I hired Bryan for private appraisals for two properties and he was amazing. Extremely professional, thorough and efficient! He took the time to thoroughly research the comps and explain them in detail within the appraisal reports. He goes above and beyond by calling agents for recently sold homes when using them as property comparisons, as opposed to other appraisers who simply look up data without understanding the condition of the properties they are using to match against your property. He is also timely, he was able to fit me into his schedule and produce his reports within 36 hours from the time he visited the properties. He also took the time to answer all of my questions, his customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend Bryan for all of your appraisal needs.

We used Bryan and Advantage Appraisals service to obtain a price on a special view property, where we needed to have an idea as to if the home was priced fairly or not. Bryan was very thorough in his research---even to the point of taking the time to call a realtor that had sold, what appeared to be a similar special view property in the last few months, to attempt to find if the properties were similar in all respects. We also found Bryans turn around time to be quite quick and timely. I highly recommend Bryans services.
