Had a bad experience with a contractor, upon the learning that he wasnt licensed it felt like I had been duped, speaking with Asher During initial consultation I Described and told him told him my situation.He Explained what steps I could take legally, and I could do the paperwork and which codes to use in taking the bogus Contractor to small claims court. Ashers advice was invaluable, and helped me considerably.

If you are looking for an honest attorney, he is your attorney. He is extremely polite. I had a chance to speak to him and he was up front about everything. You dont see that in attorneys these days, most of them are just willing to take your money and do anything but he was upfront and honest and I really appreciated his honesty and respect. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Theres a reason he has so many good reviews

Excellent lawyer. We only had an initial Consultation. But he really helped me out. He is extremely knowledgeable, willing to listen, and talk through the resolution options. I was fortunate to reach out to Amir regarding a building developer issue. I am facing a serious situation with a well known developer. I had many reservations about what I felt were unreasonable conditions in a contract on a property I was considering purchasing. I called the office and was immediately able to speak to Mr. Afsar, who spoke to me on the phone for 15 minutes and gave me excellent advice and confirmed all of my suspicions, recommending a more prudent course of action. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Afsar in the future for any of my real estate needs. He is accessible, honest and clearly very knowledgeable.

Mr Afsar gets my highest recommendation. He put my interests at the forefront of his advice. His counsel came despite knowing that what he told me was not in his best financial interest. Despite not being able to take on my case specifically, Mr. Afsar responded to my voicemail. He was so generous and kind. (I am literally in tears.) His philanthropic assistance was so unexpected. He was the first of at least a dozen lawyers to call me back--knowing he and his firm stood nothing to gain from the call. I am floored by his benevolence. People make a lot of jokes about lawyers...but this was the first truly kind act I have experienced in a long time. If I could rate this business 10 stars I would. No one ever wants to need an attorney, but if you do, this is the one to go to.

I needed advice on a complicated real estate purchase matter and was referred to Amir Afsar by another attorney as the best there is. So I called (after hours) and left a message explaining the general details of the deal- and Amir called me back promptly. We spoke about the legal work needed and then Amir asked me to email him more details of the specifics of the transaction so he could study the matter and get back to me. His help and counsel was excellent and valuable, and he showed that he really cares about his clients. I was truly impressed and mentioned its no wonder that his reviews are so positive from everyone. I said hes like the In-N-Out Burger of attorneys because everyone loves him haha.
