To begin the office was very nice and clean giving the patient a very pleasant environment to be in. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The Doctor was very thorough and detailed with all the information about the upcoming procedure (to the point that my teenage child understood everything that can be expected) Doctor made sure to answer all of our questions and double checked with us to see if we had any further questions before leaving the clinic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of a specialist.

Dalton and Theresa are so friendly!! So not the average, freezing, awkward dentist lobby experience. My nurse Silvia was absolutely lovely and accommodated the fact I came in w huge rollers in my hair. Dr Lowe is so friendly and attentive.The building is soo boujee too I can’t imagine the upkeep on this place. Go to Augora Hills Oral Surgery!!

Had a referral to go here for extracting my upper wisdom teeth. Great experience immediately upon entering facility with a nice clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all congenial and I really enjoyed my time getting to know them. Throughout my consultation visit I was informed on everything from how to prepare, my specific case, expectations for pain, and the overall procedure. I felt empowered to make informed decisions based on the overview of details provided to me. I made my appointment for the extraction the very next morning as it was available, so booking with this facility was made easy for me. I really had a genuine and fun experience, which is not something Ive ever been able to say regarding medical facilities in general, but the staff were so awesome that I can say it now!

My 12 year old needed two teeth extracted so obviously it was important to find the right person for the job, for a myriad of reasons. Dr. Lowe and his entire staff checked every box. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the professionalism, bedside manner and thoroughness of everyone involved. They all collectively made this experience as pleasant as it could be. With there being some dental (and medical!) issues that will inevitably not adhere to the standard 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday thru Friday schedule, you need to have a 24/7 resource you can call to get the best possible dental care when you need it most. This is true of Dr. Lowe and the team at AHOS. After experiencing a painful dental issue that resembled a root fracture, the team at AHOS scheduled me for a consultation with Dr. Lowe and, if needed, same day surgery. As it turns out, the root fracture was confirmed. Ultimately, because of the anticipated recovery time, I chose to have the surgery that same morning to avoid jeopardizing another major medical procedure scheduled two weeks later. Given all of the challenges and variables involved, being in the care of Dr. Lowe and the AHOS team resulted in the best possible outcome, bar none!So, if you want the best 9-1-1 dental team taking care of you and your family, look no further than Dr. Lowe and the AHOS team. They are simply the best!

Dr.Urfrig is amazing and his staff is the best. I came in for 4 wisdom teeth extractions and I honestly don’t think things could’ve gone smoother. Dr.Urfrig got all of them out in under an hour and the healing process didn’t not hurt as much as I expected it too. Also Theresa, Dalton, and Silvia are all very friendly which makes a definite difference.Lastly, and what put them over the top, Dr.Urfrig called me the night of the surgery just to check in on how I was doing which was just world class. 10/10 would recommend .

I previously left a review for my wisdom teeth extraction I got done a few months ago. The treatment was great and I was very impressed with the staff.Currently I am very frustrated and upset with how the office has dealt with my claim with Delta Dental. The first time they submitted the claim to Delta they forgot to send in digital X-rays so it was rejected. No biggie, accidents happen. I told them to resubmit the claim and with the X-rays and they said they did. Now a month later Delta is telling me the office resubmitted the claim without the X-rays. I have tried calling the office the past two days and have left voicemails with no calls back to me. This is hard because I paid for the procedure out of pocket and it has collected interest the past two months. If and when this gets fixed I will change my review but I’m very upset and frustrated that I am unable to get help with this.

I wasn’t looking forward to having a tooth pulled but the people at this office were amazing. I’ve never felt so comfortable and everything went great. I was put out and even that procedure couldn’t have been better. Everyone in the office is kind, supportive and very professional. The staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful, considerate, and simply lovely to deal with. This guy has the expertise and great personality. He truly is a blessing.I have been to Dr. urfrig at least 5 times.This last time I went to him to was ask his opinion on whether I needed a dental implant and bone grafting. I had a bridge for about 12 years in tooth number 19. Dr. Urfrig gave me his honest opinion and told me that that area had significant bone loss and is too narrow and an implant would fail within time and the best option was to redo the bridge. I trust his expertise and knowledge. He is not looking to take your money and call it a day. He carefully listens to you and examines your oral health and based on that lays out options for you. Everytime I have gone to him I have felt im in good hands.He is professional and honest. His staff is caring and easy to talk to.Whether you need dental implants or wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Urfrig is the guy you can trust.If you ever need a oral procedure this is who you should be going to. Even with the current restrictive conditions, the Doctor and his team treated my emergency quickly and with great care. The specialists kept my anxiety at a minimum with their assurance and confidence, and the Doctor kept the procedure pain free. Wow, what a wonderful surprise. From reception, to the nurses to the Dr, they were all knowledgeable and hard to believe, but fun too. I had a root canal and it didn’t solve the problem. So I was referred to Dr. Urfrig to have a wisdom tooth removed. I wasn’t sure that the wisdom tooth was the problem, but I did agree that it had to go. So when I arrived I asked Dr. Urfrig if he could x-ray all 3 teeth while he was doing the wisdom tooth. And he said sure, no problem. Let’s see if there are any other problems. Then they took be to the treatment room, wrapped me a towel so I wouldn’t be cold and in less than 30 minutes had removed the wisdom tooth and sent me on my way. He listened to my questions. He took the time to make me feel at ease and while I hope I never have to see him again professionally, he’s the guy to go to. As wonderful experience as possible considering that he was ripping out one of my teeth.

First of all I would like to share that there is plenty of parking space. When we walked into the office we noticed that everything was very clean and everyone was wearing masks and glovesI had an emergency tooth infection and the office had me come in immediately.Dr Urfrig was working as an emergency dentist for all the dentists in the area. He is professional and super friendly and caring.Everyone in the office was very helpful. Even with their masks on I could see they were sincere caring professional. I’m one of those people who hates dentistry... terrified... non-believer. I let a tooth go for way too long because I was afraid the treatment would be worse than the problem. Then I went to Dr. Ufrig at Agoura Hills Oral Surgery and finally had my teeth pulled and two implants installed. After my teeth were pulled I was immediately pain free. It took a few months to heal and then I went back to have the implants installed. One day later, zero pain. It does not seem like this should be possible. My fears were all for nothing. I could not recommend the team at Agoura Hills Oral Surgery more. They are top notch!!

I’ve needed to get my wisdom teeth removed for years; however, I haven’t been able to do so because I have a blood disorder that prevents me from undergoing surgery. Due to these reasons, I was extremely nervous leading up to the surgery.Pre-op: I met Dr. Urfrig about two and a half years ago when I developed an infection from an impacted wisdom tooth. Something very clear from the beginning was how friendly his office staff are. Everyone is so kind and understands that most people have anxiety over surgical procedures of any kind, especially at younger ages which applies to most people getting their wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Urfrig was always highly attentive to my questions and needs, I never felt rushed, and every question I had was always answered thoroughly. Additionally, I had frequent questions before the operation that I would call in; Dalton would always answer the phone and assist in any way that he could. Lastly, they take covid precautions seriously, which added a level of comfort to every visit; in a place where every patient has to be maskless, it’s nice to know that they are doing all that they can to ensure a safe environment.Operation: Okay, so this feels a little weird to be writing, but I actually enjoyed the operation. I know it sounds crazy, but hear me out as I’ll do my best to explain why. First of all, I chose not to be put to sleep for multiple reasons; instead, I received numbing agents and nitrous oxide. I was so nervous and full of anxiety the day of the operation. I couldn’t sleep the night before because of angst which didn’t help. When I arrived, the first thing they asked me was what music I wanted to listen to; naturally, I told them John Williams soundtracks since I am a film nerd, and they began playing the best of John Williams, which was an immediate stress reliever. Then Dr. Urfrig came in, he asked how I was doing, and if I had any questions, I told him I was ready to finally go for it, so we began! The first couple minutes were a little uncomfortable until I was entirely numb; at that point, they cranked up the laughing gas, and between that and the music, I honestly didn’t care that my teeth were being hacked away and my mouth was being cut open. I was jamming to the music and floating on clouds. Seriously that laughing gas is strong stuff, definitely better than being put to sleep. I also really appreciate that Dr. Urfrig knew all the soundtracks that were playing, every time a new track played, he would tell me what it was, and he was always right! The fact that I couldnt feel anything except for the laughing gas and the music made for a pretty good time for that hour on the operating chair.Post-op: once the numbing wore off, the pain kicked in, to be expected… Luckily I felt like I had a Dr. who genuinely cared about my questions and wanted to do everything that he could to help mitigate the pain. I called in about the pain, and instead of giving me a generic response, “it happens” or “it will feel better later,” they immediately told me to come on in so the Dr. could take a look! I mean, I was expecting a generic answer, and I received so much more than that. I went in, and Dr. Urfrig took a look and immediately diagnosed the problem, and with a quick swoosh, it was solved: no more pain! Before I left, he told me that if I have any more pain or anything else comes up, make sure to give them a call or come in to see them. Keeping in mind, this was after the procedure and after my payment was processed.Bottom line: throughout this process, I genuinely felt like Dr. Urfrig and his entire staff truly cared about my wellbeing. Dr. Urfrig was always attentive, respectful of my feelings, and extremely kind. I wish all doctors were as thorough and understanding as Dr. Urfrig. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon that will care about your wellbeing and calm your nerves, then look no further than Dr. Urfrig. If I could give Agoura Hills Oral Surgery a 6/5, I would, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Nobody looks forward to going to an Oral Surgeon. I regret not knowing Dr. Urfrig when I decided to get my wisdom teeth extracted. But then my regular dentist referred me to Dr. Urfrig.What a concept – a great Oral Surgeon and his staff, who embrace state-of-the-art technology! From the collection of patient information using a tablet connected to the internet, to the Panoramic X-Ray device that replaced the uncomfortable Bitewing X-ray machine, to the set-up of the Operating Area – everything was first rate. Dr. Urfrig was very considerate and patient. He took the time to explain the options and their cost, available to me. My selected procedure took place effortlessly. My recovery time took place exactly as he predicted.I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Urfrig to anyone needing an Oral Surgeon specialist.

Doctor and operating room staff are awesome....front office staff is rude, confused and dismissive towards patients, process for insurance payments and reimbursements is confusing and disjointed, just a very unpleasant experience dealing with anyone at the front desk.
