and Air Conditioning came to fix 4 of Heat Pump HVAC units. They came, took a look at units, and gave us an estimate. What I figured out about AIR TECH Company compared with others, it was that they were so honest. Air Tech 24 was great. They called to confirm the morning of the service, showed up right on time, and were very pleasant and professional. Cyrus was extremely polite, thorough, and very clear in his explanations. Cyrus repaired our downstairs wall heater (works great now!) and diagnosed our upstairs heater as not safe to operate, even with repairs. So we ordered a new wall heater.Cyrus arrived on time the next morning with an assistant and the new heater. They laid down tarps from the front door to the heater to keep things clean, and removed the old heater. THEY VACUUMED AS THE DID IT TO KEEP THE DUST DOWN AND KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN! Once they removed the old heater they found some disturbing work had been done by previous owners and was a severe fire hazard. There was actually burned wood inside the walls! Seriously, our house could have burned down. Cyrus showed me all the bad work and even went under the house to show me where the venting needed to be rerouted and where walls needed to be opened. (This is general contractor level repairs, outside the scope of HVAC repair).Cyrus recommended we call him back after the repairs and he would be happy to install the heater.Cyrus could have just installed the new heater without checking any of this, and we would never have known. Instead he refused to install something unsafe, even though he lost a $1400 sale. He and his assistant mounted the heater cover back on the wall so it wasn’t unsightly, vacuumed, swept, returned the furniture, and disposed of the old heater. All for $150.That is incredibly cheap for all the work they did (for something that was not their mistake!).I will call AirTech 24 for any future HVAC needs. I purchased an ac capacitor home depot but I couldnt replace it. I called two hvac companies to come and replace ac capacitor but they didnt accept my provided part.
