My experience with Garrick was positive and a godsend. I was caught up in the situation where I was notified that my homeowners insurance policy would not be renewed in 2024. I had a tight deadline to get coverage and my previous agent eventually found me coverage. I took it but was not happy with the policy. I went on, on my own, to find another policy and thats how I encountered Derrick. He understood my delimma and immediately went to work on my behalf, and found a company I was more satisfied with. I appreciate his professionalism and diligence in this quest.

The initial experience of writing all my property policies with Garrick Hill was good.However, the followup service is TERRIBLE and I had to confront him recently about leaving the agency.Not only the response time is lagging when I needed the information soon, the worst part is how they handled sending the wrong clients files to me! Talking about protecting clients privacy!Once I pointed it out to them, no follow up or apologies at all. It was a lot of excuses and explanations and near zero apology. It does show that they dont care or just way too busy to handle my accounts.Making mistakes is one thing and humane, how they not sincerely handle the mistake or customer recovery is another.

Awesome service and was given a great price for my needs in car insurance. I honestly didnt look around too much, so it may not be the cheapest. But after talking to Patricia I felt very comfortable and Im paying much less than I expected to, so Im beyond happy! Her customer service is rare to come by nowadays. She really knows her stuff, and genuinely cares about her work and clients. That goes a long way in my book! I requested a quote at 7pm on a Friday, and she contacted me immediately with my quote. (Which impressively could have been signed and processed that night, but I wasnt ready.) The following day we processed everything over email and phone in the snap of a finger. I had a very good experience with aim auto insurance service. My Previous car Insurance had raised my rates extremely high for no reason. My driving record is perfect not a dent or small scratch on it, but still they increased my rates. So I looked around got quotes from 3 other companies before coming to aim auto insurance and I almost fainted when I spoke with Mr. Garrick Hill when he told me the money I will be saving with Mercury. I asked if I could come see him at a moments notice and he gladly said yes come in. I drove to his office and he helped me right away. I have been a customer of Michael Ramirez for over 3 years and I highly recommend Aim Auto Insurance Services. Michael Rameriz is great. I am always able to speak with him in a timely manner, If he doesnt know the answer to my questions he finds it and calls me back. I recently purchased a car insurance policy for my daughter who lives on campus at SDSU. He sent me 3 quotes and discussed in detail her needs and I was able to choose the policy that best suited our finances. He later offered a bundle and added renters insurance to cover my daughter in the event of any personal property damage while she is at school, accidents happen. The rates offered are fair. The convenience of not having to shop and price compare is in itself worth making the phone call to get covered fast and easy and affordably. I bought a used car and while at the dealership was able to call Michael and get the car covered and have the policy faxed to the loan company and within 20 mins the deal was done. I also cant say enough about the response time with Michael Ramierez. I have never not been able to get in touch with him. The service is outstanding and anyone would be hard pressed to find customer service this good anywhere else. I know I sound like a commercial but I kid you not I love this company and have no complaints. All professional convenient and affordable. If you are reading this than you are researching and in the market, let me say pull the trigger make the call you wont regret it.

A few years back I decided I needed better insurance and decided to try Mercury since they tend to be one of the more affordable well known insurances. The quote I got online was still a bit too high for me and I was a bit bummed. I thought I wouldnt be able to get a better deal than what I had and didnt want to shop around and put my info everywhere, so I decided to stay with my no name insurance. Luckily I ended up getting a call from Michael Ramirez, from Aim insurance, who asked if I would mind if he tried with some other companies for me. I said yeah not really expecting much. But Michael was able to get me a better price with Progressive. Some factors that got me the good price changed and I reached out to Michael to see if he could find me a better quote. And again he did :) It was with Mercury this time btw. Each time I reach out to Michael he always gets in touch with me right away and weve been able to handle everything remotely. I tend to be very indecisive and need a lot of info upfront and sometimes people dont like to go out of their way to provide it, but not Michael. He didnt hesitate to provide me with various quotes with different coverages so I can make a well informed decision. I strongly recommend getting in touch with Michael if your looking to save some money and shopping for better insurance.

Initially, Cathy gave me a sort of cold call and I heard her out. Come to find out, she actually did provide the best rate Id been offered (by nearly half!) and It wasnt just another selling point. The Aims Auto Insurance in hesperia should be called Aims Scam Insurance. They charge 200 and tell you its the first payment and then your premium. Its really their broker fee. The person did not even give me any of my paper work, and the only thing that came in the mail was a cancelation notice less then 15 days later. Do not go here. It is a major scam.
