Ive had to try several systems and by far AdvantageTec is by far hands down the BEST system for the job. It has made my Service Writing Job so efficient with my customers on contacting them and keeping them informed throughout the day. To me to be able to text a customer that the vehicle is ready in detail instead of calling leaving a detailed message to find them calling right back and I wasted so much time explaining something now they are not going to listen to and reexplaining it cause they didnt want to even see if a message was left. In one text they know everything and that the vehicle is ready. Thank you for making such a great detailed app that actually works. Hats off ladies and gentlemen you have one truly satisfied customer.

AdvatangeTec has helped tremendously in many ways. Keeping track of our conversations with our clients has never been easier. The added benefit of having conversations saved and on file have has assisted us in so many ways! It also makes the simple, you vehicle is ready for pick up call quick and painless for everyone involved. Our clients that communicate in their day to day in this manor are always happy to hear the question, are you okay if we communicate through text?. It has been a very valuable asset to our business.

We have been using AdvantageTec in our dealership since February, within the 6 months we have gained an extra 15 leads per month(regularly turning many of them into sales), we are currently only utilizing the SMS service in our sales marketing and only at the tip of the iceberg for it. I am looking forward to implementing into more of our marketing, it just makes it that much easier for the customer to reach out to us and have a conversation.

While I dont have quantifiable data to support my claims, I have significantly more time to get my work done. I spend far less time on the phone and am just able to text my customers with updates and when the vehicle is done. My frustration level has been greatly reduced because I dont worry whether I communicated my quote thoroughly enough because they can go back and read it as much as they need. The rapid response has been great and saves me quite a bit of time.

This tool has made it much easier to update our customers. Whereas previously I would have to stop, find a phone number, and spend upwards of 2 minutes trying to contact a customer, I can now spend 10 seconds formulating a text. It is excellent.

Our dealership group has checked several different texting programs but the only one that measures up is AdvantageTec. Once we began sending a custom service follow up message 24 hours after the vehicle was completed our CSI average score increased by 3 points from 82.5 to 85.7. Way to go AdvantageTec!

This texting program has proved to be everything that we wanted for our dealership ( Lemans Chevy City). It is a great tool to be able to reach our customers quickly and from the convenience from our phone when away from the desk or facility. It builds a great customer relationship knowing that they can contact you at any moment. Technical support is always available to help fix anything or to answer any questions.

Advantagetec has been amazing for our Toyota Store. We were ranked in the bottom 10% of our region for a very long time. We switched over to this texting tool in December 2016. In that month we missed being at the regional level by .01. That was the last month we were lower than the regional CSI score. We are going on 5 months in a row of great CSI scores. I attribute much of this success to the great texting tool Advantagetec has created. Our scores as they relate to keeping customer updated on status and overall service experience has gone through the roof. The reality is that the only major change we put in place was this texting tool. We also are using their Digital Menus and the Live Banner TV program. Hands down, we are very appreciative of Peter Strandquist and his team for all of the support they have given our dealership. We have now deployed the texting tool to all of our stores in our group. Highly recommend this product

I work at Grossinger Toyota North and I love Peter Strandquist he is the man! Ever since I started working here he has helped me and answered any questions I had about this program! This texting tool has help me as a Advisor and my Dealership as well. ITS a plus that I have Peter has my Rep, he goes all out when needing any help to coming in the dealership to help us out with any detail questions and adding the app on our cell phone!
