Joel was awesome! I had a unit with an interesting problem (photos included) and he was able to repair it quickly and it looks great. The monthly service plan is a bargain and I’m sooo happy to have found these guys! Came home from vacation to find that our AC had went out. Our usual company that we use was completely booked till the following month. Luckily for me I found air repair 24/7 I gave them a call and they were able to send someone out the same day. Serg was our Technician that came to help us out he was very professional on time and even showed us the parts that needed to be replaced. He had our AC up and running quickly. Very happy with the service that we received, I will definitely recommend this company.

Adam was our AC professional on 6/26 - now that it’s getting to the triple digits, our unit decided to malfunction. Adam added us to our schedule despite being already overbooked. He was very professional, explained the technical jargon well, and gave us a very fair price considering the time he spent with us. He even took a look at a few additional questions we had that were tangential to the acute problem he was called to work on. Adam really went above and beyond. The repair was quick and my scheduled appointment was early than the appointed time that was given. It only took less than 10 minutes and they had my ac back up and blowing cold air again. I think these guys are fantastic. We recently experienced some issues with our air conditioner. Completely stopped working and the temperatures were hovering around 100 degrees. Apparently; everyone’A/C had been malfunctioning, getting someone to show up was like scheduling (Kevin Hart and WuTang) to a family reunion. Anyway, after one call to Daniel and our problem was solved. One of the more professional companies I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with, I’d definitely recommend them to my friends.

Daniel, Daniel Jr, and Chris installed two new A/C units last week in my home and I can not say enough good things about our experience. From breaking the news and explaining what was happening with our existing units, providing guidance regarding the best replacement units for our home, to options for financing, prompt install scheduling, and the entire install, we had a very smooth experience. I was initially impressed with Daniel’s knowledge, attention to detail, preparedness and professionalism. Impressed once again the day of the install. They worked tirelessly in the heat, took precautions to keep the carpets and floors clean, removed everything, and did a walk through to make sure nothing was left behind and all areas were as clean as when they’d arrived. The heater in my manufactured home went out while I was on vacation. Air Repair 24/7 was closest to me and they were able to come out to my house the next day to diagnose the problem. JR was very helpful explaining the problem to us and showing us the part that failed. He told us up front that they might have a hard time finding the part to simply make the repair but they would try. They did find the part to repair and gave us options to repair, replace the furnace, or replace the whole thing. The crew came back the very next day and took care of everything. They explained to us what to expect, were very respectful, and left everything cleaner than they found it. They offered flexible financing and discounts for veterans. I highly recommend this team! So we were basically living in a sauna at 90 degrees inside with our two toddlers after our AC unit decided to die during a heatwave ON MY BIRTHDAY because of course. Perfect timing, right? I said a prayer, turned to Google and quickly came upon five star recommended Air Repair 24/7. When I reached out, their operator promptly scheduled our appointment and sent over Daniel Jr. literally within minutes. He was incredibly kind, professional, and after exhausting all potential possibilities of the malfunction, thoroughly informed me, and not only explained in detail, but showed me that we needed a new unit and patiently explained why. This was on a Friday and I thought we were screwed until Monday, but he then said they could install the next day. He also came back to speak and sit down with my husband and me at the end of the day to make sure we felt comfortable with the choice we were making as it was a significant expense. It turned out that the initial assessment of the unit wasn’t quite the fit we needed when their very nice crew initially came to install, so the placement of the unit was actually on Sunday which Daniel Jr. came first thing in the morning to do himself on his day off. The install was efficient, he was very thorough in care instructions, and we were in properly air conditioned bliss before lunch. And not only were they quick and incredibly friendly, but honest as the unit they ultimately determined was more appropriate for us, was considerably more affordable and because of the delay in install, were kind enough to extend a discount for the inconvenience without our even having to say a word. Not only would I recommend Air Repair 24/7 to friends and neighbors, but absolutely to my own family and I plan to. Wonderful family owned and operated company who really came through for a Marine Veteran family in a real pinch. We cannot thank you enough!

He had thorough knowledge of what we needed and fixed the problem quickly. I received a text message and a phone call when the technician was on his way. John had arrived at my client’s property before I did. He started working and the AC unit diagnosed and determined what needed to be done within 15 minutes. Had an a great experience. My A/C went out late Thursday in the middle of 100+ degree temperatures. I messaged them via Google Thursday night and was on the phone with them first thing Friday morning. Daniel was out Friday afternoon and did a great job explaining everything to me for multiple different repair options. I opted for a replacement unit (mine was 35 years old) and was able to be scheduled for the next day. George came out first thing Saturday morning and quickly was able to get the new unit installed and cooling my home. George took the time to explain things to me and answer my question (no matter how trivial). Both guys were even great when my two year old would run out and roar like a dinosaur at them.Overall definitely recommend Air Repair 24/7. My technician, John, was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, spoke in a very professional manner, and troubleshot everything with extreme detail. He wasn’t pushy on repairs and got straight to diagnosing my system’s issues. Unfortunately, I have an older system and the R22 Freon leak seemed to be the culprit. He refilled with some leak detection dye and hopefully in a few months we would be able to determine where the leak is coming from. The company was able to reduce the amount a bit because this was an unexpected expense for my family and also was able to give me a break on the cost. John was also personable and during the dead time of filling the refrigerant, we had a really good conversation. I highly recommend Air Repair 24/7!!!! Dan was professional, personable and trustworthy. He fixed a problem with my furnace which would shut off intermittently and stay off for 10+ hours. This was a difficult problem to diagnose when the furnace is working. Dans first diagnosis was a faulty circuit board which he installed later that day. I notified Dan the next day that the furnace shut off during the night but began working in the morning. Dan asked that I call him when the furnace shut down again so that he could catch it in the act, diagnose it while it was shut down. I called him the next morning and he returned and determined it was a faulty intermittent gas valve which he replaced. The 2nd part that he installed was less expensive than the circuit board so Dan installed a Nest thermostat to make up the difference. I had planned to buy & install a Nest thermostat in the spring. I appreciated Dans quick response in backing up his work and finding a solution that satisfied me. I plan to use Air Repair 24/7 to maintain our A/C and heating system from now on.

Daniel, and Daniel Jr. installed a new A/C unit today in our home and I cannot say enough good things about our experience.Daniel explained our existing unit was about done and recommended the best replacement unit for our home. And then we got the good news that we would have a new unit in our home the next day. They arrived on time, prepared, and very professional. When the job was done, the work area was cleaned up just as they had found it. They did a walk through to make sure the new air conditioner was working properly. If you’re looking for a reliable, hard working and honest company for your air conditioning needs, these are your guys! I would absolutely recommend this company, and will use them for any future HVAC needs.

I called Becuase my AC broke down this last heat wave we had. I wanted to support a local business and stubbles upon 247. I was able to get booked the same day. Daniel came on time. He diagnosed the system quickly! Showed me the part that had failed and other potential problems. I know my system is old, but he didn’t push me to buy a new one. I don’t normally post reviews but I had to say that I would definitely recommend this business! It was 97 degrees and our A/C just stopped blowing cold air. Daniel is super awesome. I made an after hours appt for Sunday because my ac compressor stopped working on a 115 degree day. Daniel contacted me that Saturday and offered to come by on Saturday since it was so hot. He came by, fixed the problem in under 15 minutes (blown fuses) and then cleaned my unit and told me what to do to keep my ac compressor in shape for the hot weather. Needless to say Im referring all my friends and family to Air Repair 24-7.
