Between early 2019 and late 2023, San Mateo County Superior Court tortured Nafiz and I by continuing my case over a dozen times. While some were for Covid court shutdowns, most were explained as the prosecutions witness had a vacation or otherwise failed to calendar it. Nafiz and I had- on most occasions- blocked off our calendars for a week, dry cleaned suits, traveled to the area, and showed up. This was at great expense to our time, productivity, and patience, and can only be explained as a tactic to bleed some plaintiffs dry financially, get them fired from their jobs, and grind them down. That is what you are up against! So, dont hesitate to take Nafizs flat fees for DMV representation and trial. As to his performance, he was always responsive, gave personal attention to my case rather than delegation, immersed himself in the details, and even the arresting officer called him very intelligent. I was very pleased with his performance.

The minute we decided to switch lawyers and use Ahmed and Sukaram was the minute our case turned around for the better. Our original lawyer was not bad, and the decision to change wasn’t easy, but boy am I glad we did. We went from a plea deal of five months in prison with a felony charge to our case being completely dropped. Nafiz Ahmed has the confidence, expertise, and respect of the court needed to result in the best possible outcome. He’s personable, his response times are lightning fast (even after hours) and he has a way about him that put my husband and me at ease the moment we stepped foot in the courtroom. He showed up early to get us seen first every court date. With our original lawyer, we would have to wait a few hours for our turn, and with Nafiz we never spent more than 30 minutes at the courthouse. It’s obvious he has the respect of his colleagues, and that’s for a good reason. If you want the best possible outcome, hire them!

Hands down the greatest decision I made during this process was hiring Nafiz. He treats you like a family member from day 1. He did an amazing job of constantly keeping me in the loop and checking in to see how I was doing. Where do I even start?. Let’s see, Nafiz Ahmed, is by far the best attorney anyone can have!. He saved us from so much stress and was really there for us. Quick background, my cousin, Aldo, was arrested and in need of an attorney. We were super confused and did not know what to do. I called Mr.Ahmed about an expungement that needed cleared up from many years ago. He answered the phone himself and spoke directly to me. He was kind and patient. It turns out that the scam firm I have been waiting to hear back from since January had actually gotten my expungement done in February. They never called to tell me anything. He made things happen that I didn’t even know were possible with the DA and judge. I wish I had him represent me for all my prior cases.
