Kiya is expert professional in all aspects of real estate. In record time she was able to get my house on one year lease. Good thing about Kiya is that she does a thorough vetting of applications reducing much of work for owners. At times she advised me path forward options and I was able to make up my mind. How many people can say they love their agents, and really mean it? Well I truly can and I do. My team and I have done about half a dozen transactions with Lorin and Erica in the past 3 years alone. My family was looking for a new home for over a year, and constantly came in second place after placing many offers well above market. We almost gave up. Then we met Erica, and she was such a blessing. We closed on the first home that we put an offer on with Erica and it was largely due to her skill as a real estate agent. She walked us through the offer process and made sure our offer presentation was strong, even beyond just the offer price. Erica also was very professional when dealing with a very unprofessional real estate agent on the other side of the negotiations. Nevertheless, Erica was able to get us many buyer inspection monetary credits even though this market is largely skewed to sellers. As trustee, I had no idea of the value of my fathers house nor the detailed condition of it as I havent lived there in 35 years.
