After meeting with Taylor and going over the options for our 34 year old air and heating system AirCare completely replaced everything including the duct work in our house. The installers were professional, efficient and made sure the system was functioning properly before they left. All the work was done when they said it would be. We are very happy with their service. I would highly recommend them.

Our AC went out first day into the hot summer.I was able to be assisted by Jack Maskrey.He was in and out so quick.Explained the process and even took the time to show us what was faulty with our AC unit.The fact that Jack extended his already late day to ensure we had cold air that night will make us a returning customer!Thank you Jack!

Its comfortable.Its been a month since we installed our new HVAC system, but when it was just installed, it wasnt that hot so we didnt use it, and then the heat wave came in late June and we really felt how good it was.However, even though its new, the house is old,so if I had to say one thing, it was that the big duct in the hallway smelled like dust, so I quickly bought a pet-safe duct spray.I feel at ease because I think that this company will respond immediately 24 hours a dayif there is any problem.Joey was very nice from the time we were planning to purchase, and he answered all our questions right away, and that hasnt changed even after the system was installed.The two technicians who installed the system also did a great job and were very nice.Thank you.

Air Care heating and Air Conditioning has been a great experience! Our A/C was suddenly pumping warm air last week and after checking the usual things, air filter, condensate drain line, fuses, compressor fan (for cleanliness and operation), I called Air Care on Saturday morning and they were able to confirm that they did the install back in 2019 and had my name on file! I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and was told that Jimmy would be my technician. At 7:47am on Monday I got the call from Jimmy and he said he was enrolled and would arrive in about 35 min. I confirmed that would be fine. Upon arrival, Jimmy introduced Evan, a trainee that was shadowing. Jimmy asked what the problem was and I explained that the A/C has been running warm and not cooling. They asked to enter the house and I was happy to see they came prepared with booties for their shoes. Both were polite and professional in appearance. After checking the thermostat they went outside to the compressor unit. After about an hour of work the A/C was fixed and they identified that the problem was a starter switch for the compressor. Thankfully they came prepared and had the replacement part on them! On top of that I was pleased to hear that the parts were covered under warranty! They gave me some additional advice on general upkeep and things to keep in mind for continued smooth operation. I would highly recommend Air Care based on their commitment to customers, their professionalism, service, being prepared, courtesy, friendliness and good communication skills.

My air conditioner broker Saturday night. I called at 9:30 am on Sunday, and by 1:00 pm, the technician had come out, diagnosed and fixed the air conditioner. Right before the afternoon heat was gonna hit. Obviously they charged a fee for coming out so fast, but it was well worth it. Jack was incredibly professional, pleasant, and competent. I will definitely be contacting them again the next time I have AC issues.

I have just signed a contract to install a new air conditioner in a de rental property. So far our experience has been terrific. The sales person, Taylor, is an excellent t communicator. His interest in doing all we need led me to ask him if he was the owner of the company. He is so wanting to please and meet our needs.

Can you give over a 5 star review? Oh my gosh! I am so glad I found this company to service my heater and AC. Matt Schneider, the Service Tech, was on time, efficient, and he clearly knows his stuff! And, he is a cool guy too! He diagnosed my issue and was able to handle it with ease. Will definitely call on the Air Care Team for all future heating and AC needs. Highly recommend!

JP of Air Care was very punctual and professional. He clearly explained the issues my ac unit was having, the repair process, timing and costs. The work was performed well and the unit has been operating well. JP was direct and transparent in his approach which was refreshing.

Taylor came out to service our system before the coming heat. He was able to diagnose all the issues with our system. We knew had to replace it at some point in time. Taylor took the time to be very thorough and did a great job explaining everything to us. We decided to replace the system and the ductwork as the quotes provided were very competitive. Taylor, along with the install crew were respectful/professional and know exactly what they are doing. I am very satisfied with the service provided by AirCare. Happy to recommend!

AirCare is a top notch company for Air Conditioning, heating and plumbing. We had our AC installed yesterday and our technicians, Lorenzo and Reynaldo, were outstanding! They were on time, explained how the day would go and went right to work, organized and efficient. What I appreciated most was that Lorenzo would explain specifics when I would asked a question and made sure I understood how to use the thermostat.I would recommend AirCare to anyone seeking real value and trust.
