All the staff are super friendly, helpful and very fast t responding to any and all questions I have. Marbely is my agent and she is one of the nicest people and she is amazing at what she does. I just purchased a new car and of course I needed to get new insurance for it. I drove by Aims and decided to call and get a quote. Lesly answered the phone and was super sweet and helpful! The quote was way too good to pass up so I went ahead and got a policy with them. Agent, MARBELY RODRIGUEZ is the best sales agent, honest, helpful, understanding and patient., Paid $122+ for the month that was supposed to be everything, then I get a bill that I owe $44+ dollars more for that month, turns out the $140+ was only for broker fees, thats not what I was told, I immediately cancel because their deceptive. Don’t have the most amazing driving record to say the least there are a few points just nearly about to come off my record and Dorene from Aims insurance was the sole agent the found me a reasonable quote. So incredibly rude. Im so upset how my mom got treated today. I think shes owed an apology. The way it was handled was wrong and its really upsetting especially because shes been a customer for so long, I was a customer so many times and I never had this problem when I was with the victorville branch.
