Thank you for the excellent service. Aeon goes beyond the stars to help out.Im not the most acknowledgeable person in computer parts, so when the customer service person helped me and answered all my questions politely, I was thrilled. You cant find customer service like this nowadays. One thing is for sure; this person knew what they were talking about.I got the items I needed and worked as the company described.Thank you again for such a pleasurable experience.

I purchased ram on amazon and found out I could purchase from Aeon locally for will call. They quoted me a price after telling me to return the ram to amazon and buy direct from them for a better price since they wouldnt have to pay amazon fees. I called back to place the order and they increased the price, then the manager got on the phone as I tried to explain the situation and he said its his business and hung up on me. They obviously dont understand the concept of customer service and they increased the price. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.
