Going to be as honest as I can with this review. This provider is good but not great. It works with everything like legitimately everything, including video games, movies, etc.. The one thing that I’m not happy with at all is the fact that it’s not exactly reliable. You have no clue how many times I’ve had to email a teacher asking for an extension because for some reason it’s always cutting out. Now, I don’t know if it’s just a regional thing with the local tower, but it is getting extraordinarily annoying. For a good 30mins-1 hour it just cuts like completely goes down and this has been happening for the past months. When you pay for something like this I’d rather be paying for something reliable than something that cuts for an hour every other day.

I had Advanced Wireless install some cameras for the common areas of my HOA. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed up on time, every time. I have a very busy schedule and Kim was very patient and worked hard to find a time that worked for me. The technician who did the install was very good. He was professional and did a great installation. They have followed up twice since the job was done to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend.

Customer services has been amazing when comunicating with the office to get prices and get everything set up for instalation. Tech came out today to install he was very polite and knowledgeable. So far our family is super satisfied considering we have internet that will allow us to stream on more that one device at a time

Excellent company that is genuinely motivated to provide an excellent product and customer experience. Provided very clear details of plans offered and what we should expect for performance. Flawless installation, considerate of where to place small dish receiver while still providing excellent signal. All very pleasant people to work with which further indicates the quality of this company. Internet service has performed exactly as described, rain, hail, fog, sunshine and high winds.

We had Verizon LTE service which stopped working. After more than four hours on the phone over several weeks they still wouldn’t set up a repair. One call to a real (knowledgeable and helpful) person at Advanced and we had an appointment to install their service. Because of the design/construction of our house the install was complicated. However, the Advanced installation team was excellent. They found a way to avoid drilling through our thick walls and over several hours work would not leave until the installation was 100% complete and fully working (including syncing with a WiFi extender, our TV, etc.). And, the signal is excellent with the connection far better than our old Verizon WiFi...plus at a lower cost. Five stars are not enough.. I could not more highly recommend Advanced.

We had another company install our cameras and ended up calling advanced wireless because of service issues.Lucky for us! This company has an awesome service technician who is very efficient and great to work with.Any questions or concerns were answered and problems were solved.

I called advanced wireless because they seemed to offer some better speeds for less price in our area. It is true! So far I have had great throughput. However, what I really want to rave about is the quality of the install. I was not only able to get the dish where I wanted it on my house but the tech that came out cleaned up my entire roofline of all the past satellite and tv installs that had left wires all over the place. So not only did I get better internet service, but he left the place cleaner and neater than it was before. Great job.

From my first phone call to installation was just two days. Cristin was courteous, and worked efficiently until the installation was complete.Ive yet to reach the advertised download speed, but Im confident we will get there.

Advanced Wireless has been great at providing my Internet service. They are quick to respond and remedy any problems that come up. I switched to Advanced wireless from satellite Internet so that I am not limited on usage. It was horrible with satellite constantly running it of data before the end of the month and getting throttled back to dial up speeds. Thank you Advanced Wireless for relieving me of that problem.

Have not been using the company very long but as of those far its been a good experience anytime weve had any kind of issue the service guy Alexs response immediately and has always resolve any issue that Ive had with no issues I feel like I have been very well taken care of. Advanced wireless is a wireless ISP in Santa Maria and surrounding areas. They have provided Internet to my last 2 homes. Their competitors did not even try to give me service based on the tree coverage around me, but advanced wireless delivered service successfully. Wireless is not 100% reliable, its not a perfect technology, but for someone who lives in a rural area and cant get cable, its a great alternative to satellite, t1, and other slower services. If you sign up for services with reasonable expectations you will not be let down.Jeff

I have really had no problems. Whenever I get on the internet If there isa wait it is a very short one. Any problems I have they are with mycomputer not Advanced Wireless. The people in the office are very nice.

Great product and great service! If you cant get cable internet this is a great way to go. Its much faster than DSL and there are no data limits like there are with Satellite internet.
