Shawn is an incredible realtor with in-depth understanding of the market and helps analyze the pros and cons of each house and zip code. He is very patient in controlling the buyers impulse and plays devils advocate on locality and house condition to make sure the house is really worth it. He never forces or pushes to make an offer.To top that Shawn has great bidding experience and is also good at bargaining. He patiently answers our questions about remodeling, house insurance, handymans etc. even after the escrow closed.Overall, I highly recommend Shawn and AEZ Realty.

My experience with Shawn at AEZ has been nothing short of exceptional. This is our second home and we couldn’t be more satisfactory. Heres why I wholeheartedly recommend their services:* Help shaping your understandings of your own needs: this is probably the most important thing that not leading to buyers remorse within next few years after purchase. Shawn has pointed out in our first meeting that we should foresee our needs in next 10 years. And He has shown different types of SFHs in the area to let us see varieties of choices, which greatly changed our views of our preference (e.g. modern house w/o lot -> not that new house w/ decent lot).* Strong Expertise: I would say its quite uncommon to see an agent/broker like Shawn that understands everything in the industry and willing and patient to share. He fed us tons of knowledge during house tours including but not limited to: remodeling, interior design, rental management, etc. basically everything you need to worry about when you owning a house.* Never push and even suggest pass when market is crazy: when bidding season gets hot, it’s hard for buyers to stay calm and only bid what’s reasonable. Shawn never pushed us to bid higher than reasonable, and sometimes told us to get out of the rat race.* Negotiation Skills: For the bid we won, Shawn convinced the seller with his exceptional negational skills to sell to us with lowest price possible (we were actually the second highest bidder). Quite impressive under current hot market.Shawn is definitely someone worth long term collaboration and connection. Highly recommend people to their service

We rented a home from AEZ Realty for 3 years. The move-in and move-out processes were very straightforward. Sarah and Shawn were also incredibly responsive to any maintenance requests throughout the duration of our stay at the rental home. We would definitely recommend renting from AEZ for anyone looking for a rental home.

Highly recommended! Shawn is a fantastic real estate agent who brought us a superb home buying experience. He took the time to understand our needs and wants the first time we met and provided us with deep insights into the pros and cons of different options. He proactively set up tours for different styles of houses in different areas, and helped us narrow down our search to a few key areas so that we wouldnt overstretch ourselves.Shawn was also incredibly patient and always accompanied us on tours. He would do a thorough walkthrough of the home and point out details that we wouldnt have noticed otherwise. He was also very responsible. Every time we decided to bid on a house, he would go through the disclosure with us carefully page by page and highlight any important drawbacks that we might have missed or regretted if we actually bought it. He cared more about whether the house was a good fit for us than about making a deal. During the bidding process, he never pressured us to bid on an offer, and he was often the first one to tell us that we shouldnt continue bidding on a house if he felt it wasnt worth the price.Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Shawn. He is a knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy agent who goes above and beyond for his clients. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Weve been working with Shawn for around 7 years. He gave us great advice when we were buying our first home, and in the last few months he led us through a successful purchase of a new home and sale of the original one.Buying and selling a home is a hugely consequential life decision that can meaningfully impact your happiness, finances, relationships and so on. A realtor could be someone who simply shepherds you through the process, but they can also be a trusted partner who plays a huge role in these important moments. Shawn is absolutely the latter: my wife and I truly relied on his advice and guidance and Shawn has proven himself to be worthy of the utmost trust and respect.Shawn is a savvy and experienced broker and its clear from working with him that hes benefited from seeing hundreds or thousands of transactions over the years. We bought our first home with Shawn. We highly recommend him as your agent.Shawn is a reliable agent. We went together to check out several houses every weekend. He was always on time and willing to share the good and bad of the houses from his perspective.He is patient. He never asked us to give any offer that is beyond our budget. He was often the first one to tell us that we shouldnt continue bidding for a house because either it is not worth the price, or it is already beyond our budget.Shawn is also knowledgable and resourceful. We learned a lot about houses from him. We also got a very good interest rate because of his information.

We just closed the purchase of our first home. We now feel blessed that we worked with Shawn from AEZ Realty. He’s super professional and patient and trustworthy, and most important of all, he always put our interest as his top priority. Buying home is never easy, especially in the recent crazy market. Shawn was there helping us for 6 months until we recently bought ours. He never pushed us into contracts and he always keeps us calm when we got anxious and stops us from impulsive bidding and let us be patient to wait for a place we really like.
