Working with Jonny Ahdoot and his team was seamless from beginning to end. Jonny met with my wife and I and clearly laid out the plan of action. He and his team then followed through with that plan to the T. There were no surprises as my wife and I felt prepared from the very beginning and knew what to expect along the way. Our questions were always answered in a timely fashion and either Jonny or one of his team members were always available. They really did help alleviate some of the stress that comes along with selling a home. That was greatly appreciated and we both would strongly recommend working with Jonny and Ahdoot Realty.

Jonny is - AMAZING! and a truly dedicated real-estate professional. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and assertive when it comes to buying and/or selling a property. He is very responsive, calm and patient. Also excellent in follow-ups. If you are really serious about getting a deal on a property or netting the highest amount when selling a property you NEED to call him and his team. His organization was, and still is, always available, makes time for his clients and he is the hardest working realtor I have ever worked with.

I met Mr. Jonathan Ahdoot several years ago when I was looking for my first home. Mr. Ahdoot was so helpful, is extremely knowledgeable in the business, and educated me about how to purchase a home and condo. He is a friendly and honest person. From our first meeting, Jonny & Josie were prepared, professional, and honest. They showed me some comparable in my area for me to realistically list my home at an attractive price. Mostly important, they provided me the beautiful staging and all the high-tech marketing tool, this gave my house maximum showing power as my listing pictures made the space look phenomenal, and the decluttering aided in making the space feel bigger. They were consistently positive even when we faced challenging situations and they were always available whenever I tried contacting them. They provided me with an overall awesome selling experience!

Jonny and his team is an absolutely phenomenal squad! As first time sellers and replacement home buyers, We were incredibly nervous going in. Jonny explained the whole process perfectly and was there all along the way anytime we had questions. With his advice, we were able to get an offer accepted on the first property we attempted and closed our home for a record price in 25 days! He even managed to speed up the process a bit so we could have keys in hand in time for our son’s birthday. Jonny & his staff took care of everything for us and made it work. As an out of town buyer, I was hesitant about investing in LA. Jonny was fantastic. He gave a great overview of the DTLA market and was extremely knowledgeable about market conditions, comps and the future developments that were coming up. I was impressed with the preparation he did to make the most use of my time and he was able to answer all of my many, many questions. Unlike other agents, who seem more motivated by getting a deal done, Jonny actually advised me against a certain deal because of litigation issues and the belief that there was a better property for me, even if it meant more work for him. Hes smart, hard-working and has great communication. After a couple months, we closed on a property. I was so impressed with him as my agent, that I also retained him to lease out my property. Within three weeks, he had signed a tenant.
